随着对酶的深入研究和越来越多的认识,富含高浓SOD的复合酶,对疾病的调理上发挥了越来越显著的作用。正常人体内酶活性较稳定,当人体某些器官和组织受损或发生疾病后,某些酶被释放入血、尿或体液内。如急性胰腺炎时,血清和尿中淀粉酶活性显著升高;肝炎和其它原因肝脏受损,肝细胞坏死或通透性增强,大量转氨酶释放入血,使血清转氨酶升高;心肌梗塞时,血清乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶明显升高。当有机磷农药中毒时,胆碱酯酶活性受抑制,血清胆碱酯酶活性下降;某些肝胆疾病,特别是胆道梗阻时,血清r-谷氨酰移换酶增高等等。因此,借助血、尿或体液内酶的活性测定,可以了解或判定某些疾病的发生和发展。
现有的酶食品和活性地龙蛋白食品功能单一,尤其对高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病及其综合症状预防、调节和辅助康复效果差,因此需要一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品及其制备方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术提出的问题,本发明提出了一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品及其制备方法,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品包括活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品以如下重量分数的组分配备:
活性地龙蛋白 20~35份,
纳豆激酶 20~30份,
茶多酚 1~5份,
大豆多肽 5~15份,
螺旋藻 10~15份,
大豆磷脂 5~10份,
大豆膳食纤维 5~10份,
低聚果糖 5~10份,
麦芽糊精 3~10份,
硬脂酸镁 1~3份,
水 3~10份。
本发明还提出一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置催吐溶液,将鲜活地龙放置于催吐溶液内反复清洗、催吐,直至鲜活地龙不在吐出泥沙;
S2:清洗地龙表面粘附的催吐溶液,并将地龙置于30℃-50℃温水内浸泡杀死,研磨地龙、打浆过滤;
S3:对地龙浆液进行离心搅拌,去渣,并浓缩地龙浆液,低温加热烘干,制得活性地龙蛋白;
S4:按比例取活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,将上述原料于5℃-10℃低温、真空无菌条件下混合搅拌5-30分钟;
S5:压模成型,包装存储。
优选地,所述S1中催吐溶液包括按氯化钠1~3份、水100~500份的比例配置的氯化钠溶液、5%~15%比例的乙醇溶液和5-10份食用油。
优选地,所述S1中地龙催吐过程中可适当添加铁器,低速拨动地龙,同时不断向地龙及催吐溶液内混入空气,避免地龙在完全催吐前窒息。
优选地,所述S3中采用50-300目筛过滤,并再次对过滤截留的地龙残骸进行研磨、打浆和过滤,重复3-5次。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、本发明所采用的原料均是国家卫生部批准的既是食品又是药品的物品或新资源食品,营养价值丰富,属于纯天然食品;经过采用合理配比制备成复合多酶食品,既保留了原料的营养价值,同时起到了预防病治病的功效,食用有益于人体健康,同时丰富了国内外复合多酶食品;
2、本发明的复合多酶食品适用人群范围广,高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等心脑血管疾病特殊人群均适合食用。原料加入了活性地龙蛋白可以起到调节血栓,稳定血压,从而达到防治脑血管疾病,控制血压、血脂含量,纳豆激酶能够起到调节血压,清理血管脂肪血栓,降低血压,改善微循环的作用,茶多酚具有抗氧化,对大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌等有抑制病毒菌作用,清除自由基提高人体酶的活性作用,大豆磷脂,可以提供卵磷脂,起到降低血清胆固醇含量作用,螺旋藻可以起到降低人体胆固醇,调节血糖代谢及增强免疫作用,同时以低聚果糖和麦芽糊精作为辅料,其低热能值且不能被人体直接消化吸收,适合作为糖尿病患者的甜味剂;
3、本发明的复合多酶食品有益于人体吸收,有助于人体的消化和吸收功能,对胃功能低,吸收功能欠缺或差的人群来说,本发明的食品有利于人体吸收与代谢。

实施例1,一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品以如下重量分数的组分配备:
活性地龙蛋白 20份,
纳豆激酶 20份,
茶多酚 1.5份,
大豆多肽 5份,
螺旋藻 10份,
大豆磷脂 5份,
大豆膳食纤维 5份,
低聚果糖 5份,
麦芽糊精 3份,
硬脂酸镁 1.5份,
水 4份。
一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品按照以下步骤制备:
S1:按氯化钠1~3份、水100~500份的比例配置的氯化钠溶液,将鲜活地龙放置于氯化钠溶液内反复清洗、催吐,直至鲜活地龙不在吐出泥沙;
S2:清洗地龙表面粘附的氯化钠溶液,并将地龙置于30℃-50℃温水内浸泡杀死,研磨地龙、打浆过滤;
S3:对地龙浆液进行离心搅拌,去渣,并浓缩地龙浆液,低温加热烘干,制得活性地龙蛋白;
S4:按比例取活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,将上述原料于5℃低温、真空无菌条件下混合搅拌20分钟;
S5:压模成型,包装存储。
实施例2,一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品以如下重量分数的组分配备:
活性地龙蛋白 28份,
纳豆激酶 25份,
茶多酚 2份,
大豆多肽 8份,
螺旋藻 13份,
大豆磷脂 8份,
大豆膳食纤维 7份,
低聚果糖 7份,
麦芽糊精 6份,
硬脂酸镁 2份,
水 8份。
一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品按照以下步骤制备:
S1:取5%~15%乙醇溶液,将鲜活地龙放置于取5%~15%乙醇溶液内反复清洗、催吐,直至鲜活地龙不在吐出泥沙;
S2:清洗地龙表面粘附的乙醇溶液,并将地龙置于30℃-50℃温水内浸泡杀死,研磨地龙、打浆过滤;
S3:对地龙浆液进行离心搅拌,去渣,并浓缩地龙浆液,低温加热烘干,制得活性地龙蛋白;
S4:按比例取活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,将上述原料于8℃低温、真空无菌条件下混合搅拌25分钟;
S5:压模成型,包装存储。
实施例3,一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品以如下重量分数的组分配备:
活性地龙蛋白 35份,
纳豆激酶 30份,
茶多酚 3份,
大豆多肽 15份,
螺旋藻 15份,
大豆磷脂 10份,
大豆膳食纤维 10份,
低聚果糖 10份,
麦芽糊精 10份,
硬脂酸镁 3份,
水 10份。
一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品按照以下步骤制备:
S1:取食用油1~3份、水50~80份混合,将鲜活地龙放置于食用油与水的混合液内反复清洗、催吐,直至鲜活地龙不在吐出泥沙;
S2:清洗地龙表面粘附的食用油,并将地龙置于30℃-50℃温水内浸泡杀死,研磨地龙、打浆过滤;
S3:对地龙浆液进行离心搅拌,去渣,并浓缩地龙浆液,低温加热烘干,制得活性地龙蛋白;
S4:按比例取活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,将上述原料于10℃低温、真空无菌条件下混合搅拌30分钟;
S5:压模成型,包装存储。

1.一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品包括活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,所述含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品以如下重量分数的组分配备:
活性地龙蛋白20~35份,
纳豆激酶20~30份,
茶多酚1~5份,
大豆多肽5~15份,
螺旋藻10~15份,
大豆磷脂5~10份,
大豆膳食纤维5~10份,
低聚果糖5~10份,
麦芽糊精3~10份,
硬脂酸镁1~3份,
水 3~10份。
2.一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置催吐溶液,将鲜活地龙放置于催吐溶液内反复清洗、催吐,直至鲜活地龙不在吐出泥沙;
S2:清洗地龙表面粘附的催吐溶液,并将地龙置于30℃-50℃温水内浸泡杀死,研磨地龙、打浆过滤;

S4:按比例取活性地龙蛋白、纳豆激酶、茶多酚、大豆多肽、螺旋藻、大豆磷脂、大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁和水,将上述原料于5℃-10℃低温、真空无菌条件下混合搅拌5-30分钟;
S5:压模成型,包装存储。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含活性地龙蛋白纳豆激酶复合多酶食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中催吐溶液包括按氯化钠1~3份、水100~500份的比例配置的氯化钠溶液、5%~15%比例的乙醇溶液和5-10份食用油。
