本发明提供一种高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,经调浆→模压→刷彩浆→打磨→保养制得;本发明的制备工序简单,所制作的产品质量高,表面光滑平整,美观大方,与名贵实木的本色相差甚微,而且防水、防晒、防蛀、耐腐蚀、耐冲击,不易变形,产品无甲醛,不对家居环境造成污染,对人体无害,产品的成本低,同时也缓解了我国存在的木材压力现状,对森林资源的保护起到一定的贡献。

技术领域
本发明属于人造木制品技术领域,涉及一种高仿真人造木制品的制备方法。
背景技术
木材板由于具有良好的物理力学性能和易于机械加工、表面加工及饰面加工的性能,在家具、室内装修领域应用广泛,但随着世界性森林资源短缺,天然木材资源的日益匮乏,木材板受到很大限制。
我国是一个森林贫乏的国家,全国森林覆盖率仅16.55%,大大低于25%的世界平均水平,列世界第120位,我国人均拥有森林蓄积量8.6m3,远远低于71.8m3的世界水平。在长期以来对林木的过量采伐及其他各种形式的植被破坏,已造成我国水土流失、洪涝灾害频繁、沙尘暴严重和生态环境恶化等不良后果。为此,国家果断实施“天然林保护工程”,并逐步减少了各地的木材采伐量。但由于社会发展导致木材板的需求增长,寻找新的木材版代替品早已势在必行。
我国是农业大国,每年农作物秸秆类剩余物(包括麦秆、稻草、高粱杆、玉米杆、棉花秆、烟秆等)达到10亿多吨,这是一种巨大的可再生资源。随着科技进步及农民生活水平的提高,秸秆不再作为农村的主要燃料,如何开发原料丰富的秸秆类资源,从而将秸秆在农业上的资源优势转化为经济优势成为关注的内容。人们开发了将秸秆类物质加工成人造板的技术,缓解了木材版供不应求的状况。用秸秆制人造板是秸秆工业化利用中最具潜力和产业前景的技术,也是解决农作物秸秆综合利用的根本途径之一。发展秸秆人造板不仅可提高秸秆消耗率和利用率、节约木材资源、保护生态环境,而且还可促进农业和农村经济的发展、扩大城乡就业、增加农民收入。
目前已出现了多种多样的人造木制品,例如人造板,但这些人造板存在一些缺点:如加工复杂、成本高、怕水、易变性、怕晒等,特别是表面处理太复杂,上油漆前需要进行修补、打磨,之后经多次喷漆和打磨,步骤繁琐,处理成本高,而且油漆的附着力差,刮碰时容易掉漆。后来出现表面覆PVC膜的免漆法,但这种方法的缺点是:成本高,覆膜前需要修补和打磨,然后喷胶水再覆PVC膜,当覆膜损坏时不易修补,而且木质纹理很不自然,产品无法上档次。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,制作工序简单,产品成本低、质量高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将氯化镁溶液加入氧化镁中,再加入微硅粉、粉碎的秸秆、防水剂、菱镁改性剂和色精,搅拌成为料浆,所述氧化镁、氯化镁溶液、微硅粉、粉碎的秸秆、防水剂、菱镁改性剂、色精的重量比为:1:1~1.5:0.05~0.15:0.05~0.4:0.01~0.04:0.04~0.08:0.002~0.03;(2)将料浆刷至模具中,每刷一层料浆后铺上一层玻璃纤维布,刷至所需厚度,模压成型为半成品,控制模压温度为16~28℃,模压时的相对湿度为60~80%;(3)配制彩泥浆,将氯化镁溶液加入氧化镁中,再依次加入石膏、防水剂、菱镁改性剂和色精混匀,所述氧化镁、氯化镁溶液、石膏、防水剂、菱镁改性剂、色精的重量比为:1:1~1.5:0~0.4:0.01~0.04:0.07~0.12:0.002~0.03;(4)将配制好的彩泥浆刷至步骤(2)模压成型的半成品表面,打磨后放入保养室保养即为成品。
所述步骤(1)使用的氯化镁溶液的波美度为23~28度。
所述步骤(3)使用的氯化镁溶液的波美度为22~24度。
所述防水剂为硫酸亚铁。
所述步骤(4)中保养室内温度为16~28℃,相对湿度为60~80%,保养时间为1~2天。
本发明所采用的主要原料为粉碎的秸秆,也可采用废弃的木头或锯末,原料简单易得、成本低;模压后的成品再刷彩泥浆,填平模压形成的纹理凹陷,打磨后的成品纹理自然,突显名贵实木的纹理,表面光滑平整,美观大方;所制备的成品可以直接喷涂各种油性漆或水性漆,由于产品的表面平整光滑、强度高,在上漆前无需修补打磨,直接喷漆即可,而且漆的附着力很强;产品防水、防晒、防蛀、耐腐蚀、耐冲击,且不易变形,产品无甲醛,不对家居环境造成污染,对人体无害;调整配方中的色精,便可制备各种各样的仿真木制品;变换模具,可制备多种形状的产品;制作工序简单,制作的成本为现有相同类型木制品成本的1/3~1/50。本发明的制备工序简单,所制作的产品质量高,与名贵实木的本色相差甚微,产品的成本低,同时也缓解了我国存在的木材压力现状,对森林资源的保护起到一定的贡献。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明的高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将1.5斤波美度为23度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再加入0.15斤微硅粉、0.3斤粉碎的秸秆、0.01斤硫酸亚铁、0.07斤菱镁改性剂和0.002斤色精,搅拌均匀成为料浆;
(2)将料浆刷至模具中,每刷一层料浆后铺上一层玻璃纤维布,刷至所需厚度,模压成型为半成品,控制模压温度为28℃,模压时的相对湿度为80%;
(3)配制彩泥浆,将1.5斤波美度为22度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再依次加入0.02斤硫酸亚铁、0.08斤菱镁改性剂和0.03斤色精混匀;
(4)将配制好的彩泥浆刷至步骤(2)模压成型的半成品表面,打磨后放入保养室保养1天即为成品,保养室内温度为28℃,相对湿度为80%。
实施例2:本发明的高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将1.4斤波美度为24度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再加入0.1斤微硅粉、0.15斤粉碎的秸秆、0.02斤硫酸亚铁、0.07斤菱镁改性剂和0.01斤色精,搅拌均匀成为料浆;
(2)将料浆刷至模具中,每刷一层料浆后铺上一层玻璃纤维布,刷至所需厚度,模压成型为半成品,控制模压温度为20℃,模压时的相对湿度为70%;
(3)配制彩泥浆,将1.3斤波美度为23度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再依次加入0.2斤石膏、0.01斤硫酸亚铁、0.06斤菱镁改性剂和0.01斤色精混匀;
(4)将配制好的彩泥浆刷至步骤(2)模压成型的半成品表面,打磨后放入保养室保养1天即为成品,保养室内温度为20℃,相对湿度为70%。
实施例3:本发明的高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将1斤波美度为27度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再加入0.05斤微硅粉、0.1斤粉碎的秸秆、0.04斤硫酸亚铁、0.08斤菱镁改性剂和0.02斤色精,搅拌均匀成为料浆;
(2)将料浆刷至模具中,每刷一层料浆后铺上一层玻璃纤维布,刷至所需厚度,模压成型为半成品,控制模压温度为16℃,模压时的相对湿度为60%;
(3)配制彩泥浆,将1斤波美度为24度的氯化镁溶液加入到1斤氧化镁中,再依次加入0.4斤石膏、0.04斤硫酸亚铁、0.12斤菱镁改性剂和0.002斤色精混匀;
(4)将配制好的彩泥浆刷至步骤(2)模压成型的半成品表面,打磨后放入保养室保养2天即为成品,保养室内温度为16℃,相对湿度为60%。

1.一种高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将波美度为23~28度的氯化镁溶液加入氧化镁中,再加入微硅粉、粉碎的秸秆、防水剂、菱镁改性剂和色精,搅拌成为料浆,所述氧化镁、氯化镁溶液、微硅粉、粉碎的秸秆、防水剂、菱镁改性剂、色精的重量比为:1∶1~1.5∶0.05~0.15∶0.05~0.4∶0.01~0.04∶0.04~0.08∶0.002~0.03;(2)将料浆刷至模具中,每刷一层料浆后铺上一层玻璃纤维布,刷至所需厚度,模压成型为半成品,控制模压温度为16~28℃,模压时的相对湿度为60~80%;(3)配制彩泥浆,将波美度为22~24度的氯化镁溶液加入氧化镁中,再依次加入石膏、防水剂、菱镁改性剂和色精混匀,所述氧化镁、氯化镁溶液、石膏、防水剂、菱镁改性剂、色精的重量比为:1∶1~1.5∶0~0.4∶0.01~0.04∶0.07~0.12∶0.002~0.03;(4)将配制好的彩泥浆刷至步骤(2)模压成型的半成品表面,打磨后放入保养室保养即为成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防水剂为硫酸亚铁。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高仿真人造木制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中保养室内温度为16~28℃,相对湿度为60~80%,保养时间为1~2天。
