Abstract

国际专利申请WO 2013/023 953 A1公开了一种用于液压车辆制动设备的电动液压外力-压力发生器,所述电动液压外力-压力发生器具有电动机、活塞-缸-单元和螺纹传动装置,所述螺纹传动装置将电动机的、旋转的驱动运动转换成线性的输出运动以用于在活塞-缸-单元的缸中移动活塞。电动机、螺纹传动装置和活塞-缸-单元同轴地布置,螺纹传动装置处于电动机和活塞-缸-单元之间,并且,活塞-缸-单元布置在电动机的轴向延伸部中。
发明内容
根据本发明的电动液压外力-压力发生器具有电动机、活塞-缸-单元和螺纹传动装置,所述螺纹传动装置将电动机的、旋转的驱动运动转换成线性的输出运动,并且,所述螺纹传动装置由电动机驱动并且在活塞-缸-单元的缸中移动活塞。为了相对于来自活塞-缸-单元或者来自例如液压车辆制动设备的液压块的制动液来密封电动机,根据本发明的压力发生器具有轴密封件,电动机紧固在所述液压块处,所述轴密封件在电动机和螺纹传动装置之间的驱动轴上。驱动轴将电动机的、旋转的驱动运动传递到螺纹传动装置上。

具体实施方式
在附图中所示出的、根据本发明的电动液压的外力-压力发生器1被设置用于在液压外力-车辆制动设备中产生制动压力。它具有电动机2、行星齿轮传动器3、螺纹传动装置4和活塞-缸-单元5,所述电动机、行星齿轮传动器、螺纹传动装置和活塞-缸-单元以所说明的顺序在轴向上被相继地布置并且部分地布置在彼此之中。活塞-缸-单元5的缸6被布置在外力缸孔7中,所述外力缸孔在车辆制动设备的制动调节器的液压块8中。

外力缸孔7穿过液压块8,并且,根据本发明的外力-压力发生器1的活塞-缸-单元5的缸6在与电动机2对置的侧上从液压块8突出。电动机2在液压块8的外部被紧固在马达侧10。
活塞-缸-单元5的活塞11被实施成空心活塞,在所述空心活塞中接收有螺纹传动装置4。在本发明的、所示出和描述的实施方式中,螺纹传动装置4是滚珠螺纹传动装置,所述滚珠螺纹传动装置具有无转动的主轴12、能够转动的管状螺母13和滚珠14,所述主轴与活塞11刚性连接,所述螺母在活塞11中同轴地围绕主轴12,所述滚珠作为在螺母13和主轴12之间的滚动体。螺母13的旋转驱动器移动主轴12并且利用其在活塞-缸-单元5的缸6中移动活塞11。螺纹传动装置4的螺母13利用滚珠轴承15能够旋转地被支承,所述滚珠轴承布置在缸6的、面向电动机2的、敞开的端部处。不同于滚珠螺纹传动装置的其他螺纹传动装置也是可能的,本发明不限于作为螺纹传动装置4的滚珠螺纹传动装置。
螺纹传动装置4的螺母13形成行星齿轮传动器3的行星齿轮架:在螺母13的、面向电动机2的前端处能够转动地支承行星齿轮传动器3的行星齿轮16。行星齿轮传动器3的空心轮17利用环形的支架18刚性地被紧固在缸6的、面向电动机2的、敞开的端部处。
行星齿轮传动器3的太阳轮19被无转动地布置在驱动轴20上,所述驱动轴在行星齿轮传动器3的两侧能够转动地被支承:在螺纹传动装置4的侧上,驱动轴20能够转动地被支承在轴承衬套中,所述轴承衬套通常能够被理解成旋转轴承21,并且,所述轴承衬套利用轴承盖22被紧固在螺纹传动装置4的螺母13的、面向行星齿轮传动器3并且同时面向电动机2的前端处。在行星齿轮传动器3的另一侧上(即,在面向电动机2的一侧上),驱动轴20利用滚珠轴承23能够旋转地被支承,所述滚珠轴承布置在轴承盖24中,所述轴承盖被紧固在空心轮17的支架18处并且因而被紧固在活塞-缸-单元5的缸6处。通过利用在缸6处的滚珠轴承15以及其滚珠轴承23来旋转支承螺纹传动装置4的螺母13,驱动轴20能够旋转地被支承在螺纹传动装置4处。
驱动轴20是中间轴,所述中间轴利用槽接合部25而与电动机2的马达轴26旋转刚性地连接。槽接合部25补偿在马达轴26和驱动轴20之间的轴向、径向和角偏移。其他的、例如旋转弹性的形状锁合离合器或者力锁合离合器也是可能的,所述形状锁合离合器或者力锁合离合器用于将电动机20的马达轴26的旋转运动传递到驱动轴20上,利用行星齿轮传动器3的在其上无转动的太阳轮19。
在电动机2和行星齿轮传动器3之间布置有径向-轴密封环,所述径向-轴密封环作为在驱动轴20上的轴密封件27。在本发明的、所示出的实施方式中,轴密封件27在滚珠轴承23和太阳轮19或者行星齿轮传动器3中,所述滚珠轴承能够转动地支承驱动轴20。轴密封件27布置在滚珠轴承23的轴承盖24中。轴密封件27防止来自活塞-缸-单元5的缸6或者来自液压块8的制动液进入电动机2中。
为了电动机的电连接并且为了电子换向,电动机2具有管状的电缆套管28,所述电缆套管在活塞-缸-单元5的侧上轴平行地从电动机2突出。电缆套管28穿过在液压块8中的通孔到达对置的控制器侧29。在液压块8的控制器侧29上紧固有制动调节器的电子控制器(未绘制出),所述电子控制器控制电磁阀(未绘制出)和电动机2并且获得压力传感器、电动机2的旋转传感器或者旋转角度传感器和车轮的车轮转速传感器的信号。电动机2与电子控制器的连接通过电缆套管28来完成。电动机2的连接电缆和换向电缆在电缆套管28中。轴密封件27防止:来自活塞-缸-单元5的缸6或者来自液压块8的制动液穿过电动机2的马达壳体进入电缆套管28并且从那里到达电子控制器。
Claims (5)
1.用于液压车辆制动设备的电动液压外力-压力发生器(1),所述电动液压外力-压力发生器具有活塞-缸-单元(5)、电动机(2)和螺纹传动装置(4),所述螺纹传动装置将所述电动机(2)的旋转的驱动运动转换成线性的输出运动以用于在所述活塞-缸-单元(5)的缸(6)中移动活塞(11),其中,所述电动液压外力-压力发生器(1)在所述电动机(2)和所述螺纹传动装置(4)之间的驱动轴(20)上具有轴密封件(27),

3.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压外力-压力发生器,其特征在于,在所述电动机(2)和所述螺纹传动装置(4)之间布置有行星齿轮传动器(3),所述行星齿轮传动器由所述电动机(2)驱动,并且,所述行星齿轮传动器驱动所述螺纹传动装置(4),并且,所述行星齿轮传动器(3)的太阳轮(19)与所述驱动轴(20)无转动地连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动液压外力-压力发生器,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(20)在所述行星齿轮传动器(3)的两侧能够旋转地被支撑在所述螺纹传动装置(4)处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压外力-压力发生器,其特征在于,所述电动机(2)具有管状的电缆套管(28),所述电缆套管平行于所述活塞-缸-单元(5),所述电缆套管在所述活塞-缸-单元(5)的所述缸(6)的长度的至少一部分上延伸。
