Abstract

本发明公开了一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,首先将制作成型后的木制品固体粘接剂,将木制品放在通风处进行静置一段时间;按一定重量组分准备以下材料:PET聚酯薄膜、EVA和成膜剂10%‑30%,并利用模板将上述材料按照一定重量组分倒入模板中,可得到复合膜。本发明通过对木制品贴合过程中表面的复合膜进行喷涂软化剂,使复合膜不易产生断裂,而且该复合膜制备材料中添加了聚氨酯材料,使其具有良好的防水性能,进一步的保证木制品表面不会渗入水渍,避免产生腐蚀损坏,而且该复合膜具有抗压性能,受到重物挤压时不会产生破裂,可以保证完整性,增加了适用范围。

本发明涉及复合膜生产技术领域,具体为一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,木制品作为住宅、宾馆和写字楼内的高级装潢材料,已经得到了市场的认同,由于木制品的外观是自然的木质纹理,色泽美观,顺应人们回归自然的心态,因此在克服了木制品潮湿、开裂等难题之后,木制品也被广泛地应用于户外,目前木制品复合膜的应用非常广泛,目前市场上复合膜采用的是油性复合方式,不具备环保性,我们改进为固体复合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、首先将制作成型后的木制品固体粘接剂,将木制品放在通风处进行静置一段时间;
S2、按一定重量组分准备以下材料:PET聚酯薄膜、EVA和成膜剂10%-30%,并利用模板将上述材料按照一定重量组分倒入模板中,可得到复合膜;
S3、将晾干后的木制品通过夹具对底部进行夹紧,在表面涂覆固体粘接剂,将复合膜粘接在木制品的表面,利用工具将边角和残留气泡进行修整;
S4、将木制品放在烘干箱中对复合膜进行烘干定型,使其贴合在木制品的表面,即可得到处理后的木制品。
优选的,所述其准备的材料重量组分如下:聚烯烃聚合物20%、亚磷酸酯25%、聚氨酯材料30%和成膜剂15%,成膜剂最后添加,再将模板静置0.5h后。
优选的,所述木制品在通风处晾干时需保证阳光不会对木制品进行直射,通风时间为18h-24h。
优选的,所述制作人员利用专业工具可将复合膜多余的边角进行切除,再利用软化剂喷涂在复合膜的表面,使复合膜软化更好的进行定型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过对木制品贴合过程中表面的复合膜进行喷涂软化剂,使复合膜不易产生断裂,而且该复合膜制备材料中添加了聚氨酯材料,使其具有良好的防水性能,进一步的保证木制品表面不会渗入水渍,避免产生腐蚀损坏,而且该复合膜具有抗压性能,受到重物挤压时不会产生破裂,可以保证完整性,增加了适用范围。

S3、将晾干后的木制品通过夹具对底部进行夹紧,在表面涂覆固体粘接剂,将复合膜粘接在木制品的表面,利用工具将边角和残留气泡进行修整;
S4、将木制品放在烘干箱中对复合膜进行烘干定型,使其贴合在木制品的表面,即可得到处理后的木制品。
实施例三:

S1、首先将制作成型后的木制品固体粘接剂,将木制品放在通风处进行静置一段时间;
S2、按一定重量组分准备以下材料:PET聚酯薄膜、EVA和成膜剂10%-30%,并利用模板将上述材料按照一定重量组分倒入模板中,可得到复合膜;
S3、将晾干后的木制品通过夹具对底部进行夹紧,在表面涂覆固体粘接剂,将复合膜粘接在木制品的表面,利用工具将边角和残留气泡进行修整;
S4、将木制品放在烘干箱中对复合膜进行烘干定型,使其贴合在木制品的表面,即可得到处理后的木制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,其特征在于:所述其准备的材料重量组分如下:聚烯烃聚合物20%、亚磷酸酯25%、聚氨酯材料30%和成膜剂15%,成膜剂最后添加,再将模板静置0.5h后。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,其特征在于:所述木制品在通风处晾干时需保证阳光不会对木制品进行直射,通风时间为18h-24h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木制品复合膜生产制备工艺,其特征在于:所述制作人员利用专业工具可将复合膜多余的边角进行切除,再利用软化剂喷涂在复合膜的表面,使复合膜软化更好的进行定型。
