一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的成分:PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯5‑10%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5‑10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑5%、椰油酰胺DEA1‑5%、EDTA二钠0.05‑0.2%、氯化钠0.1‑3%、香精0.1‑0.5%、柠檬酸、防腐剂0.05‑0.2%,崩解剂0.5‑5%、泡腾剂30‑50%和粘合剂10‑20%。本发明PEG‑7橄榄油酸酯为重点原料,它天然来源,对皮肤完全没有刺激、非常温和,而且对油脂有很强的溶解性,去污效果明显,对人体和环境无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,洗衣液所采用的表面活性剂主要为直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚等,助剂采用三聚磷酸钠(STPP)、乙二胺四乙酸钠(EDTA)等,有的产品配方中还加入了一些溶剂,这些物质可能导致人体发生过敏性反应,使用不当有引起过敏性皮炎和湿疹的可能,能引起的短期健康问题如刺激眼睛、咳嗽、呕吐、腹泻等;洗衣液的残留,日积月累,会透过皮肤吸,侵入人体后会损害淋巴系统。
泡腾片剂是含有泡腾崩解剂的一种片剂。泡腾崩解剂通常是有机酸和碳酸氢钠(小苏打)的混合物;泡腾片剂本身干燥不含水分,泡腾崩解剂中的两种物质未电离不能发生反应;但当泡腾片剂放入水中之后,有机酸和碳酸氢钠在水的作用下电离,并发生复分解反应,产生大量二氧化碳,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的二氧化碳部分溶解于中,洗衣泡腾片剂的优点在于,由于崩解产生的大量泡沫增加了表面活性剂与待洗涤织物的直接接触,更好地发挥洗涤、柔顺作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯5-10%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5%、椰油酰胺DEA1-5%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.2%、氯化钠0.1-3%、香精0.1-0.5%、柠檬酸、防腐剂0.05-0.2%,崩解剂0.5-5%、泡腾剂30-50%和粘合剂10-20%。
一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先在搅拌锅内加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺、EDTA二钠、氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸和适量的水,加热至75-80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,防腐剂加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,过滤出料将混合液;
(3)喷洒造粒,并在烘箱中烘干,得到洗涤颗粒;
(4)将洗涤颗粒、崩解剂、泡腾剂和粘合剂混合搅拌,在模具上挤压成型,得到洗涤片;
(5)将包膜剂溶于无水乙醇中,得到包膜喷剂,将包膜喷剂喷洒在洗涤片的表面,并烘干,得到泡腾片。
具体实施方式
结合实施例对本发明一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片及其制作方法做进一步说明。
实施例1:一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯5%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、椰油酰胺DEA1%、EDTA二钠0.05%、氯化钠0.1%、香精0.1%、柠檬酸、防腐剂0.05%,崩解剂0.5%、粘合剂10%,余量泡腾剂。
一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先在搅拌锅内加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺、EDTA二钠、氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸和适量的水,加热至75-80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,防腐剂加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,过滤出料将混合液;

一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先在搅拌锅内加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺、EDTA二钠、氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸和适量的水,加热至75-80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,防腐剂加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,过滤出料将混合液;
(3)喷洒造粒,并在烘箱中烘干,得到洗涤颗粒;
(4)将洗涤颗粒、崩解剂、泡腾剂和粘合剂混合搅拌,在模具上挤压成型,得到洗涤片;

(1)先在搅拌锅内加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺、EDTA二钠、氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸和适量的水,加热至75-80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,防腐剂加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,过滤出料将混合液;
(3)喷洒造粒,并在烘箱中烘干,得到洗涤颗粒;

2.一种橄榄油来源的植物洗衣泡腾片的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)先在搅拌锅内加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺、EDTA二钠、氯化钠、香精、柠檬酸和适量的水,加热至75-80℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)打开冷却水开始降温,降温至35℃左右,防腐剂加入到搅拌锅,搅拌溶解均匀,最后过滤出料,得到混合液;
(3)将混合液喷洒造粒,并在烘箱中烘干,得到洗涤颗粒;
(4)将洗涤颗粒、崩解剂、泡腾剂和粘合剂混合搅拌,在模具上挤压成型,得到洗涤片;
(5)将包膜剂溶于无水乙醇中,得到包膜喷剂,将包膜喷剂喷洒在洗涤片的表面,并烘干,得到泡腾片。
