一种强制风冷柴油机,它包括机体、导风罩及导风板、曲轴飞轮总成、排气管、气缸及气缸盖、油泵,排气管安装在气缸盖上,导风罩与导风板一体成形,导风板为蜗状形,风扇安装在曲轴飞轮总成上,导风罩与导风板组合件安装在机体上并与气缸盖相接,风扇处于导风板内,气缸盖上设有导风口A、导风口B,导风口A对着排气管,导风口B对着气缸盖,机体上设有导风口C、导风口D、导风口E,导风口C对着气缸,导风口D对着油泵,导风口E对着机体的底部。它能更好地冷却整个柴油机,冷却效果大大增强,柴油机的动力性、经济性和可靠性大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油机,尤其是指一种强制风冷柴油机。
背景技术
柴油机工作温度过高会降低它的经济性和可靠性,冷却系统的作用是保持柴油机在最适宜的温度状态下工作,以获得良好的动力性、经济性和可靠性。现有的柴油机采取自然风冷却,在机体外面固定导风罩,导风罩采用钢板冲压拉伸成形,导风板冲压后焊接在导风罩上,焊接易变形,导致进风口蜗状线位置和形状都不准确,影响进风量与风速。现有技术存在如下缺陷:一是采取自然风冷却,冷却效果不好;二是只能做到局部冷却,不能冷却整个柴油机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种强制风冷柴油机,冷却效果大大增强,柴油机的动力性、经济性和可靠性大大提高。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种强制风冷柴油机,它包括机体、导风罩及导风板、曲轴飞轮总成、排气管、气缸及气缸盖、油泵,排气管安装在气缸盖上,导风罩与导风板一体成形,导风板为蜗状形,风扇安装在曲轴飞轮总成上,导风罩与导风板组合件安装在机体上并与气缸盖相接,风扇处于导风板内,气缸盖上设有导风口A、导风口B,导风口A对着排气管,导风口B对着气缸盖,机体上设有导风口C、导风口D、导风口E,导风口C对着气缸,导风口D对着油泵,导风口E对着机体的底部。
该种强制风冷柴油机与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:采用风扇(安装在曲轴飞轮总成上),随着曲轴飞轮总成的转动进行吸风;导风板外形采用蜗状线设计,与导风罩(安装在机体上)一体成形,能与风扇更好地配合引流;风扇随着曲轴飞轮总成的转动吸进空气,经过蜗状导风板对空气流速进行增强;通过对气缸盖和机体的巧妙设计,气缸盖上设有导风口A、导风口B,导风口A对着排气管,导风口B对着气缸盖,机体上设有导风口C、导风口 D、导风口E,导风口C对着气缸,导风口D对着油泵,导风口E对着机体的底部,形成多点导引气流,对排气管、气缸盖、气缸、油泵、机体底部(机体底部装柴油)进行强制冷却,能更好地冷却整个柴油机,冷却效果大大增强,柴油机的动力性、经济性和可靠性大大提高。

参见图1-图6,一种强制风冷柴油机,它包括机体4、导风罩1及导风板12、曲轴飞轮总成2、排气管5、气缸13及气缸盖6、油泵14,排气管5安装在气缸盖6上,导风罩1 与导风板3一体成形,导风板3为蜗状形,风扇3安装在曲轴飞轮总成2上,导风罩1与导风板3组合件安装在机体4上并与气缸盖6相接,风扇3处于导风板3内,气缸盖6上设有导风口A7、导风口B8,导风口A7对着排气管5,导风口B8对着气缸盖6,机体4上设有导风口C9、导风口D10、导风口E11,导风口C9对着气缸13,导风口D10对着油泵14,导风口E11对着机体4的底部。
参见图1,所述的风扇3由ABS材料制成,做到高效低噪声。

1.一种强制风冷柴油机,它包括机体(4)、导风罩(1)及导风板(12)、曲轴飞轮总成(2)、排气管(5)、气缸(13)及气缸盖(6)、油泵(14),排气管(5)安装在气缸盖(6)上,其特征是:导风罩(1)与导风板(3)一体成形,导风板(3)为蜗状形,风扇(3)安装在曲轴飞轮总成(2)上,导风罩(1)与导风板(3)组合件安装在机体(4)上并与气缸盖(6)相接,风扇(3)处于导风板(3)内,气缸盖(6)上设有导风口A(7)、导风口B(8),导风口A(7)对着排气管(5),导风口B(8)对着气缸盖(6),机体(4)上设有导风口C(9)、导风口D(10)、导风口E(11),导风口C(9)对着气缸(13),导风口D(10)对着油泵(14),导风口E(11)对着机体(4)的底部。
