技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液压的车辆制动设备的液压模块(Hydraulikblock)和一种带有这种液压模块的活塞泵总成。所述液压模块和所述活塞泵总成尤其被设置用于在液压的助力制动设备中产生制动压力并且/或者用于产生制动压力并且用于朝着车轮制动器的方向和/或朝着在防滑调节的(schlupfgeregelt)、液压的车辆制动设备中的主制动气缸的方向来输送制动液。
背景技术

所述主轴螺母24形成了所述行星齿轮传动机构19的行星支架27:所述主轴螺母在其远离所述活塞6的底部23和从所述气缸4中伸出的端部处具有轴向平行的轴28,在所述轴上以能够旋转的方式支承了所述行星齿轮传动机构19的行星轮29。所述行星轮29与同轴的太阳轮30以及同样同轴且抗扭的空心轮31啮合。在旋转驱动所述太阳轮30时,所述行星轮29被驱动以围绕着所述轴28来旋转驱动并且在圆形轨道上围绕着所述太阳轮30在所述空心轮31中环绕运行。在旋转驱动所述太阳轮30时,所述行星齿轮传动机构19的行星轮29的所述环绕运动旋转地驱动所述滚珠丝杠20的主轴螺母24。所述行星齿轮传动机构19的空心轮31刚性地固定在所述活塞气缸单元的气缸4处。
所述太阳轮30在所述电动马达18的马达轴45上是抗扭的,所述电动马达的转子用32来表示并且所述电动马达的定子用33来表示。
所述电动马达18具有管状的、在端部处封闭的马达壳体34。所述马达壳体34的底部35具有用于马达轴承37的轴承座36,利用所述轴承座所述马达轴31以能够旋转的方式支承在所述电动马达18的背向所述行星齿轮传动机构19的侧面上。
在所述电动马达18与所述行星齿轮传动机构19之间,轴承盖38流体密封地布置、例如压入在所述马达壳体34中。所述轴承盖38具有轴承座39,与所述轴承座一起布置了第二马达轴承40,利用所述第二马达轴承所述马达轴31以能够旋转的方式支承在所述电动马达18与所述行星齿轮传动机构19之间。在所述电动马达18与所述行星齿轮传动机构19之间的轴承盖38确保了所述行星齿轮传动机构19的、主轴螺母24的滚珠轴承26的或者滚珠丝杠20的润滑剂以及由于可能的泄漏物而到达所述马达壳体34中的制动液不会到达所述电动马达18中。为此,在所述轴承盖38的圆周处在所述轴承盖38与所述马达壳体34之间的流体密封性是足够的,在所述轴承盖38的中间在所述轴承座39处的密封为此是不需要的。但是,在那里例如在所述轴承盖38与所述马达轴31之间的密封(未示出)或者密封的马达轴承40、例如至少在一侧密封的滚珠轴承的使用是可行的。
所述马达壳体34在其敞开的端部处具有凸缘41,所述凸缘例如借助于螺栓42与所述液压模块1旋紧或者以其他方式安置在所述液压模块1处。所述活塞气缸单元3的在所述电动马达18的侧面上从所述液压模块1中伸出的部分、所述滚珠丝杠20和所述行星齿轮传动机构19在所述马达壳体34中位于所述轴承盖38与所述液压模块1之间。所述液压模块1与所述电动马达18、所述行星齿轮传动机构19、所述滚珠丝杠20和所述活塞气缸单元3一起形成了活塞泵总成43,该活塞泵总成用于通过利用活塞气缸单元3实现的助力或者通过人力或者通过利用集成到所述液压模块1中的、用于进行辅助制动的主制动气缸实现的辅助力来产生液压的车辆制动设备的制动压力。
在所述液压模块1中布置了其他未示出的液压的结构元件,如电磁阀、止回阀、液压蓄能器、缓冲室和压力传感器,并且所述其他未示出的液压的结构元件通过所述液压模块1的未示出的穿孔以液压的方式相互连接。由此,所述液压模块1形成了对液压的助力车辆制动设备防滑调节的液压总成。这种液压总成从防滑调节的车辆制动设备中已知并且在此不再进一步予以阐述。

Claims (9)

1.用于液压的车辆制动设备的液压模块,其具有活塞气缸单元(3),所述活塞气缸单元的气缸(4)流体密封地容纳在所述液压模块(1)的容纳部(2)中,其特征在于,所述活塞气缸单元(3)的活塞(6)和气缸(4)在其之间在其圆周处包围一作为泄漏室(12)的空腔(9),其中,所述泄漏室(12)接收来自工作室(8)的制动液,该工作室是通过所述活塞(6)在所述气缸(4)中限定的,其中,所述制动液在所述活塞(6)的外圆周处附着并且通过所述活塞(6)在所述气缸(4)中来回往复运动而在至少一个第一密封件(7)旁经过,所述第一密封件用于在所述气缸(4)中密封所述活塞(6)。
2.按权利要求1所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述活塞气缸单元(3)在所述活塞(6)与所述气缸(4)之间在所述泄漏室(12)与工作室(8)之间具有第一密封件(7),所述第一密封件在所述气缸(4)中包围所述活塞(6)。
3.按权利要求1所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述泄漏室(12)与在所述液压模块(1)中的容器(15)相通。
4.按权利要求3所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述容器(15)在所述液压模块(1)的安装位置中位于所述活塞气缸单元(3)的下面。
5.按权利要求3所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述液压模块(1)沿着所述活塞气缸单元(3)的轴向方向在将所述泄漏室(12)连接到所述容器(15)处的连接部(44)的两侧、在所述气缸(4)与用于在所述液压模块(1)中的活塞气缸单元(3)的容纳部(2)之间具有第二密封件(5)。
6.按权利要求5所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述气缸(4)具有孔(13),该孔与所述泄漏室(12)相通;所述液压模块(1)具有孔(14),该孔与所述容器(15)相通;并且所述液压模块(1)具有凹槽(46),所述气缸(4)的孔(13)通过该凹槽与所述液压模块(1)的孔(14)相通。
7.按权利要求1所述的液压模块,其特征在于,所述液压模块(1)具有主制动气缸孔(17)。
8.具有按权利要求1所述的液压模块的活塞泵总成,其特征在于,所述液压模块(1)具有用于驱动在所述气缸(4)中的活塞(6)的电动马达(18)和传动机构(19;20);并且所述液压模块(1)具有第二密封件(5),该第二密封件在用于所述液压模块(1)内的活塞气缸单元(3)的容纳部(2)中、在所述活塞气缸单元(3)的气缸(4)与所述液压模块(1)之间进行密封,并且所述第二密封件布置在将容器(15)连接在所述泄漏室(12)处的连接部(44)与所述电动马达(18)之间。
9.具有按权利要求1所述的液压模块的活塞泵总成,其特征在于,所述液压模块(1)具有用于驱动在所述气缸(4)中的活塞(6)的电动马达(18)和传动机构(19;20);所述电动马达(18)具有马达壳体(34),所述马达壳体固定在所述液压模块(1)处;并且所述电动马达(18)具有在所述电动马达(18)与所述传动机构(19;20)之间的轴承盖(38)。
