In operation, the driving motor 19 drives the impurity discharging driving shaft 22 to rotate, and the impurity discharging driving shaft 22 also drives the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder to rotate respectively in the rotating process, so that the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the impurity discharging device are driven respectively, and the structure of the invention is more compact. During this operation, the rotation directions of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are the same, and when the rotation directions of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are opposite to each other, the chain between the ring gear 16 and the second gear 28 is detached, the second gear 28 is replaced with a gear capable of meshing with the ring gear 16, and the drive of the ring gear 16 is converted into gear drive by the chain drive, thereby changing the rotation direction of the ring gear 16. Meanwhile, the transmission ratio of the second gear 28 to the gear ring 16, the first gear 17 and the third gear 15 can be adjusted according to actual operation, so that the purpose of adjusting the relative rotation speed of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is achieved, and the optimal operation state is achieved. The drive motor 19 is conventional and may be of the type Y100L2-4, as desired.

As shown in FIG. 1, a feeding screw blade 13 is provided outside the rotary shaft 14 corresponding to the lower portion of the feeding hopper 12. As shown in figure 1, a water spray pipe 32 capable of spraying water into the peeling cavity is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the upper shell 3 along the left-right direction, the water inlet part of the water spray pipe 32 penetrates through the upper shell 3 and is positioned on the outer side of the upper shell 3, and a handle 31 is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the upper shell 3. Therefore, water can be sprayed into the peeling cavity through the water spraying pipe 32 in the operation process, and water flow enters the peeling cavity through the impurity discharging port in the rotation process of the outer cylinder, so that walnuts can be peeled and cleaned at the same time, and the peeling rate of the walnuts is further improved. In addition, the handle 31 is provided to facilitate the installation of the upper case 3 and the inspection of the internal structure of the present invention, and facilitate the work.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the frames corresponding to the lower parts of the left part and the right part of the outer cylinder are respectively provided with riding wheels 27 distributed at intervals along the front-back direction, the riding wheels 27 are fixedly installed with the frames and can rotate, and the outer cylinder is seated on the corresponding riding wheels 27 and can rotate. During operation, the first fixing ring 25 and the fourth fixing ring 4 are respectively arranged on the corresponding riding wheels 27, so that the outer barrel is supported and can be guaranteed to rotate in the operation process, ring platforms can be arranged on the left side of the first fixing ring 25 and the right side of the fourth fixing ring 4 respectively according to needs, and the ring platforms are arranged on the riding wheels 27, so that the axial positioning of the outer barrel can be realized.
The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.

Claims (10)

1. A ladder auger type walnut peeling machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a shell, a peeling device, a feeding hopper and a sundry discharging device, wherein the shell which is arranged in the left-right direction is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the rack; the peeling machine comprises a frame, a peeling device and a discharging barrel, wherein the frame is arranged at a position corresponding to the inner side of the frame, the peeling device comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel which can be matched with the inner barrel to rub and peel, the outer barrel is arranged at the upper part of the frame in the left-right direction and can rotate, at least one impurity discharging port which can discharge green husks and can not allow walnuts to pass through is arranged at the outer side of the outer barrel in the left-right direction, the inner barrel is sleeved at the inner side of the outer barrel and can rotate together with the frame, a peeling cavity which is communicated left and right is formed by the outer side of the inner barrel and the inner side of the outer barrel together, the left opening of the peeling cavity is a feeding port, the right opening of the peeling cavity is a discharging port, the right part of the lower frame corresponding to the position of the discharging port is provided with the discharging barrel, a feeding hopper with an upward opening is fixedly arranged on the frame corresponding to the left position of the feeding port, and an outlet communicated with the feeding port is arranged at the right side of the lower part of the feeding hopper; the inner barrel comprises a roller and a twisting blade, a rotating shaft is coaxially and fixedly mounted on the roller, the left part and the right part of the rotating shaft are respectively rotatably mounted with the rack, an anti-skid layer is arranged on the outer side of the left part of the roller, a steel wire disc is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the right part of the roller, the twisting blade capable of conveying walnuts from a feed port to a discharge port is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the roller in the left-right direction, the left part of the twisting blade is positioned on the outer side of the anti-skid layer, and the right part of the twisting blade is positioned on the outer side of the steel wire disc; the twisting blade comprises a pushing spiral blade and blades, the blades comprise an upper blade and a lower blade, the upper blade is in a fan ring shape with a downward opening, the lower blade is in a fan ring shape with an upward opening, at least two upper blades are fixedly installed on the upper part of a roller at intervals along the left-right direction, a lower blade is fixedly installed on the lower part of the roller corresponding to the position between every two adjacent upper blades, the upper end of the front part of each lower blade and the lower end of the front part of the upper blade adjacent to the left side of the lower blade are fixedly connected together through the pushing spiral blade, and the upper end of the rear part of each lower blade and the lower end of the rear part of the upper blade adjacent to the right side of the lower blade are fixedly connected together through the pushing spiral blade; the lower shell corresponding to the lower part of the outer cylinder is provided with a sundry outlet.

The ladder auger type walnut sheller of claim 1, wherein the outer barrel comprises a peeling rod, a shelling rod, a row brush, a first fixing ring, a second fixing ring, a third fixing ring and a fourth fixing ring, the first fixing ring, the second fixing ring, the third fixing ring and the fourth fixing ring are sequentially distributed at intervals from left to right, the peeling rods distributed in the left-right direction are fixedly installed between the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring at intervals along the circumference, the peeling rods correspond to the anti-skid layer in position, and at least one cutter is fixedly installed on the inner side of each peeling rod in the left-right direction; peeling rods distributed in the left-right direction are fixedly arranged between the second fixing ring and the third fixing ring at intervals along the circumference, row brushes capable of cleaning walnuts are fixedly arranged between the third fixing ring and the fourth fixing ring at intervals along the circumference, the row brushes are distributed in the left-right direction, and the peeling rods and the row brushes correspond to the positions of the steel wire discs; impurity discharging openings capable of discharging the green husks are formed among the peel cutting rods, among the peeling rods and among the row brushes.

The ladder auger type walnut sheller of claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the lower shell at a position corresponding to the lower part of the outer cylinder is provided with a trash extractor, the lower shell corresponding to the lower part of the impurity discharging device is provided with an impurity discharging port, the impurity discharging device comprises an impurity discharging driving shaft and an impurity discharging helical blade, the left part and the right part of the impurity discharging driving shaft are respectively rotatably arranged with the frame, the outer side of the impurity discharging driving shaft corresponding to the lower part of the impurity discharging port is provided with an impurity discharging helical blade, the impurity discharging helical blade is positioned at the inner side of the lower shell and comprises a left impurity discharging helical blade and a right impurity discharging helical blade which can convey green husks to the impurity discharging port, the outer side of the left part of the impurity discharging driving shaft is provided with the left impurity discharging helical blade, the outer side of the right part of the impurity discharging driving shaft is provided with the right impurity discharging helical blade, the rotating directions of the left impurity discharging helical blade and the right impurity discharging helical blade are opposite, the lower part of the lower shell corresponding to the position between the left impurity-discharging helical blade and the right impurity-discharging helical blade is provided with an impurity-discharging port.

The stepped auger type walnut peeling machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a driven wheel, a first gear and a second gear are fixedly mounted on the outer side of the impurity discharging driving shaft from left to right in sequence, a third gear is fixedly mounted on the left portion of the rotating shaft, and the first gear and the third gear are connected together in a transmission manner; a gear ring is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the left part of the first fixing ring, and the gear ring is in transmission connection with a second gear; a driving motor is fixedly arranged on the machine frame corresponding to the position below the discharging hopper, a driving wheel is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, and the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected together in a transmission way; the lower part of the frame is fixedly provided with a travelling wheel.

7. The stepped auger type walnut sheller of claim 4 wherein the left portion of the inner drum is in the shape of a truncated cone with a smaller left portion and a larger right portion.

The stepped auger type walnut sheller of claim 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 wherein the outer side of the rotating shaft corresponding to the lower part of the feeding hopper is provided with a feeding helical blade; or/and the anti-skid layer is a grid anti-skid layer or a raised anti-skid layer; or/and a water spray pipe capable of spraying water into the peeling cavity is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the upper shell along the left-right direction, a water inlet part of the water spray pipe penetrates through the upper shell and is positioned on the outer side of the upper shell, and a handle is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the upper shell; or/and riding wheels which are distributed at intervals along the front-back direction are arranged on the machine frame corresponding to the positions below the left part and the right part of the outer cylinder, the riding wheels are fixedly installed together with the machine frame and can rotate, and the outer cylinder is seated on the corresponding riding wheels and can rotate.
