Fremgangsmåte og anode for fremstilling av aluminium ved smelteelektrolyse.

Description

Fremgangsmåte til å fremstille en forblanding beregnet på husdyr, særlig kalver.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører
en fremgangsmåte til å fremstille en forblanding for husdyr, særlig for kalver, fortrinsvis for innblanding i skummet melk
eller melkepulver.
Som bekjent krever husdyr, særlig kalver, helmelk for deres utvikling. Bruken
av helmelk er imidlertid dyrt. Av denne
årsak har man foreslått fremgangsmåter
hvor skummet-melken tilsettes bestand-deler fjernet fra helmelken, det vil si fett
og vitaminer. Naturligvis er det herunder
formålstjenlig å bruke slike fettarter, hvis
pris er betydelig lavere enn melkefettets,
og som har samme næringsverdi. Det har
imidlertid oppstått vanskeligheter på grunn
av fettartenes lave oppløsningsevne i skummet-melken til en kolloidal oppløsning. Yt-terligere en vanskelighet er å overføre fettet og vitaminene til en tørr, lett transpor-terbar og selgbar form.
Formålet med den foreliggende oppfinnelse er å eliminere de forannevnte vanskeligheter, og dette oppnåes ved en fremgangsmåte som kjennetegnes ved at det
som forblandingens grunnstoff anvendes
bladpulver og/eller gresspulver, det vil si
at klorofyllholdig tørket vektstoff, og fett
som brukes til forblandingen, bringes i
væskeform og absorberes i dette pulver, og
at det til forblandingen dessuten eventuelt tilsettes i forindustrien vanlig kjente
tilsetningsstoffer, såsom vitaminer, mineralstoffer og mikroelementer, samt antibiotika for eksempel aureomycin.
Ved fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfin-nelsen kan det brukes meget forskjellige
fettarter. Det eneste krav som må stilles
til dem, er at de ikke harskner. Eksempel-vis har talg vist seg å være egnet på grunn av dets lave innkjøpspris. Sammen med talgen eller hver for seg kan andre fettarter anvendes, for eksempel kokosfett. Fettet absorberes i forpulveret i opp til 20—30 vektsprosent av forblandingens mengde.
Som vitaminer brukes såkalte stabiliserte eller lagringsbestandige vitaminpreparater, som er alminnelig brukt i forindustrien.
Eksempel.
Fettblandingen består av 80 pst. talg og 20 pst. kokosfett med en sammenlagt vekt av 100 kg. Fettblandingen absorberes i 300 kg gresspulver, hvorved fettinnholdet i blandingen vil bli 25 vektsprosent. Fettblandingen som befinner seg i flytende form, oppdeles ved absorberingen i små partikler blant gresspulveret. Til blandingen, som hele tiden omrøres, tilsettes det dessuten stabiliserte vitaminpreparater, mineralstoffer og mikroelementer, samt auromycin. Når fettet har stivnet, fåes en tørr, pulverformet forblanding, som mar-kedsføres i sekker.
Forblandingen kan lett blandes inn i skummet melk, og fortrinsvis brukes ca. 80 g forblanding pr. liter skummet melk. Derved oppnåes en drikkeblanding, hvis fettinnhold er ca. 2 pst.
Det har vist seg at den drikkeblanding som er egnet for kalver, bør ha et fettinnhold av minst 1 pst. og høyst ca. 3 pst. Maksimaltallet bør ikke overskrides, fordi et høyere fettinnhold medfører at drikke-blandingen blir altfor tykk eller har ueg-net smak. Over 5000 liter drikkeblanding
med et fettinnhold av ca. 2 pst. fåes av
forblandingsmengden ifølge det foregående
eksempel. Drikkeblandingens pris blir lavere enn halvparten av prisen på helmelken, men tross dette motsvarer drikkeblandingens næringsverdi helmelkens.

Claims (3)

1. 'Fremgangsmåte til å fremstille en
forblanding som er beregnet for husdyr, særlig kalver, og som fortrinsvis innblandes i skummet melk eller melkepulver, karakterisert ved at bladpulver og/eller gresspulver, det vil si et klorofyllholdig tørket vektstoff, brukes som forblandingens grunnstoff, at fett som brukes til forblandingen bringes i væskeform og absorberes i pulveret, og at det til forblandingen dessuten eventuelt tilsettes i forindustrien vanlig kjente tilsetningsstoffer, såsom vitaminer, mineralstoffer og mikroelementer samt antibiotika, for eksempel aureomycin.
2. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med på-stand 1, karakterisert ved at det som fett anvendes talg og/eller andre billige fettarter, for eksempel kokosfett.
3. Fremgangsmåte i samsvar med på-stand 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at fett absorberes i vekstforpulver i en mengde av 20—30 vektsprosent av forblandingen.
