the degumming and rinsing device (3) comprises a degumming shaft (14), a screw conveyer II (15) and a degumming roller (16); the degumming shaft (14) is arranged on a cross beam of the frame (1) through a bearing seat, the screw pushing conveyors II (15) are welded at two ends of the degumming shaft (14), the degumming roller (16) is arranged in the middle of the degumming shaft (14), and regular degumming patterns are processed on the surface of the degumming roller (16); the degumming and rinsing device (3) is also connected with a coffee bean collector (20);
the cleaning water circulating device (4) comprises a water storage tank, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the water inlet pipe is connected with a water supply pipeline and the water outlet of the peel pectin wastewater device (5), and the water outlet pipe is respectively connected with the peel separation device (2) and the degumming and rinsing device (3) to provide water for the work of the peel pectin wastewater device;
the coffee bean baffle (12) is made of a circular plastic plate with a groove in the radial direction.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the coffee pericarp baffle (8) is arranged at the upper part in the box body of the pericarp separating device (2), the installation of the coffee pericarp baffle (8) is in a concave V shape, and coffee bean pericarp thrown out from the screen (7) can be beaten on the inner wall of the coffee pericarp baffle for convenient collection.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: a baffle plate (22) is arranged around the conveying pipeline (19) below the peel separation device (2) and is used for preventing the mixture of coffee peel and other impurities from entering the conveying pipeline (19).
