技术领域
本发明涉及涉及一种金属板覆膜用的PET薄膜料。
背景技术
金属板覆膜技术是把塑料膜和金属板通过高温热压,将膜贴在金属板上的加工技术。覆膜技术在1977年诞生于日本,最初用于制罐,可代替内涂、外涂技术,到现在为止已发展到了建材内装、家电外壳、船舶内装等多种领域,PET,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,是一种环保型工程塑料,由于其具有较好的物理机械性能、耐油性能等,因此,被广泛的应用于覆膜铁行业,随着社会的不断进步,人们对覆膜铁的质量要求越来越高,而其表面复合的薄膜质量也是影响覆膜铁质量的一个关键因素。由于覆膜铁的广泛应用,因此,对塑料薄膜的应用性能要求也越来越多,对其防腐蚀性、耐高温性、阻燃性、抗菌性等性能的要求也越发的明显。而目前,市场上的PET塑料薄膜,其性能方面还存在一些缺陷,为了适应市。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属板覆膜用的PET薄膜料,它包括以下重量组分:PET:100份;EVA:10-15份;玻璃纤维:5-10份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯:4-7份;硅微粉:3-5份;聚碳硅烷:1-4份;石墨粉:2-5份:氧化镍:4-5份;氢氧化镁:7-12份;聚乳酸:3-5份;壳聚糖:6-8份;聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺:2-3份:硅烷偶联剂:1-4份;抗冲击改性剂:4-7份;抗氧化剂:1-2份;稳定剂:1-2份;抗静电剂:0.5-1.5份;增塑剂:4-7份;钛白粉:2-4份;石蜡:1-3份,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述抗冲击改性剂为甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯一苯乙烯共聚物,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂DNP。
优选的,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂与季戊四醇重量组份比例为2∶3的混合物。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化C12叔烷基胺。
优选的,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明的PET塑料薄膜料,以PET为主料,同时加入了玻璃纤维、壳聚糖、阻燃剂、聚碳硅烷等试剂,使得产品的阻燃性、耐高温性、抗菌性、防腐蚀性等综合性能优越,采用该材料制备出的PET塑料薄膜可以广泛的应用于覆膜铁生产中,加入了聚乳酸和钛白粉,可以增强产品的抗紫外线性能,加入了抗氧化剂可以防止产品因氧化而老化;加入了硅微粉,增强了产品的耐低温性。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本实施方式的一种金属板覆膜用的PET薄膜料,它包括以下重量组分:PET:100份;EVA:10份;玻璃纤维:5份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯:4份;硅微粉:3份;聚碳硅烷:1份;石墨粉:2份:氧化镍:4份;氢氧化镁:7份;聚乳酸:3份;壳聚糖:6份;聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺:2份:硅烷偶联剂:1份;抗冲击改性剂:4份;抗氧化剂:1份;稳定剂:1份;抗静电剂:0.5份;增塑剂:4份;钛白粉:2份;石蜡:1份,所述硅烷偶联剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述抗冲击改性剂为甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯一苯乙烯共聚物,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂DNP。

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明的PET塑料薄膜料,以PET为主料,同时加入了玻璃纤维、壳聚糖、阻燃剂、聚碳硅烷等试剂,使得产品的阻燃性、耐高温性、抗菌性、防腐蚀性等综合性能优越,采用该材料制备出的PET塑料薄膜可以广泛的应用于覆膜铁生产中,加入了聚乳酸和钛白粉,可以增强产品的抗紫外线性能,加入了抗氧化剂可以防止产品因氧化而老化;加入了硅微粉,增强了产品的耐低温性。
