本发明公开了一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,所述配方由维生素E、磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、竹叶抗氧化物、D‑异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸‑δ‑内酯、六偏磷酸钠、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素,按一定比例混合组成。本发明中即含有针对油溶物质的油性抗氧化剂,也含有针对水溶性的抗氧化物,该产品可直接加入食用天然色素中,减缓其褪色,加入水溶性天然香料饮品、植物性饮品中,减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,也可加入食品中减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,安全健康,使用方便。

食品抗氧化剂是一类能阻止或延缓食品氧化变质、提高食品稳定性和延长贮存期的食品添加剂
大多食品中油溶性和水溶性的原料都会含有,现有技术制成食品用抗氧化剂产品要么是油溶性的,无法直接溶于水中,要么是水溶的液体,要么单一的组份,有的是只针对油的氧化,有的只针对褪色的问题,有不少所使用的原料没有完全符合《食品添加剂使用标准GB2760》的要求。
所以,如何设计一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,本发明中即含有针对油溶物质的油性抗氧化剂,也含有针对水溶性的抗氧化物,可以满足大多食品的使用,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,所述配方由维生素E、磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素,按一定比例混合组成,所述配方由以下重量百分比的原料制成:5-7份的维生素E;1.5-2.5份的磷脂;5-7份的蔗糖脂肪酸酯;1.5-2.5份的单硬脂酸甘油酯;18-22份的竹叶抗氧化物;18-22份的D-异抗坏血酸钠;1.5-2.5份的葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯;1.5-2.5份的六偏磷酸钠;37-41份的麦芽糊精;0.5-1.5份的微晶纤维素。
优选的,先将单硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯加热到80摄氏度,熔解混合,得到原料A。
优选的,向原料A中加入磷脂,搅拌混合,得到原料B,搅拌均匀后,向原料B中加入维生素E,搅拌器混合,得到原料C。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明中即含有针对油溶物质的油性抗氧化剂,也含有针对水溶性的抗氧化物,可以满足大多食品的使用,该产品可直接加入食用天然色素中,减缓其褪色,加入水溶性天然香料饮品、植物性饮品中(如浓缩姜粉、浓缩姜液、橙汁等),减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,也可加入食品中减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,本品选用的所有原料均符合国内《食品添加剂使用标准GB2760-2014》的要求,且生产工艺简单,成本低廉,安全健康,使用方便。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,所述配方由维生素E、磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素,按一定比例混合组成,所述配方由以下重量百分比的原料制成:6份的维生素E;2份的磷脂;6份的蔗糖脂肪酸酯;2份的单硬脂酸甘油酯;20份的竹叶抗氧化物;20份的D-异抗坏血酸钠;2份的葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯;2份的六偏磷酸钠;39份的麦芽糊精;1份的微晶纤维素。
根据上述技术方案,先将单硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯加热到80摄氏度,熔解混合,得到原料A。

实施例2:如图1所示,一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,所述配方由维生素E、磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素,按一定比例混合组成,所述配方由以下重量百分比的原料制成:6.5份的维生素E;2.5份的磷脂;5.5份的蔗糖脂肪酸酯;1.5份的单硬脂酸甘油酯;19份的竹叶抗氧化物;19份的D-异抗坏血酸钠;2.5份的葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯;1.5份的六偏磷酸钠;37份的麦芽糊精;1份的微晶纤维素。
根据上述技术方案,先将单硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯加热到80摄氏度,熔解混合,得到原料A。
根据上述技术方案,向原料A中加入磷脂,搅拌混合,得到原料B,搅拌均匀后,向原料B中加入维生素E,搅拌器混合,得到原料C。
根据上述技术方案,称取20份的麦芽糊精,将混合完成的原料C加入,用高速机打散混合,转速1200r/min,得到原料D。
根据上述技术方案,将竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠和剩余的麦芽糊精加入原料D中,采用慢速机混合,然后经40目过筛,得到水溶性复配抗氧化剂。
根据上述技术方案,高速机的转速为1200r/min,均匀搅拌5min。
根据上述技术方案,慢速机的转速为450r/min,均匀搅拌8min。
基于上述,本发明的优点在于,本发明中即含有针对油溶物质的油性抗氧化剂,也含有针对水溶性的抗氧化物,可以满足大多食品的使用,该产品可直接加入食用天然色素中,减缓其褪色,加入水溶性天然香料饮品、植物性饮品中(如浓缩姜粉、浓缩姜液、橙汁等),减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,也可加入食品中减缓其褪色和减缓变味变质,本品选用的所有原料均符合国内《食品添加剂使用标准GB2760-2014》的要求,且生产工艺简单,成本低廉,安全健康,使用方便。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:所述配方由维生素E、磷脂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素,按一定比例混合组成,所述配方由以下重量百分比的原料制成:5-7份的维生素E;1.5-2.5份的磷脂;5-7份的蔗糖脂肪酸酯;1.5-2.5份的单硬脂酸甘油酯;18-22份的竹叶抗氧化物;18-22份的D-异抗坏血酸钠;1.5-2.5份的葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯;1.5-2.5份的六偏磷酸钠;37-41份的麦芽糊精;0.5-1.5份的微晶纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:先将单硬脂酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯加热到80摄氏度,熔解混合,得到原料A。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:向原料A中加入磷脂,搅拌混合,得到原料B,搅拌均匀后,向原料B中加入维生素E,搅拌器混合,得到原料C。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:称取19-20份的麦芽糊精,将混合完成的原料C加入,用高速机打散混合,转速1200-1800r/min,得到原料D。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:将竹叶抗氧化物、D-异抗坏血酸钠、葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯、六偏磷酸钠和剩余的麦芽糊精加入原料D中,采用慢速机混合,然后经40目过筛,得到水溶性复配抗氧化剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:高速机的转速为1200-1800r/min,均匀搅拌3-5min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种水溶性复配抗氧化剂的生产工艺及配方,其特征在于:慢速机的转速为450-500r/min,均匀搅拌5-10min。
