本发明涉及一种高效燃油添加剂,包括生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯、苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈、乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:生物质醇11‑19、硫代二丙酸双酯6‑15、苯并三氮唑8‑10、醋酸丁酯10‑14、二氧化铈9‑11、乙二醇饱和酰胺4‑16、乙二醇乙醚3‑5、二甲醚15‑20和无水乙醇40‑50。本发明所述的高效燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

本发明涉及一种汽车用品领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种高效燃油添加剂。
背景技术
能源短缺是人类发展所面临的难题之一,为节约已有的石油化工能源,上世纪末以来国内外多种燃油添加剂相继问世,但在实际应用中多有不同程度的不足之处,目前市场上的各种燃油添加剂多是针对某一特定方面问题而设计,且常含有对人体有害的腐蚀、毒害性物质以及易燃易爆会带来安全隐患的化学物质。而本发明涉及的高效燃油添加剂能够针对性的处理较新的直喷式燃油系统,除了能够处理传统的进气道输送系统外可以清洁整个系统,而且汽油、柴油发动机通用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的高效燃油添加剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种高效燃油添加剂,包括生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯、苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈、乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:生物质醇11-19、硫代二丙酸双酯6-15、苯并三氮唑8-10、醋酸丁酯10-14、二氧化铈9-11、乙二醇饱和酰胺4-16、乙二醇乙醚3-5、二甲醚15-20和无水乙醇40-50。
作为优选,所述的高效燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述高效燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:生物质醇11、硫代二丙酸双酯6、苯并三氮唑8、醋酸丁酯10、二氧化铈9、乙二醇饱和酰胺4、乙二醇乙醚3、二甲醚15和无水乙醇40。

上述高效燃油添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯和无水乙醇搅拌均匀备用;
(2)、将苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈协同作用,显著提升所述燃油添加剂的润滑性能;
(3)、将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合;
(4)、然后继续添加所提供的质量组份的乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚,搅拌均匀;
(5)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。
本发明所述的高效燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

本发明提供的一种高效燃油添加剂,包括生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯、苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈、乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:生物质醇11-19、硫代二丙酸双酯6-15、苯并三氮唑8-10、醋酸丁酯10-14、二氧化铈9-11、乙二醇饱和酰胺4-16、乙二醇乙醚3-5、二甲醚15-20和无水乙醇40-50。

(5)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。

1.一种高效燃油添加剂,其特征在于:包括生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯、苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈、乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:生物质醇11-19、硫代二丙酸双酯6-15、苯并三氮唑8-10、醋酸丁酯10-14、二氧化铈9-11、乙二醇饱和酰胺4-16、乙二醇乙醚3-5、二甲醚15-20和无水乙醇40-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述高效燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:生物质醇11、硫代二丙酸双酯6、苯并三氮唑8、醋酸丁酯10、二氧化铈9、乙二醇饱和酰胺4、乙二醇乙醚3、二甲醚15和无水乙醇40。

上述高效燃油添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的生物质醇、硫代二丙酸双酯和无水乙醇搅拌均匀备用;
(2)、将苯并三氮唑、醋酸丁酯、二氧化铈协同作用,显著提升所述燃油添加剂的润滑性能;
(3)、将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合;
(4)、然后继续添加所提供的质量组份的乙二醇饱和酰胺、乙二醇乙醚、二甲醚,搅拌均匀;
(5)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。
