技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘带技术领域,具体的说涉及一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代科技的高速发展,计算机、彩电、录像机、微波炉、电磁炉、手机、移动通信基站、通信发射台站、电视和广播发射系统、射频及微波医疗设备等电器和系统都产生各种形式、不同频率、不同强度的电磁辐射,严重困扰着人们的生产生活。为此,需对设备采取各种形式的屏蔽措施,电磁屏蔽就是采用屏蔽体将元部件、电路、组合件、电缆或整个系统的干扰源包围起来,防止干扰电磁场向外扩散;或用屏蔽体将接收电路、设备或系统包围起来,防止它们受到外界电磁场的影响。
具有电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带不仅可以使得屏蔽体通过粘结的方式形成一个密封的整体,同时起到补偿屏蔽体连接处屏蔽效果差的不足。另外,在易于发生火灾或者高温的工作场所,由于胶粘带在使用过程中,容易受到高温的作用,使胶粘带产生变形、撕裂或者脱落等情况发生,进而造成屏蔽体屏蔽效果减弱的问题,为此,需要一种具有阻燃性能和电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,以避免各种电子设备或者电子元器件受到外界电磁干扰。
发明内容
鉴于以上现有技术的不足之处,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带及其制备方法,通过离子液体改性无纺布并结合复合胶粘剂的双重作用,使制备得到的胶粘带不仅具有良好的阻燃性能,同时具有良好的电磁屏蔽功能,以使屏蔽体达到完整屏蔽的效果,从而避免各种电子设备或者电子元器件受到外界电磁干扰,造成设备的不同程度损坏。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,包括离型膜、基材及涂覆在基材和离型膜之间的复合胶粘剂,所述基材为改性无纺布;所述复合胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:
压敏树脂 55~80份;
丁苯橡胶 15~20份;
填料 0.8~5份;
相容剂 1.2~3.5份;
消泡剂 0.5~1.5份;及
润湿剂 0.5~2.1份。
优选的,所述离型层为有机硅离型层。
优选的,所述压敏树脂为有机硅型压敏树脂,所述有机硅型压敏树脂为苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物通过以下方法制备得到:
S1:按重量份数计,称取20~50份三甲基(2-甲基苯氧基)硅烷,将其溶解在50~100甲苯中;
S2:将以上溶液转入反应釜中,加热至60℃时,缓慢滴加至pH值为2的盐酸水溶液中,滴加完毕,继续反应1~5小时;
S3:将反应产物进行抽滤后,依次采用甲苯和去离子水水洗至中性,再进行减压蒸馏,最终得到无色透明的苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物的支化率为0.15~0.45。
优选的,所述填料为羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银组成的混合物,所述羟基化炭黑占所述混合物总重的60~80wt%。
优选的,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选的,所述润湿剂为聚乙二醇200~400。
优选的,所述复合胶粘剂还含有1.2~3份离子液体。

S1:无纺布改性处理:将无纺布基材按浴比为1:5浸入至离子液体中,三浸三轧,浸渍时间为10~60min,控制无纺布基材浸出率为16.8~24.8%,得到离子液体改性无纺布;
S2:复合胶粘剂配制:按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、相容剂和润湿剂加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料和消泡剂,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
抑或是,按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、相容剂和润湿剂加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料、离子液体和消泡剂,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
S3:胶粘带制备:通过转移涂布的方式将步骤S2配制的复合胶粘剂涂覆在步骤S1得到的改性无纺布上,再在复合胶粘剂上通过热辊压方式复合一层离型膜,收卷得到所述具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带。
优选的,所述热辊压方式在烘道温度为80℃,辊压温度为110℃,辊压压力为15MPa,车速为15m/min的条件下进行。
优选的,所述收卷张力为150N。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明选用压敏树脂和丁苯橡胶作为复合胶粘剂的主体成分,不仅使胶粘带具有良好的粘结性能,同时使胶粘剂具有一定的弹性空间,利用苯基支化的有机硅聚合物和丁苯橡胶的苯基空间位阻作用,使胶粘剂具有良好的阻燃性能;
本发明通过离子液体改性的无纺布和离子液体添加在胶粘剂中的双重作用,由于离子液体的难燃性和不挥发性,进一步提高了胶粘带的阻燃性能和环保性能,同时,由于离子液体的良好导电性能,易于使外界的电磁波通过离子液体的作用,达到屏蔽的效果;
本发明利用羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银组成的混合物作为填料添加在胶粘剂中,不仅提高了胶粘剂的强度,同时使胶粘剂由于羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银地协同作用,进一步提高了胶粘带的屏蔽性能。
总的来说,本发明制备得到的胶粘带不仅具有良好的粘结性能,同时具有良好的阻燃和电磁屏蔽功能。

所述压敏树脂为有机硅型压敏树脂,所述有机硅型压敏树脂为苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物通过以下方法制备得到:
S1:按重量份数计,称取20份三甲基(2-甲基苯氧基)硅烷,将其溶解在50甲苯中;

S1:无纺布改性处理:将无纺布基材按浴比为1:5浸入至离子液体中,三浸三轧,浸渍时间为10min,控制无纺布基材浸出率为16.8%,得到离子液体改性无纺布;
S2:复合胶粘剂配制:按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯和聚乙二醇200加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
S3:胶粘带制备:通过转移涂布的方式将步骤S2配制的复合胶粘剂涂覆在步骤S1得到的改性无纺布上,再在复合胶粘剂上通过热辊压方式复合一层离型膜,收卷得到所述具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带。所述热辊压方式在烘道温度为80℃,辊压温度为110℃,辊压压力为15MPa,车速为15m/min的条件下进行。所述收卷张力为150N。
实施例2
一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,包括离型膜、基材及涂覆在基材和离型膜之间的复合胶粘剂,所述基材为改性无纺布;所述复合胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:
压敏树脂 68份;
丁苯橡胶 18份;
填料 2.1份;
马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯 2.2份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷 1.1份;及
聚乙二醇300 1.5份。
所述离型层为有机硅离型层。
所述压敏树脂为有机硅型压敏树脂,所述有机硅型压敏树脂为苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物通过以下方法制备得到:
S1:按重量份数计,称取30份三甲基(2-甲基苯氧基)硅烷,将其溶解在70甲苯中;
S2:将以上溶液转入反应釜中,加热至60℃时,缓慢滴加至pH值为2的盐酸水溶液中,滴加完毕,继续反应3小时;
S3:将反应产物进行抽滤后,依次采用甲苯和去离子水水洗至中性,再进行减压蒸馏,最终得到无色透明的苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物的支化率为0.25。
所述填料为羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银组成的混合物,所述羟基化炭黑占所述混合物总重的70wt%。
相应的,一种如上述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:无纺布改性处理:将无纺布基材按浴比为1:5浸入至离子液体中,三浸三轧,浸渍时间为60min,控制无纺布基材浸出率为24.8%,得到离子液体改性无纺布;
S2:复合胶粘剂配制:按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯和聚乙二醇300加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
S3:胶粘带制备:通过转移涂布的方式将步骤S2配制的复合胶粘剂涂覆在步骤S1得到的改性无纺布上,再在复合胶粘剂上通过热辊压方式复合一层离型膜,收卷得到所述具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带。所述热辊压方式在烘道温度为80℃,辊压温度为110℃,辊压压力为15MPa,车速为15m/min的条件下进行。所述收卷张力为150N。
实施例3
一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,包括离型膜、基材及涂覆在基材和离型膜之间的复合胶粘剂,所述基材为改性无纺布;所述复合胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:
压敏树脂 80份;
丁苯橡胶 20份;
填料 5份;
马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯 3.5份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷 1.5份;及
聚乙二醇400 0.5~2.1份。
所述离型层为有机硅离型层。
所述压敏树脂为有机硅型压敏树脂,所述有机硅型压敏树脂为苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物通过以下方法制备得到:
S1:按重量份数计,称取50份三甲基(2-甲基苯氧基)硅烷,将其溶解在100甲苯中;
S2:将以上溶液转入反应釜中,加热至60℃时,缓慢滴加至pH值为2的盐酸水溶液中,滴加完毕,继续反应5小时;
S3:将反应产物进行抽滤后,依次采用甲苯和去离子水水洗至中性,再进行减压蒸馏,最终得到无色透明的苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物的支化率为0.40。
所述填料为羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银组成的混合物,所述羟基化炭黑占所述混合物总重的80wt%。
相应的,一种如上述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:无纺布改性处理:将无纺布基材按浴比为1:5浸入至离子液体中,三浸三轧,浸渍时间为40min,控制无纺布基材浸出率为20.5%,得到离子液体改性无纺布;
S2:复合胶粘剂配制:按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯和聚乙二醇400加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
S3:胶粘带制备:通过转移涂布的方式将步骤S2配制的复合胶粘剂涂覆在步骤S1得到的改性无纺布上,再在复合胶粘剂上通过热辊压方式复合一层离型膜,收卷得到所述具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带。所述热辊压方式在烘道温度为80℃,辊压温度为110℃,辊压压力为15MPa,车速为15m/min的条件下进行。所述收卷张力为150N。
实施例4
本实施例具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其结构组成、复合胶粘剂配方及其制备方法基本与实施例1相似,其主要不同之处在于所述复合胶粘剂还含有1.2份离子液体。所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。所述苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子为4-苯基哌啶盐酸盐。
实施例5
本实施例具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其结构组成、复合胶粘剂配方及其制备方法基本与实施例2相似,其主要不同之处在于所述复合胶粘剂还含有2.4份离子液体。所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。所述苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子为1-(2-苯基乙基)哌啶盐酸盐。
实施例6
本实施例具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其结构组成、复合胶粘剂配方及其制备方法基本与实施例3相似,其主要不同之处在于所述复合胶粘剂还含有3份离子液体。所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。所述苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子为4-(苯基甲基)-哌啶盐酸盐。
实施例7
本实施例具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其结构组成、复合胶粘剂配方及其制备方法基本与实施例1相似,其主要不同之处在于所述复合胶粘剂还含有3份离子液体。所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。按重量份数计,所述压敏树脂80份,丁苯橡胶15份,填料5份。所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物的支化率为0.45。
实施例8
本实施例具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其结构组成、复合胶粘剂配方及其制备方法基本与实施例1相似,其主要不同之处在于所述复合胶粘剂还含有1.2份离子液体。所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。按重量份数计,所述压敏树脂55份,丁苯橡胶20份,填料3份。所述苯基支化的有机硅聚合物的支化率为0.15。所述苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子为4-(3-三氟甲基苯基)哌啶盐酸盐。
将实施例1-8制备得到的胶粘带样品进行性能测试,其性能结果如表1所示:

注:所述电磁屏蔽效能测试:其测试标准为ASTM D4935-2010,按照平面材料电磁屏蔽效能的测试方法进行,测试时将胶粘带离型膜撕掉,放置于两个半同轴中间,压合力约80N,屏蔽效能按照下面公式进行计算:
(1)SE=20LogE1/E2dB,式中:SE表示对电场的屏蔽效能,E1表示未采取电磁屏蔽之前的电场强度,E2表示已采取电磁屏蔽之后的电场强度。
(2)SH=20LogH1/H2dB,式中:SH表示对磁场的屏蔽效能,H1表示未采取电磁屏蔽之前的磁场强度,H2表示已采取电磁屏蔽之后的磁场强度,上述公式中SE、SH的值越大,代表屏蔽效果越好。

1.一种具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,包括离型膜、基材及涂覆在基材和离型膜之间的复合胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述基材为改性无纺布;所述复合胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:
2.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述压敏树脂为有机硅型压敏树脂,所述有机硅型压敏树脂为苯基支化的有机硅聚合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述填料为羟基化炭黑和苯甲酸银组成的混合物,所述羟基化炭黑占所述混合物总重的60~80wt%。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为聚乙二醇200~400。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述复合胶粘剂还含有1.2~3份离子液体。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述离子液体由苯基取代的哌啶盐类阳离子和四氟硼酸根阴离子组成。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:无纺布改性处理:将无纺布基材按浴比为1:5浸入至离子液体中,三浸三轧,浸渍时间为10~60min,控制无纺布基材浸出率为16.8~24.8%,得到离子液体改性无纺布;
S2:复合胶粘剂配制:按重量份数称取原料,将压敏树脂、丁苯橡胶、相容剂和润湿剂加入到容器中,加热至60℃,搅拌使体系分散均匀,随后将温度升至90℃,保温反应1.5h,随后依次加入填料和消泡剂,并继续保温反应2h,冷却出料,得到复合胶粘剂;
S3:胶粘带制备:通过转移涂布的方式将步骤S2配制的复合胶粘剂涂覆在步骤S1得到的改性无纺布上,再在复合胶粘剂上通过热辊压方式复合一层离型膜,收卷得到所述具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带。
10.如权利要求9所述的具有阻燃电磁屏蔽功能的胶粘带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热辊压方式在烘道温度为80℃,辊压温度为110℃,辊压压力为15MPa,车速为15m/min的条件下进行。
