挂面历史悠久、源远流长,由于其纯手工制作,在自然环境中自然晾干,其顺滑爽口劲道、条丝纤细、面质柔韧口感极佳,因此,从古至今一直被老百姓喜爱而食之,挂面也是一种耐存、耐煮的面食,因口感好、食用方便、价格低一直是人们喜爱,挂面有圆而细的,也有宽而扁的,主要品种有普通挂面、花色挂面、手工挂面等,但是传统的挂面味道较为单一、营养成分不丰富,其不能满足广大消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可保健养身、口味独特、营养丰富的脚板苕挂面。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种脚板苕挂面,所述脚板苕挂面按重量份数计包含:中筋小麦粉40-50份,脚板苕5-10份,厚皮菜5-10份,红豆5-10份,黄豆5-10份,食用盐1-5份,鸡蛋1-5份。
其中,红豆适宜各类型水肿之人,包括肾脏性水肿、心脏性水肿、肝硬化腹水、营养不良性水肿等,如能配合乌鱼、鲤鱼或黄母鸡同食,消肿力更好;黄豆每100克大豆含蛋白质36.3克、脂肪18.4克、糖25.3克、热量412千卡,钙367毫克、磷571毫克、铁11毫克、胡萝卜素0.4毫克、维生素B1 0.79毫克、维生素B2 0.25毫克、尼克酸2.1毫克,其含有丰富的营养成分。
作为优选,所述饼干按重量份数计包含:中筋小麦粉45份,脚板苕8份,厚皮菜8份,红豆8份,黄豆8份,食用盐3份,鸡蛋3份。
