本发明公开了一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其组份按重量份数包括甲基叔丁基醚3‑12份、丁醇10‑15份、石脑油10‑20份、吐温80 3‑6份、松香提取液15‑25份、异丁烷3‑6份、石油醚15‑25份、清净分散剂10‑25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑25份、表面活性剂4‑10份以及二乙醇单丁醚10‑25份,本发明制备工艺简单,制得的添加剂环保无污染,能够提高汽油的燃烧效率,节省汽油,同时还能够去除汽油燃烧后形成的积碳。

本发明涉及添加剂制备技术领域,具体为一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国家的发展和人民生活水平的提高,汽车工业迅速发展,车用汽油的需求量也越来越大,汽车排放的有害气体,严重影响人们的身体健康,对人类健康极为有害的尾气。为了减少有害气体的排放,一般在汽油中添加汽油添加剂,但是,现有的汽油添加剂含有较多有毒成分,汽油燃烧后,仍有大量有害气体排出,而且节油效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽油添加剂,其组份按重量份数包括甲基叔丁基醚3-12份、丁醇10-15份、石脑油10-20份、吐温80 3-6份、松香提取液15-25份、异丁烷3-6份、石油醚15-25份、清净分散剂10-25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-25份、表面活性剂4-10份以及二乙醇单丁醚10-25份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:甲基叔丁基醚8份、丁醇12份、石脑油15份、吐温80 5份、松香提取液20份、异丁烷5份、石油醚20份、清净分散剂18份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚17份、表面活性剂7份以及二乙醇单丁醚18份。
优选的,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将甲基叔丁基醚、丁醇、石脑油、吐温80、松香提取液混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1500转/分,搅拌时间为10min,静置得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入异丁烷、石油醚、清净分散剂、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、表面活性剂、二乙醇单丁醚,混合后加入反应釜中反应,反应釜加热温度为50℃,加热时间为30min,之后冷却至常温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂在常温下静置5h,即得到添加剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的添加剂环保无污染,能够提高汽油的燃烧效率,节省汽油,可以节省汽油 10-20%;另外,本发明中添加有月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇单丁醚,能够去除汽油燃烧后形成的积碳,延长发动机的使用寿命。

实验例:
将普通汽油添加剂与本发明各实施例制得汽油添加剂加入同等量的汽油中进行燃烧,检测节油效率,得到数据如下表:

由以上表格数据可知,实施例五制得的汽油添加剂能够达到最佳效果。
本发明制备工艺简单,制得的添加剂环保无污染,能够提高汽油的燃烧效率,节省汽油,可以节省汽油 10-20%;另外,本发明中添加有月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇单丁醚,能够去除汽油燃烧后形成的积碳,延长发动机的使用寿命。

1.一种汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:A、将甲基叔丁基醚3-12份,丁醇10-15份,石脑油10-20份,吐温80 3-6份,松香提取液15-25份,混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌釜转速为1500转/分,搅拌时间为10min,静置得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入异丁烷3-6份,石油醚15-25份,清净分散剂10-25份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-25份,表面活性剂4-10份,以及乙二醇单丁醚10-25份,混合之后加入反应釜中反应,反应釜的加热温度为50℃,加热时间为30min,之后冷却至常温,得到混合剂B;
C、将混合剂B在常温下静置5h,得到添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:各组分优选为:甲基叔丁基醚8份,丁醇12份,石脑油15份,吐温80 5份,松香提取液20份,异丁烷5份,石油醚20份,清净分散剂18份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚17份,表面活性剂7份,以及乙二醇单丁醚18份。
