Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合乳化剂及其制备方法,乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚10‑30份、乙二醇8‑15份、烷基醇酰胺2‑8份、异丙醇3‑10份、正癸醇5‑15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7‑17份、碳酸氢钠8‑18份、聚乙二醇4‑10份以及助溶剂2‑8份,本发明制备工艺简单,制备过程环保无污染,制得的乳化剂能够促进汽油或柴油燃烧,具有显著的节能环保效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及乳化剂制备技术领域,具体为一种复合乳化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前石油能源紧张,我国大力推行以醇基为主导的各种合成燃料,以替代传统能源,但是国内流行的各种醇基燃料种类繁多,普遍存在热值不高,燃烧不完全,有异味,能耗大的问题。其主要原因是化学添加剂性能不佳,没有充分激发醇基燃料中的有效成份,形成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合乳化剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复合乳化剂,乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚10-30份、乙二醇8-15份、烷基醇酰胺2-8份、异丙醇3-10份、正癸醇5-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-17份、碳酸氢钠8-18份、聚乙二醇4-10份以及助溶剂2-8份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:丙烯醇聚醚20份、乙二醇12份、烷基醇酰胺5份、异丙醇7份、正癸醇10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、碳酸氢钠13份、聚乙二醇7份以及助溶剂5份。
优选的,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制备过程环保无污染,制得的乳化剂能够促进汽油或柴油燃烧,具有显著的节能环保效果。

本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复合乳化剂,乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚10-30份、乙二醇8-15份、烷基醇酰胺2-8份、异丙醇3-10份、正癸醇5-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-17份、碳酸氢钠8-18份、聚乙二醇4-10份以及助溶剂2-8份。
实施例一:
乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚10份、乙二醇8份、烷基醇酰胺2份、异丙醇3份、正癸醇5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份、碳酸氢钠8份、聚乙二醇4份以及助溶剂2份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
实施例二:
乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚30份、乙二醇15份、烷基醇酰胺8份、异丙醇10份、正癸醇15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠17份、碳酸氢钠18份、聚乙二醇10份以及助溶剂8份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
实施例三:
乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚15份、乙二醇10份、烷基醇酰胺3份、异丙醇4份、正癸醇6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份、碳酸氢钠10份、聚乙二醇5份以及助溶剂3份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
实施例四:
乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚25份、乙二醇13份、烷基醇酰胺7份、异丙醇9份、正癸醇13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、碳酸氢钠17份、聚乙二醇9份以及助溶剂7份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
实施例五:
乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚22份、乙二醇10份、烷基醇酰胺6份、异丙醇8份、正癸醇14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、碳酸氢钠16份、聚乙二醇8份以及助溶剂3份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
实施例六:
丙烯醇聚醚20份、乙二醇12份、烷基醇酰胺5份、异丙醇7份、正癸醇10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、碳酸氢钠13份、聚乙二醇7份以及助溶剂5份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
本发明制备工艺简单,制备过程环保无污染,制得的乳化剂能够促进汽油或柴油燃烧,具有显著的节能环保效果。

1.一种复合乳化剂,其特征在于:乳化剂组份按重量份数包括丙烯醇聚醚10-30份、乙二醇8-15份、烷基醇酰胺2-8份、异丙醇3-10份、正癸醇5-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-17份、碳酸氢钠8-18份、聚乙二醇4-10份以及助溶剂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合乳化剂,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:丙烯醇聚醚20份、乙二醇12份、烷基醇酰胺5份、异丙醇7份、正癸醇10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、碳酸氢钠13份、聚乙二醇7份以及助溶剂5份。
3.实现权利要求1所述的一种复合乳化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将丙烯醇聚醚、乙二醇、烷基醇酰胺、异丙醇混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌速率为400转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入正癸醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、聚乙二醇以及助溶剂,混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后恒温30min后,缓慢降温至室温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B放在室温下静置3h,即得到复合乳化剂。
