Abstract
本发明公开了一种调节型塑料板打磨设备,包括底座,支撑架和打磨面板,在打磨架的顶部设置有打磨座,在打磨座的顶部固定有打磨电机,在打磨电机的主轴上设置有打磨盘,在支撑架内设置有至少三个顶面开口的缓冲凹腔,在打磨面板的底面固定有位置与缓冲凹腔位置相同的缓冲柱杆,缓冲柱杆的底端与缓冲凹腔的底壁之间固定有缓冲弹簧,在底座的侧壁上设置有竖向燕尾滑槽,在打磨架的底部固定有燕尾形滑块,在底座上固定有驱动电机,在驱动电机的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮,在打磨面板的顶面设置有定位夹块,在打磨面板的侧面固定有定位插槽。本发明的结构设置合理,有利于防止出现过度打磨的情况,保证打磨的质量,适用性强且实用性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种调节型塑料板打磨设备。
背景技术
在塑料板在加工过程中,为了保证塑料板的使用舒适性,需要对塑料板的表面进行光滑打磨操作,传统技术的打磨装置主要是包括底座、打磨平台、打磨电机和固定在打磨电机上的打磨盘组成,其虽然可以满足一般情况的使用需求,但是传统技术的塑料板打磨装置不能调节打磨盘与塑料板之间的预紧力,从而在打磨时容易出现部分位置打磨不到或是过度打磨的情况,从而会降低打磨的成品的质量,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且适用性强的调节型塑料板打磨设备。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种调节型塑料板打磨设备,包括底座,设置在所述底座上的支撑架和设置在所述支撑架上的打磨面板,在所述底座上固定有打磨架,在所述打磨架的顶部设置有打磨座,在所述打磨座的顶部固定有打磨电机,在所述打磨电机的主轴上设置有打磨盘,所述打磨盘处于打磨座的底面,在所述支撑架内设置有至少三个顶面开口的缓冲凹腔,在所述打磨面板的底面固定有位置与所述缓冲凹腔位置相同的缓冲柱杆,所述缓冲柱杆插入所述缓冲凹腔内且所述缓冲柱杆的底端与所述缓冲凹腔的底壁之间固定有缓冲弹簧,在所述底座的侧壁上设置有竖向燕尾滑槽,在所述打磨架的底部固定有燕尾形滑块,所述燕尾形滑块设置在所述竖向燕尾滑槽内,在所述底座上固定有驱动电机,在所述驱动电机的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮,在所述燕尾形滑块的侧面固定有处于同一竖直线上的传动齿槽,所述驱动齿轮与所述传动齿槽相齿合,在所述打磨面板的顶面设置有定位夹块,在所述打磨面板的侧面固定有定位插槽,所述定位夹块的底面通过定位插杆设置在所述定位插槽内并通过锁紧螺杆进行定位固定。
在所述底座的顶面中心设置有转动凹腔,所述支撑架的底部中心固定有旋转柱杆,所述旋转柱杆的中部通过轴承连接在所述转动凹腔的顶部,在所述旋转柱杆的底端固定有配合齿轮,在所述底座上固定有控制电机,所述控制电机的主轴上固定有与所述配合齿轮相齿合的旋转齿轮,所述支撑架在所述控制电机的作用下实现旋转。
在所述打磨架上设置有平移滑槽,所述打磨座通过平移滑块设置在所述平移滑槽内且在所述平移滑块与所述平移滑槽的端壁之间固定有伸缩气缸。
在所述支撑架的顶面中心与所述打磨面板的底面中心之间固定有两个U形弹片,两个U形弹片成十字形设置且U形弹片的中心通过螺钉固定在所述支撑架上且U形弹片的顶端通过螺杆固定在打磨面板的底面上。
在所述打磨座的底面均匀固定有吸尘孔,在所述打磨座的顶部固定有吸尘风机,所述吸尘风机通过吸尘管与所述吸尘孔相连接。
在所述打磨面板的顶面均匀固定有吸附圆孔,在所述支撑架上固定有抽风机,所述抽风机通过导风管与所述吸附圆孔相连接。
在所述底座上固定有电源插头、外接气泵接口和开关面板,所述开关面板上固定有打磨电机控制开关、驱动电机控制按钮、控制电机开关、吸尘风机控制开关和伸缩气缸控制按钮。
本发明具有积极的效果: 本发明的结构设置合理,操作便捷,其不但可有效的实现打磨操作,而且设置有缓冲弹簧,从而在打磨时会有一定的缓冲空间,有利于防止出现过度打磨的情况,从而保证打磨的质量,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种调节型塑料板打磨设备,包括底座1,设置在所述底座1上的支撑架2和设置在所述支撑架2上的打磨面板3,在所述底座1上固定有打磨架38,在所述打磨架38的顶部设置有打磨座4,在所述打磨座4的顶部固定有打磨电机5,在所述打磨电机5的主轴上设置有打磨盘6,所述打磨盘处于打磨座的底面,在所述支撑架2内设置有至少三个顶面开口的缓冲凹腔7,在所述打磨面板的底面固定有位置与所述缓冲凹腔位置相同的缓冲柱杆8,所述缓冲柱杆插入所述缓冲凹腔内且所述缓冲柱杆的底端与所述缓冲凹腔的底壁之间固定有缓冲弹簧9,本实施例中,缓冲弹簧的弹力根据实际情况可以更换,以达到满足不同情况加工需求,此为现有技术的技术常识,在所述底座的侧壁上设置有竖向燕尾滑槽10,在所述打磨架的底部固定有燕尾形滑块11,所述燕尾形滑块设置在所述竖向燕尾滑槽内,在所述底座上固定有驱动电机12,在所述驱动电机的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮13,在所述燕尾形滑块的侧面固定有处于同一竖直线上的传动齿槽14,所述驱动齿轮与所述传动齿槽相齿合,在所述打磨面板的顶面设置有定位夹块15,在所述打磨面板的侧面固定有定位插槽16,所述定位夹块的底面通过定位插杆17设置在所述定位插槽内并通过锁紧螺杆18进行定位固定。
在所述底座1的顶面中心设置有转动凹腔19,所述支撑架的底部中心固定有旋转柱杆20,所述旋转柱杆的中部通过轴承21连接在所述转动凹腔的顶部,在所述旋转柱杆的底端固定有配合齿轮22,在所述底座上固定有控制电机23,所述控制电机的主轴上固定有与所述配合齿轮相齿合的旋转齿轮24,所述支撑架在所述控制电机的作用下实现旋转。
在所述打磨架上设置有平移滑槽25,所述打磨座通过平移滑块26设置在所述平移滑槽内且在所述平移滑块与所述平移滑槽的端壁之间固定有伸缩气缸27。
在所述支撑架的顶面中心与所述打磨面板的底面中心之间固定有两个U形弹片28,两个U形弹片成十字形设置且U形弹片的中心通过螺钉固定在所述支撑架上且U形弹片的顶端通过螺杆固定在打磨面板的底面上。采用U形弹片配合弹簧弹簧,在保证支撑力的同时具有一定的弹性,以保证打磨的效果。
在所述打磨座的底面均匀固定有吸尘孔29,在所述打磨座的顶部固定有吸尘风机30,所述吸尘风机通过吸尘管31与所述吸尘孔相连接。
在所述打磨面板的顶面均匀固定有吸附圆孔32,在所述支撑架上固定有抽风机33,所述抽风机通过导风管34与所述吸附圆孔相连接。
在所述底座上固定有电源插头35、外接气泵接口36和开关面板37,所述开关面板上固定有打磨电机控制开关、驱动电机控制按钮、控制电机开关、吸尘风机控制开关和伸缩气缸控制按钮。
本发明的结构设置合理,操作便捷,其不但可有效的实现打磨操作,而且设置有缓冲弹簧,从而在打磨时会有一定的缓冲空间,有利于防止出现过度打磨的情况,从而保证打磨的质量,使用稳定可靠,适用性强且实用性好。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种调节型塑料板打磨设备,包括底座,设置在所述底座上的支撑架和设置在所述支撑架上的打磨面板,在所述底座上固定有打磨架,在所述打磨架的顶部设置有打磨座,在所述打磨座的顶部固定有打磨电机,在所述打磨电机的主轴上设置有打磨盘,所述打磨盘处于打磨座的底面,其特征在于:在所述支撑架内设置有至少三个顶面开口的缓冲凹腔,在所述打磨面板的底面固定有位置与所述缓冲凹腔位置相同的缓冲柱杆,所述缓冲柱杆插入所述缓冲凹腔内且所述缓冲柱杆的底端与所述缓冲凹腔的底壁之间固定有缓冲弹簧,在所述底座的侧壁上设置有竖向燕尾滑槽,在所述打磨架的底部固定有燕尾形滑块,所述燕尾形滑块设置在所述竖向燕尾滑槽内,在所述底座上固定有驱动电机,在所述驱动电机的主轴上固定有驱动齿轮,在所述燕尾形滑块的侧面固定有处于同一竖直线上的传动齿槽,所述驱动齿轮与所述传动齿槽相齿合,在所述打磨面板的顶面设置有定位夹块,在所述打磨面板的侧面固定有定位插槽,所述定位夹块的底面通过定位插杆设置在所述定位插槽内并通过锁紧螺杆进行定位固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述底座的顶面中心设置有转动凹腔,所述支撑架的底部中心固定有旋转柱杆,所述旋转柱杆的中部通过轴承连接在所述转动凹腔的顶部,在所述旋转柱杆的底端固定有配合齿轮,在所述底座上固定有控制电机,所述控制电机的主轴上固定有与所述配合齿轮相齿合的旋转齿轮,所述支撑架在所述控制电机的作用下实现旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述打磨架上设置有平移滑槽,所述打磨座通过平移滑块设置在所述平移滑槽内且在所述平移滑块与所述平移滑槽的端壁之间固定有伸缩气缸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述支撑架的顶面中心与所述打磨面板的底面中心之间固定有两个U形弹片,两个U形弹片成十字形设置且U形弹片的中心通过螺钉固定在所述支撑架上且U形弹片的顶端通过螺杆固定在打磨面板的底面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述打磨座的底面均匀固定有吸尘孔,在所述打磨座的顶部固定有吸尘风机,所述吸尘风机通过吸尘管与所述吸尘孔相连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述打磨面板的顶面均匀固定有吸附圆孔,在所述支撑架上固定有抽风机,所述抽风机通过导风管与所述吸附圆孔相连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的调节型塑料板打磨设备,其特征在于:在所述底座上固定有电源插头、外接气泵接口和开关面板,所述开关面板上固定有打磨电机控制开关、驱动电机控制按钮、控制电机开关、吸尘风机控制开关和伸缩气缸控制按钮。
