技术领域

背景技术

6.根据权利要求4所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述外壳组件还包括浮子引导件,所述浮子引导件限定了接纳浮子的浮子腔室。
7.根据权利要求6所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括连接在所述浮子和所述主外壳之间的带状物,所述带状物被构造成选择性地覆盖和密封所述孔口并阻止气流通过所述孔口。
8.根据权利要求6所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述外壳组件还包括限定所述浮子引导件的桶,所述桶限定至少一个孔,所述孔在所述燃料箱的内部与所述浮子的内部腔室之间流体连通。
9.根据权利要求1所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括焊垫,所述焊垫被构造成在组装过程期间熔化到所述燃料箱的内表面中,以将所述填充限制排气阀安装到所述燃料箱的内表面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括联接到所述上部外壳部分的覆盖件,所述覆盖件与所述主外壳单独形成,并且随后联接到所述主外壳,从而形成所述上部外壳室的上边界。
11.一种用于具有燃料箱的燃料系统的填充限制排气阀,所述填充限制排气阀包括:
外壳组件,所述外壳组件具有包括圆柱形主体和上部外壳部分的主外壳,所述上部外壳部分具有限定孔口的下壁和限定上部外壳室的外圆柱形壁;
出口端口,所述出口端口形成在所述主外壳上,所述出口端口将燃料蒸汽流体地输送出所述填充限制排气阀,所述孔口在远离所述出口端口的方向上偏离所述下壁的中心点;并且
其中所述出口端口包括限定端口直径的入口开口,其中所述下壁沿着与所述端口直径相交的平面延伸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述主外壳限定第一圆筒,并且所述上部外壳限定第二圆筒,其中所述第一圆筒向上延伸到所述第二圆筒中,由此形成环形凸缘。
13.根据权利要求11所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述外壳组件还包括浮子引导件,所述浮子引导件限定了接纳浮子的浮子腔室。
14.根据权利要求13所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括连接在所述浮子和所述主外壳之间的带状物,所述带状物被构造成选择性地覆盖和密封所述孔口并阻止气流通过所述孔口。
15.根据权利要求13所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述外壳组件还包括限定所述浮子引导件的桶,所述桶限定至少一个孔,所述孔在所述燃料箱的内部与所述浮子的内部腔室之间流体连通。
16.根据权利要求11所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括焊垫,所述焊垫被构造成在组装过程期间熔化到所述燃料箱的内表面中,以将所述填充限制排气阀安装到所述燃料箱的内表面。
17.根据权利要求11所述的填充限制排气阀,还包括从所述下壁延伸到所述上部外壳室中的流动挡板。
18.根据权利要求17所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述流动挡板在相对的两端上连接到所述外圆柱形壁,所述流动挡板和所述上部外壳室协作以形成液体捕集器,所述液体捕集器减小了液体燃料从所述孔口到达所述出口端口的可能性。
19.根据权利要求17所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述流动挡板将所述上部外壳室分隔成孔口侧腔室和喷嘴侧腔室,所述孔口侧腔室具有比所述喷嘴侧腔室更大的体积。
20.根据权利要求19所述的填充限制排气阀,其中所述流动挡板以波浪状图案延伸。
