Abstract
一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床包括入料斗、鼓泡流化床干燥器、旋风分离器、除湿器、收集器、流化鼓风机、电机、加热鼓风机,其特征在于:入料斗连接鼓泡流化床干燥器,其中布置旋转布风板,由电机提供转动动力,由加热鼓风机提供加热。尾部连接旋风分离器,物料侧凹型连接收集器,空气侧连接除湿器,尾部设置排气口和回气管,加入物料后通过此装置可以更节能环保更高效为谷物除湿;本申请使用高效,节能环保,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥流化床,特别是一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床。
背景技术
现在的谷物干燥流化床用在,但是却有多种问题:1、现有的谷物干燥效率低;2、谷物干燥不够充分;3、加热蒸汽不能很好地利用,导致浪费能源;4、横式干燥器占用空间大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床包括入料斗、鼓泡流化床干燥器、旋风分离器、除湿器、收集器、流化鼓风机、电机、加热鼓风机,其特征在于:入料斗连接鼓泡流化床干燥器,其中布置旋转布风板,由电机提供转动动力,由加热鼓风机提供加热。尾部连接旋风分离器,物料侧凹型连接收集器,空气侧连接除湿器,尾部设置排气口和回气管。
进一步的,所述旋转布风板为多层中空布置。
进一步的,所述鼓泡流化床干燥器,侧面每层开设送风口和加热管道和回热管道相连。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过多层旋转设计和旋转布风板设置中间夹层,加热可以更好的蒸发出物料中的水蒸气,旋转可以让物料在流化过程中拥有更好的流化效果,有效的减少流化过程中产生的大气泡,多层布置可以延长物料在干燥器内的时间,更完全更均匀的干燥物料,并且可以相对减少占地面积;加热鼓风机加热后的回气一部分可以用于送料,加热物料,一部分可以回到加热器循环系统中,降低能耗;电机旋转速度以:缓慢转动,简谐转动可以有效地防止发生沟流等不利于流化床流化的状态发生。流化鼓风机循环后的气体经过除湿器可以根据需要循环回到循环入口重复利用,重复利用排出气体的余热;通过以上改进可以更节能环保更高效为谷物除湿。

为使本发明的技术方案更加清楚明白,下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床包括入料斗1、鼓泡流化床干燥器2、旋风分离器3、除湿器4、收集器5、流化鼓风机6、电机7、加热鼓风机8,其特征在于:入料斗1连接鼓泡流化床干燥器2,其中布置旋转布风板62,由电机7提供转动动力,由加热鼓风机8提供加热。尾部连接旋风分离器3,物料侧凹型连接收集器5,空气侧连接除湿器4,尾部设置排气口64和回气管65。
进一步的,所述旋转布风板62为多层中空布置。
进一步的,所述鼓泡流化床干燥器2,侧面每层开设送风口和加热管道82和回热管道83与旋转布风板62相连。
进一步的,所述回热管道83分成送风管道84和循环管道85,送风管道84输送物料,循环管道85连接回加热鼓风机8。
如图1所示,物料循环:入料斗1加入物料,送风管道64将物料送入鼓泡流化床干燥器2,物料在每层间进行流化,干燥的物料密度低,被流化到上表面落入下一层,反复干燥,最终流化到底层上表面,物料进入凹型管流化进行最终的干燥处理,最后进入收集器5;
流化气体循环:空气进入流化鼓风机6,进入流化送凤管61,鼓入旋转布风板62和布风板63,流化后气体携带水蒸气最终进入旋风分离器3,分离携带颗粒,后进入除湿器4,排出气体中水蒸气,后将部分气体导入回硫化鼓风机6,多余气体通过排气口64排出;
加热气体循环:空气进入加热鼓风机8,进入电加热器81加热,进入加热管道82,进入旋转布风板62,先加热最上层,后加热中间层,而后进入回热管道83,部分气体进入送风管道84输送物料,其他气体进入循环管道85回到加热鼓风机8。

1.一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床包括入料斗(1)、鼓泡流化床干燥器(2)、旋风分离器(3)、除湿器(4)、收集器(5)、流化鼓风机(6)、电机(7)、加热鼓风机(8),其特征在于:入料斗(1)连接鼓泡流化床干燥器(2),其中布置旋转布风板(62),由电机(7)提供转动动力,由加热鼓风机(8)提供加热,尾部连接旋风分离器(3),物料侧凹型连接收集器(5),空气侧连接除湿器(4),尾部设置排气口(64)和回气管(65)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床,其特征在于:所述旋转布风板(62)为多层中空布置2。
3.根据权利要求1、根据权利要求2所述的一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床,其特征在于:所述鼓泡流化床干燥器(2),侧面每层开设送风口和加热管道(82)和回热管道(83)与旋转布风板(62)相连。
4.根据权利要求1、根据权利要求3所述的一种多层旋转谷物干燥流化床,其特征在于:所述回热管道(83)分成送风管道(84)和循环管道(85),送风管道(84)输送物料,循环管道(85)连接回加热鼓风机(8)。
