Abstract

本发明公开了一种高粘结抗疲劳聚氯乙烯防腐涂料及其制备涂刷方法,该防腐涂料包括以下质量分数的原料组成:聚氯乙烯100份,弹性体5-10份,稳定剂2-4份,增塑剂30-50份,抗氧剂0.2-0.4份,高效导热剂2-5份。其制备涂刷方法是将上述原材料进行混合搅拌,并通过挤出机挤出,挤出粒后进行磨粉,最后进行涂刷即可。本发明提供的复合涂料基础树脂为聚氯乙烯,并加入增塑剂、弹性体和导热剂,与目前普遍采用的聚乙烯相比,本涂层材料具有更优异的粘结性和优异的韧性、抗蠕变性能,提高了材料的耐热性,可广泛地应用在化工、石油、船舶、电厂、公用事业等领域。

[0003] 聚氯乙烯粉末涂料具有良好的耐化学腐蚀、抗冲击强度、回弹性,而被广泛地应用 在化工、石油、船舶、电厂、公用事业等防腐领域,然而由于聚氯乙烯加工温度和分解温度十 分接近,增加了粉末涂料熔化涂覆工艺的难度,也限制了聚氯乙烯粉末涂料在高温防腐领 域的应用,另外,由于聚氯乙烯基础树脂硬度较大、收缩较大,会导致涂层皲裂脱落现象,单 纯地加入一定量的增塑剂虽然可以改善其硬度,降低脱落的程度,但过多地增塑剂会影响 涂层与金属管道的附着力,因此需要对其改性。

[0012] 有益效果:本发明提供的复合涂料基础树脂为聚氯乙烯,并加入增塑剂,与目前普 遍采用的聚乙烯相比,涂层材料具有更优异的粘结性和优异的韧性、抗蠕变性能;本发明提 供的涂料组分中含有弹性体,可赋予涂层卓越的粘弹性,使得材料不会因为收缩而产生脱 落和皲裂现象,甚至可实现材料的自愈合;本发明提供的涂料中含有高效导热剂,可以有效 地将涂料所受热量传导给金属管道,提高涂料的耐热性能,同时这些导热剂起到了无机刚 性填料的作用,进一步提高了材料的耐热性。

[0015] 上述涂料的制备及涂刷方法,包括如下步骤: (1) 将聚氯乙烯预先干燥处理至水分含量低于600ppm,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸 单丁酯二丁基锡、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂、纳米级氮化铝按所述份数称重,在搅拌机中 混合3分钟;而后在单螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为160°C,经挤出造粒后,磨粉50 目,并将粉料干燥至水分含量低于600ppm ; (2) 用喷砂机对待喷涂的管道表面除锈、去油处理; (3) 将根据管道内表面面积和涂层厚度计算出所需要的粉末涂料的重量并称取相应质 量的涂料,在室温下将涂料填入管道,并用金属盲板封住管道的端口,将管道置于水平旋转 或双向旋转的的装置中加热到160°C,保温15分钟; (4) 停止加热,靠工件的自热将涂层流平,最后冷却至室温; (5) 待管道降至室温后,打开管道两端盲板,用火枪加热两端法兰至170°C,浇淋粉末涂 料,使其熔化粘结在法兰上,并继续加热直至涂料全部熔化流平。
