本发明涉及一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35‑48份、柔顺剂10‑16份、乙二胺四乙酸8‑14份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺5‑20份、偶氮二甲酰胺6‑15份、苯甲酸钠18‑26份、丙二醇20‑28份、薰衣草提取液5‑12份,安全环保,高低温稳定性好,性价比高,去污力强,低泡易漂洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗涤剂是日常生活必需品之一。作为洗涤剂之一的洗衣液,由于其具有使用方便、溶解迅速、低温洗涤效果好和对织物及皮肤温和等优点,近几年来一直保持强势增长,市场产销量迅速上升,从而成为了洗涤剂发展的主要方向。而超浓缩洗衣液在具有普通洗衣液优势的基础上,更兼具活性物含量高、去污力强、生产成本低、碳排放量少、节省包装材料和降低运输成本等优点。因此更符合经济社会可持续发展的要求,是未来洗涤剂的主要发展趋势。
虽然超浓缩洗衣液具有上述诸多明显的优势,但是目前市场上的洗衣液存在低温稳定性不好的问题,大多数产品在0℃左右就会变浑浊甚至结冻,因此导致在低温天气时影响产品的销售和使用的后果。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,安全环保,高低温稳定性好,性价比高,去污力强,低泡易漂洗。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种超浓缩洗衣液,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35-48份、
柔顺剂10-16份、
乙二胺四乙酸8-14份、
椰子油二乙醇酰胺5-20份、
偶氮二甲酰胺6-15份、
苯甲酸钠18-26份、
丙二醇20-28份、
薰衣草提取液5-12份。
上述一种超浓缩洗衣液,其中,所述柔顺剂由丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合而成。
上述一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35-48份、乙二胺四乙酸8-14份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺5-20份、偶氮二甲酰胺6-15份、苯甲酸钠18-26份、丙二醇20-28份加入反应釜中在150-200Mpa的压力下搅拌20-50min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂10-16份、薰衣草提取液5-12份加入混合液中,继续搅拌10-20min即可。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明解决了无溶剂条件下高浓度配方的稳定性问题,得到了一个稳定的超浓缩体系,即使在-5℃仍然为澄清透明液体,无浑浊、凝胶或结冻现象,即使在低温条件下也不影响使用具有更加安全环保、无毒无刺激、对环境无污染的优点;
本发明具有优良的洗涤性能。而且该洗衣液中添加了生物酶,对多种顽固污渍的去除效果明显,该洗衣液产品即使稀释6-8倍的条件下去污力仍然达到国家行业标准要求,产品泡沫少,易于漂洗,更加节能、省水;
本发明粘度低,水溶性好,即使在冷水中也可以快速溶解完全,方便消费者使用,还具有生产工艺简捷,不会凝胶,易于制备和批量生产的优点。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案更加清晰明确,下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步描述,任何对本发明技术方案的技术特征进行等价替换和常规推理得出的方案均落入本发明保护范围。
实施例一
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚42份、乙二胺四乙酸10份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺16份、偶氮二甲酰胺10份、苯甲酸钠24份、丙二醇25份加入反应釜中在180Mpa的压力下搅拌40min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂13份、薰衣草提取液8份加入混合液中,继续搅拌15min即可。
实施例二
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚38份、乙二胺四乙酸12份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺12份、偶氮二甲酰胺8份、苯甲酸钠20份、丙二醇22份加入反应釜中在185Mpa的压力下搅拌3min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂12份、薰衣草提取液10份加入混合液中,继续搅拌15min即可。
实施例三
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚45份、乙二胺四乙酸8份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺5份、偶氮二甲酰胺6份、苯甲酸钠18份、丙二醇20份加入反应釜中在150Mpa的压力下搅拌20min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂10份、薰衣草提取液5份加入混合液中,继续搅拌10min即可。
实施例四
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚48份、乙二胺四乙酸14份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺20份、偶氮二甲酰胺15份、苯甲酸钠26份、丙二醇28份加入反应釜中在200Mpa的压力下搅拌50min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂16份、薰衣草提取液12份加入混合液中,继续搅拌20min即可。

1.一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征为,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35-48份、
柔顺剂10-16份、
乙二胺四乙酸8-14份、
椰子油二乙醇酰胺5-20份、
偶氮二甲酰胺6-15份、
苯甲酸钠18-26份、
丙二醇20-28份、
薰衣草提取液5-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征为,所述柔顺剂由丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合而成。
3.一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备柔顺剂:将丙烯酸正丁酯、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和水按2:0.4:1:1.5:2.1的重量份数比混合得到柔顺剂;
(2)按重量份数计将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚35-48份、乙二胺四乙酸8-14份、椰子油二乙醇酰胺5-20份、偶氮二甲酰胺6-15份、苯甲酸钠18-26份、丙二醇20-28份加入反应釜中在150-200Mpa的压力下搅拌20-50min得混合液;
(3)在常温常压下将柔顺剂10-16份、薰衣草提取液5-12份加入混合液中,继续搅拌10-20min即可。
