Abstract
一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,包括注塑模具,注塑模具的输出端设有成型装置,成型装置的输出端设有切割装置,所述的成型装置与切割装置之间设有冷却装置和干燥装置;所述的注塑模具输出端上设有导向块,导向块水平设置且导向块依次穿过成型装置、冷却装置、干燥装置和切割装置。采用上述结构,能够提升生产加工效率,保证产品质量,并且改善双壁波纹管的性能,使生产出的成品能够满足各类需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及PE管生产设备领域,特别是一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置。
背景技术
双壁波纹管是一种具有环状结构外壁和平滑内壁的新型管材,其作为一种节约能源的新型轻质管材,具有比重小、造价低、耐外压、强度高、使用寿命长及安装方便等优点。目前,塑料双壁波纹管主要用于市政建设的地下排水排污、雨水收集、农田排灌、工业废水排放等领域。
目前对于双壁波纹管成型机模具的冷却大都采用的风冷的方式,一般是在模具上方和下方端安装风机,利用风机对模具吹风进行冷却。这种冷却方式效率低,冷却效果不好,对提高成型速度没有太大的帮助;
另外由于常规的双壁波纹管结构简单,均是内外双层的结构,其性能改善前景小,管壁的抗磨损等一系列性能上的改进只能通过改进原料进行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,能够提升生产加工效率,保证产品质量,并且改善双壁波纹管的性能,使生产出的成品能够满足各类需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,包括注塑模具,注塑模具的输出端设有成型装置,成型装置的输出端设有切割装置,所述的成型装置与切割装置之间设有冷却装置和干燥装置;
所述的注塑模具输出端上设有导向块,导向块水平设置且导向块依次穿过成型装置、冷却装置、干燥装置和切割装置。
优选的方案中,所述的注塑模具中设有环形的内腔和外腔,内腔和外腔之间的注塑模具中设有加热丝;
所述的注塑模具中还设有粘合腔,粘合腔设置在注塑模具的输出端上,且粘合腔远离注塑模具输出端的一端与内腔、外腔连通。
优选的方案中,所述的成型装置包括两条皮带,两条皮带设置在导向块的上下两侧,皮带上设有压模;
所述的成型装置上下侧均设有外覆层,外覆层一端延伸至靠近导向块的压模内,外覆层上通过设置在成型装置上下两侧的导向轮导向。
优选的方案中,所述的压模为带有半圆形缺口的矩形块,压模固定设置在皮带上,压模中的半圆形缺口的内凹面上设有多个平行设置的凹槽。
优选的方案中,所述的半圆形缺口的直径大于导向块的截面直径。
优选的方案中,所述的冷却装置采用矩形框架结构,冷却装置的内侧壁四个转角位置上均设有雾化喷头。
优选的方案中,所述的干燥装置采用两端开口的矩形腔室结构,导向块由开口端穿过,干燥装置的一个侧面上设有进气管,另一侧设有多个均布的出气孔。
优选的方案中,所述的切割装置采用矩形框架结构,切割装置顶部设有气缸,气缸的推杆向下设置,推杆穿过切割装置顶面延伸至切割装置内,位于切割装置内的推杆一端上设有固定板,固定板上设有切割刀。
优选的方案中,所述的切割装置内设有固定块。
本发明所提供的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,通过采用上述结构,具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过在内壁的内表面和外壁的外表面设置外覆层,能够有效提升波纹管外壁的抗磨损和抗冲击能力,并且能够根据具体需求改变外覆层材质,从而使生产的波纹管满足不同的实际需求;
(2)通过雾化喷头产生水雾对成型后的波纹管进行冷却,能够有效提升冷却效率,提高生产加工效率,提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1-6中,一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,包括注塑模具1,注塑模具1的输出端设有成型装置2,成型装置2的输出端设有切割装置5,所述的成型装置2与切割装置5之间设有冷却装置3和干燥装置4;
所述的注塑模具1输出端上设有导向块22,导向块22水平设置且导向块22依次穿过成型装置2、冷却装置3、干燥装置4和切割装置5。
优选的方案中,所述的注塑模具1中设有环形的内腔6和外腔7,内腔6和外腔7之间的注塑模具1中设有加热丝8;
所述的注塑模具1中还设有粘合腔9,粘合腔9设置在注塑模具1的输出端上,且粘合腔9远离注塑模具1输出端的一端与内腔6、外腔7连通。
优选的方案中,所述的成型装置2包括两条皮带10,两条皮带10设置在导向块22的上下两侧,皮带10上设有压模11;
所述的成型装置2上下侧均设有外覆层12,外覆层12一端延伸至靠近导向块22的压模11内,外覆层12上通过设置在成型装置2上下两侧的导向轮13导向。
优选的方案中,所述的压模11为带有半圆形缺口111的矩形块,压模11固定设置在皮带10上,压模11中的半圆形缺口111的内凹面上设有多个平行设置的凹槽112。
优选的方案中,所述的半圆形缺口111的直径大于导向块22的截面直径。
优选的方案中,所述的冷却装置3采用矩形框架结构,冷却装置3的内侧壁四个转角位置上均设有雾化喷头14。
优选的方案中,所述的干燥装置4采用两端开口的矩形腔室结构,导向块22由开口端穿过,干燥装置4的一个侧面上设有进气管15,另一侧设有多个均布的出气孔16。
优选的方案中,所述的切割装置5采用矩形框架结构,切割装置5顶部设有气缸17,气缸17的推杆18向下设置,推杆18穿过切割装置5顶面延伸至切割装置5内,位于切割装置5内的推杆18一端上设有固定板19,固定板19上设有切割刀20。
优选的方案中,所述的切割装置5内设有固定块21。
本发明的工作原理如下:
将内外层的原料注入注塑模具1的内腔6和外腔7中,在持续注入原料的过程中,内腔6和外腔7中的原料在加热丝8的作用下被加热熔融,然后被后续进入的原料推送至粘合腔9中,在粘合腔9中,两层原料粘合在一起,并向注塑模具1的输出端移动,注塑模具1的输出端输出的初成型管件进入了成型装置2中,成型装置2中的皮带尺寸转动,对初成型管件的外壁进行压制成型,并且在成型过程中,外覆层被压紧覆盖在初成型管件的外壁上,最终形成波纹形且带有外覆层的波纹管件,成型后的管件进入冷却装置3中,雾化喷头14持续性的输出冷却水雾,对成型后的管件进行冷却,并最终定型,定型后的管件部分进入干燥装置4内,干燥装置4一侧的进气管15向干燥装置4内输入热风,对管件进行干燥,最终,经过成型定型的管件进入切割装置5中,在切割刀20的作用下被切断,驱动切割刀20工作的气缸17可通过控制器控制周期性的驱动切割刀20的上下移动,从而使切割下的管件长度一致,保证产品质量。
采用上述结构,通过在内壁的内表面和外壁的外表面设置外覆层,能够有效提升波纹管外壁的抗磨损和抗冲击能力,并且能够根据具体需求改变外覆层材质,从而使生产的波纹管满足不同的实际需求;通过雾化喷头产生水雾对成型后的波纹管进行冷却,能够有效提升冷却效率,提高生产加工效率,提升产品质量。
Claims (9)
1.一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,包括注塑模具(1),其特征是:注塑模具(1)的输出端设有成型装置(2),成型装置(2)的输出端设有切割装置(5),所述的成型装置(2)与切割装置(5)之间设有冷却装置(3)和干燥装置(4);
所述的注塑模具(1)输出端上设有导向块(22),导向块(22)水平设置且导向块(22)依次穿过成型装置(2)、冷却装置(3)、干燥装置(4)和切割装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的注塑模具(1)中设有环形的内腔(6)和外腔(7),内腔(6)和外腔(7)之间的注塑模具(1)中设有加热丝(8);
所述的注塑模具(1)中还设有粘合腔(9),粘合腔(9)设置在注塑模具(1)的输出端上,且粘合腔(9)远离注塑模具(1)输出端的一端与内腔(6)、外腔(7)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的成型装置(2)包括两条皮带(10),两条皮带(10)设置在导向块(22)的上下两侧,皮带(10)上设有压模(11);
所述的成型装置(2)上下侧均设有外覆层(12),外覆层(12)一端延伸至靠近导向块(22)的压模(11)内,外覆层(12)上通过设置在成型装置(2)上下两侧的导向轮(13)导向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的压模(11)为带有半圆形缺口(111)的矩形块,压模(11)固定设置在皮带(10)上,压模(11)中的半圆形缺口(111)的内凹面上设有多个平行设置的凹槽(112)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的半圆形缺口(111)的直径大于导向块(22)的截面直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的冷却装置(3)采用矩形框架结构,冷却装置(3)的内侧壁四个转角位置上均设有雾化喷头(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的干燥装置(4)采用两端开口的矩形腔室结构,导向块(22)由开口端穿过,干燥装置(4)的一个侧面上设有进气管(15),另一侧设有多个均布的出气孔(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的切割装置(5)采用矩形框架结构,切割装置(5)顶部设有气缸(17),气缸(17)的推杆(18)向下设置,推杆(18)穿过切割装置(5)顶面延伸至切割装置(5)内,位于切割装置(5)内的推杆(18)一端上设有固定板(19),固定板(19)上设有切割刀(20)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE双壁波纹管加工成型装置,其特征在于:所述的切割装置(5)内设有固定块(21)。
