本发明涉及一种清洁型燃油添加剂,包括油溶性纳米稀土、环烷酸镁、聚乙二醇、甲基硅油、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇和去离子水,各组分的质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11‑15、环烷酸镁12‑16、聚乙二醇20‑25、甲基硅油20‑28、碳酸二烷基酯6‑9、苯甲基醇7‑14和去离子水30‑50。本发明所述的清洁型燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆用品领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种清洁型燃油添加剂。
背景技术
能源短缺是人类发展所面临的难题之一,为节约已有的石油化工能源,上世纪末以来国内外多种燃油添加剂相继问世,但在实际应用中多有不同程度的不足之处,目前市场上的各种燃油添加剂多是针对某一特定方面问题而设计,且常含有对人体有害的腐蚀、毒害性物质以及易燃易爆会带来安全隐患的化学物质。而本发明涉及的清洁型燃油添加剂能够针对性的处理较新的直喷式燃油系统,除了能够处理传统的进气道输送系统外可以清洁整个系统,而且汽油、柴油发动机通用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的清洁型燃油添加剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种清洁型燃油添加剂,包括油溶性纳米稀土、环烷酸镁、聚乙二醇、甲基硅油、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇和去离子水,各组分的质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11-15、环烷酸镁12-16、聚乙二醇20-25、甲基硅油20-28、碳酸二烷基酯6-9、苯甲基醇7-14和去离子水30-50。
作为优选,所述的清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述清洁型燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11、环烷酸镁12、聚乙二醇20、甲基硅油20、碳酸二烷基酯6、苯甲基醇7和去离子水30。
作为优选,所述的清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:
一种制备上述清洁型燃油添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的油溶性纳米稀土、甲基硅油、去离子水搅拌均匀,静置1±0.1小时得备用溶液;
(2)、将备用溶液加热至50±5℃,加入所提供的质量组份的聚乙二醇、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇,搅拌均匀;
(3)、最后添加环烷酸镁,搅拌均匀;
(4)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。
本发明所述的清洁型燃油添加剂具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

本发明提供的一种清洁型燃油添加剂,包括油溶性纳米稀土、环烷酸镁、聚乙二醇、甲基硅油、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇和去离子水,各组分的质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11-15、环烷酸镁12-16、聚乙二醇20-25、甲基硅油20-28、碳酸二烷基酯6-9、苯甲基醇7-14和去离子水30-50。
作为优选,所述的清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述清洁型燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11、环烷酸镁12、聚乙二醇20、甲基硅油20、碳酸二烷基酯6、苯甲基醇7和去离子水30。

一种制备上述清洁型燃油添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的油溶性纳米稀土、甲基硅油、去离子水搅拌均匀,静置1±0.1小时得备用溶液;
(2)、将备用溶液加热至50±5℃,加入所提供的质量组份的聚乙二醇、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇,搅拌均匀;
(3)、最后添加环烷酸镁,搅拌均匀;
(4)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。

1.一种清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:包括油溶性纳米稀土、环烷酸镁、聚乙二醇、甲基硅油、碳酸二烷基酯、苯甲基醇和去离子水,各组分的质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11-15、环烷酸镁12-16、聚乙二醇20-25、甲基硅油20-28、碳酸二烷基酯6-9、苯甲基醇7-14和去离子水30-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:所述清洁型燃油添加剂各组分质量份数为:油溶性纳米稀土11、环烷酸镁12、聚乙二醇20、甲基硅油20、碳酸二烷基酯6、苯甲基醇7和去离子水30。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁型燃油添加剂,其特征在于:
