一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的成分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5‑15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑5%、椰油酰胺DEA1‑5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑10%、葡萄酵素1‑5%、PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯0.5‑5%、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.2‑2%、EDTA二钠0.05‑0.2%、氯化钠0.1‑3%、香精0.1‑0.5%、柠檬酸0.1‑0.5%、卡松0.05‑0.2%,崩解剂0.5‑5%、泡腾剂30‑50%和粘合剂10‑20%。本发明采用PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为重点原料,在衣服洗涤时,其他衣服不会被褪色的衣服染色,既保护了衣服,又节约了能源,另外配方添加葡萄酵素成分,去污效果更加显著,安全无污染。

技术领域
本发明属于一种日化洗涤用品,更具体的说涉及一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法。
背景技术
如今,洗衣液作为洗涤用品市场的新宠,正越来越受到消费者的喜爱,目前市场上的洗衣泡液大多不具有防染色效果,即不具有防止衣物被其他褪色衣物染色的功效。
泡腾片剂是含有泡腾崩解剂的一种片剂,泡腾崩解剂通常是有机酸和碳酸氢钠(小苏打)的混合物;泡腾片剂本身干燥不含水分,泡腾崩解剂中的两种物质未电离不能发生反应;但当泡腾片剂放入水中之后,有机酸和碳酸氢钠在水的作用下电离,并发生复分解反应,产生大量二氧化碳,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的二氧化碳部分溶解于中,洗衣泡腾片剂的优点在于,由于崩解产生的大量泡沫增加了表面活性剂与待洗涤织物的直接接触,更好地发挥洗涤、柔顺作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片,包括下述重量份的成分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5%、椰油酰胺DEA1-5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10%、葡萄酵素1-5%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.5-5%、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.2-2%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%、氯化钠0.1-3%、香精0.1-0.5%、柠檬酸0.1-0.5%、卡松0.05-0.2%、崩解剂0.5-5%、泡腾剂30-50%和粘合剂10-20%。
一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,其特征在于:制作步骤如下:
步骤一,先在搅拌锅内加入水和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、加热至75-80℃、搅拌溶解均匀;
步骤二,在搅拌锅内分别加入EDTA二钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,搅拌溶解均匀;加入PEG-7橄榄油酸酯和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵时,要充分搅拌溶解均匀,以便充分发挥他们的效能;
步骤三,打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,分别将氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸、卡松、葡萄酵素加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,过滤出料得到混合液;
步骤四,将混合液喷洒造粒后,通过烘箱干燥得到洗涤颗粒;
步骤五,将洗涤颗粒、崩解剂、泡腾剂和粘合剂混合并搅拌均匀,并在模具上进行挤压成型,得到泡腾片。
综上所述:
本发明中采用PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为重点原料,在洗涤时,其他衣服不会被褪色的衣服染色,既保护了衣服,又节约了能源,又环保;添加葡萄酵素成分,去污效果更加显著,安全无污染。

一种含葡萄酵素成分的防染色洗衣泡腾片,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的成分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5%、椰油酰胺DEA1-5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10%、葡萄酵素1-5%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.5-5%、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.2-2%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%、氯化钠0.1-3%、香精0.1-0.5%、柠檬酸0.1-0.5%、卡松0.05-0.2%,崩解剂0.5-5%、泡腾剂30-50%和粘合剂10-20%。核心技术是成分PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,它是一种来自椰子油的功效性油脂,它具有水油两亲的特性,它既能与水有很好的相溶性,又能与油脂有很强的相溶性。因此在洗衣过程中,它能把褪色衣物褪出来的色素,不管它是水溶性的色素还是油溶性的色素,它都能把它溶解掉,溶解在水中,然后漂洗掉。聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵是一种一直应用于纺织染整行业中的固色、防串色剂。实践证明它具有很强的固色、防串色能力,因此PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化搭配使用,使洗衣泡腾片在洗衣过程中具有防染色的效果。
葡萄酵素具有很强的溶解油渍和污垢的功效。增加了洗衣泡腾片的去污效果。而且极易漂洗。

2.一种含有葡萄酵素的防染色洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,其特征在于:制作步骤如下:
步骤一,先在搅拌锅内加入水和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、加热至75-80℃、搅拌溶解均匀;
