本发明公开了一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括如下步骤:选纱:经纱、纬纱原料均采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝,经过包芯形成弹力纱;加捻:对步骤S1的弹力纱按照S捻的标准完成加捻,制成加捻纱线;染色:将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色;织造:将染色后的加捻纱线依次包括分条牵经、穿综穿筘、织机织造,得到坯布;后整理:将染色后的面料进行后整理。本发明制成的面料具有高支、高密、高弹,轻薄、爽滑、透气性好等特点,高捻度的面料悬垂性更好,不易变形、起皱。

一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺。
背景技术
为了使面料具备高支、高密、高弹,轻薄、爽滑、透气性好的特性,为了达到这个效果,采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝作为原料,原因在于它的纱细,而这样的粗细程度配上常规的工艺并不满足机织的要求,而如果直接使用在梭织上,因为织造工艺的区别,经丝在织造过程中,会经过多次的钢筘摩擦,这样因为其原本的强度不够而引起断经,造成无法织造。
发明内容
针对上述出现的技术问题,本发明提供一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,通过增加纱线捻度,实现超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、选纱:经纱、纬纱原料均采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝,经过包芯形成弹力纱;
S2、加捻:对步骤S1的弹力纱按照S捻的标准完成加捻,制成加捻纱线;
S3、染色:将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色;
S4、织造:将染色后的加捻纱线依次包括分条牵经、穿综穿筘、织机织造,得到坯布;
S5、后整理:将染色后的面料进行后整理。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,加捻纱线为18捻度。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,具体的是将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色,染色过程升温按照0.2℃/分钟,升温到95℃保温30-35分钟,降温至50℃,排液,将染色后的加捻纱线进行两次皂煮,使用清水进行漂洗,对于漂洗无浮色的加捻纱线进行烘干处理。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,染色采用的染料为醋酯用分散燃料中添加染色助剂,所述的染色助剂包括螯合分散剂、匀染剂和冰醋酸,各染色助剂的添加量为0.5g/L。
优选的,所述步骤S4中,直接由分条机牵成织轴,即将染色后的加捻纱线,排成条状一次卷绕在整经滚筒上,再由整经滚筒倒卷在织轴上,进而在穿综穿筘后通过织机进行织机织造。
优选的,所述S4中因强捻度,在分条牵经停车时容易起圈,在纱筒外套一个塑料袋,距离退绕的端部一定距离,袋子下方增加配重物,使塑料袋随着纱筒的减下而依然紧贴在纱筒上。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过增加纱线捻度,实现超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,并且本发明制成的面料具有高支、高密、高弹,轻薄、爽滑、透气性好等特点,高捻度的面料悬垂性更好,不易变形、起皱。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
为了使面料具备高支、高密、高弹,轻薄、爽滑、透气性好的特性,为了达到这个效果,采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝作为原料,原因在于它的纱细,而这样的粗细程度配上常规的工艺并不满足机织的要求,因为针织面料是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,在生产过程中对纱线的摩擦少,纱线的损害小,所以本发明采用的原料在原始状态下是达到针织所需的最低要求的;而如果直接使用在梭织上,因为织造工艺的区别,经丝在织造过程中,会经过多次的钢筘摩擦,这样因为其原本的强度不够而引起断经,造成无法织造。
因此,本发明公开了一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、选纱:经纱、纬纱原料均采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝,经过包芯形成弹力纱;
S2、加捻:对步骤S1的弹力纱按照S捻的标准完成加捻,制成加捻纱线;
S3、染色:将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色;
S4、织造:将染色后的加捻纱线依次包括分条牵经、穿综穿筘、织机织造,得到坯布;
S5、后整理:将染色后的面料进行后整理。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,加捻纱线为18捻度,本产品因为采用的氨纶丝更加纤细,本发明通过高强捻度,提高紧密性,改变线密度,从而提高纱线的强力和耐磨性能(在临界捻度范围内),以减少起毛和断头,提高丝织物的牢度,达到织造的要求;另外高捻度的面料悬垂性更好,不易变形、起皱的特点。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,具体的是将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色,染色过程升温按照0.2℃/分钟,升温到95℃保温30-35分钟,降温至50℃,排液,将染色后的加捻纱线进行两次皂煮,使用清水进行漂洗,对于漂洗无浮色的加捻纱线进行烘干处理。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,染色采用的染料为醋酯用分散燃料中添加染色助剂,所述的染色助剂包括螯合分散剂、匀染剂和冰醋酸,各染色助剂的添加量为0.5g/L。
优选的,所述步骤S4中,直接由分条机牵成织轴,即将染色后的加捻纱线,排成条状一次卷绕在整经滚筒上,再由整经滚筒倒卷在织轴上,进而在穿综穿筘后通过织机进行织机织造,常规的机包氨纶丝,因为抱合性不好,往往需要整浆并联合工艺,提高可织造性;而本原料因为强捻、超细,在整浆并工艺中反而增加了生产的困难,因为捻度过高,内应力大,纱线易起圈,导致套筘难、浆丝、停车易断等原因,因此本发明采用上述分条牵经、不上浆的方法。
优选的,所述S4中因强捻度,在分条牵经停车时容易起圈,在纱筒外套一个塑料袋,距离退绕的端部一定距离,袋子下方增加配重物,使塑料袋随着纱筒的减下而依然紧贴在纱筒上,具体是距离端部1CM左右,不能太近,太近容易影响退绕,造成退绕张力不均;配重物直接采用在袋子下方用夹子固定即可,夹子可以增加垂直向下的力,使塑料袋随着纱筒的减下而依然紧贴在纱筒上,此时在纱线退绕时,塑料袋对其增加退绕张力,使得停机时,不会出现纱线打圈的情况。
本发明制成的面料具有高支、高密、高弹,轻薄、爽滑、透气性好等特点,而且高捻度的面料悬垂性更好,不易变形、起皱。

Claims (6)

1.一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、选纱:经纱、纬纱原料均采用12D/7F锦纶圆孔有光长丝以及20D氨纶丝,经过包芯形成弹力纱;
S2、加捻:对步骤S1的弹力纱按照S捻的标准完成加捻,制成加捻纱线;
S3、染色:将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色;
S4、织造:将染色后的加捻纱线依次包括分条牵经、穿综穿筘、织机织造,得到坯布;
S5、后整理:将染色后的面料进行后整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,加捻纱线为18捻度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,具体的是将所述S2中的加捻纱线经煮练、漂白后,装在筒子纱染色机上进行染色,染色过程升温按照0.2℃/分钟,升温到95℃保温30-35分钟,降温至50℃,排液,将染色后的加捻纱线进行两次皂煮,使用清水进行漂洗,对于漂洗无浮色的加捻纱线进行烘干处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,染色采用的染料为醋酯用分散燃料中添加染色助剂,所述的染色助剂包括螯合分散剂、匀染剂和冰醋酸,各染色助剂的添加量为0.5g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,直接由分条机牵成织轴,即将染色后的加捻纱线,排成条状一次卷绕在整经滚筒上,再由整经滚筒倒卷在织轴上,进而在穿综穿筘后通过织机进行织机织造。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细锦纶氨纶混纺纱的梭织工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中因强捻度,在分条牵经停车时容易起圈,在纱筒外套一个塑料袋,距离退绕的端部一定距离,袋子下方增加配重物,使塑料袋随着纱筒的减下而依然紧贴在纱筒上。
