本发明公开了一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,包括釜体,所述釜体外侧套设有加热外箱,加热外箱右下侧设有热水进管,加热外箱左上侧设有出水管,所述釜体内设有隔板,隔板与釜体顶部之间构成了传动腔,隔板上端两侧对称穿设有二号搅拌轴和一号搅拌轴,隔板下方的一号搅拌轴和二号搅拌轴上对称设有一号搅拌杆和二号搅拌杆,一号搅拌杆与二号搅拌杆为交叉间隔分布,本发明结构简单、合理,通过传动盘外侧的传动齿与二号从动齿轮外啮合,传动内腔上的传动齿与一号从动齿轮内啮合,这样就会使得两个从动齿轮的转动方向相反,进而实现双轴。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工加工设备技术领域,具体是一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜的广义理解即有物理或化学反应的容器,通过对容器的结构设计与参数配置,实现工艺要求的加热、蒸发、冷却及低高速的混配功能,反应釜广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品,用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程的压力容器,例如反应器、反应锅、分解锅、聚合釜等;材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔、因康镍)合金及其它复合材料。
在使用反应釜处理原料时为加快混合或者反应,需要对原料进行搅拌,现有的反应釜大多对存在对原料搅拌不充分,会导致原料混合不均匀达不到要求导致原料报废,给生产企业造成损失,为了满足化工生产的需求,现提供一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,包括釜体,所述釜体外侧套设有加热外箱,加热外箱右下侧设有热水进管,加热外箱左上侧设有出水管,所述釜体内设有隔板,隔板与釜体顶部之间构成了传动腔,隔板上端两侧对称穿设有二号搅拌轴和一号搅拌轴,隔板下方的一号搅拌轴和二号搅拌轴上对称设有一号搅拌杆和二号搅拌杆,一号搅拌杆与二号搅拌杆为交叉间隔分布,搅拌杆下侧的搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片,所述釜体顶部设有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端设有传动盘,传动盘外侧设有传动齿,传动盘下端面设有传动内腔,传动内腔内侧壁与传动盘外侧都设有传动齿,所述一号搅拌轴和二号搅拌轴上端分别设有一号从动齿轮和二号从动齿轮,传动盘外侧的传动齿与二号从动齿轮外啮合,传动内腔上的传动齿与一号从动齿轮内啮合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述釜体底部设有出水管和位于出水管右侧的出水阀。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述述釜体下端两侧对称设有支腿,支腿下端设有支撑垫。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述隔板上设有与一号搅拌轴和二号搅拌轴相配合的固定轴承。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热水箱外侧设有保温层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、合理,通过传动盘外侧的传动齿与二号从动齿轮外啮合,传动内腔上的传动齿与一号从动齿轮内啮合,这样就会使得两个从动齿轮的转动方向相反,进而实现双轴反向搅拌,极大的提高了物料的搅拌效果,从而消除了现有装置存在的弊端,实用性强。

请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,包括釜体1,所述釜体1下端两侧对称设有支腿7,支腿7下端设有支撑垫8,左右两侧支腿7之间的釜体1底部设有出水管10和位于出水管10右侧的出水阀9,所述釜体1外侧套设有加热外箱11,加热水箱11外侧设有保温层,加热外箱11右下侧设有热水进管6,加热外箱11左上侧设有出水管10,装置采用水浴的加热的方式来保证釜体1受热的均匀性,所述釜体1内设有隔板,隔板与釜体1顶部之间构成了传动腔18,隔板上端两侧对称穿设有二号搅拌轴14和一号搅拌轴5,隔板上设有与一号搅拌轴5和二号搅拌轴14相配合的固定轴承,隔板下方的一号搅拌轴5和二号搅拌轴14上对称设有一号搅拌杆13和二号搅拌杆4,一号搅拌杆13与二号搅拌杆4为交叉间隔分布,这样在搅拌时会产生剪力,从而极大的提高了物料的搅拌效果,搅拌杆下侧的搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片12,螺旋叶片12的作用是对物料产生垂直方向的动力,从而促进物料内循环的形成,从而进一步消除了物料的搅拌死角,所述釜体1顶部设有驱动电机20,驱动电机20电性连接控制面板,驱动电机20的输出端设有传动盘19,传动盘19外侧设有传动齿,传动盘19下端面设有传动内腔21,传动内腔21内侧壁与传动盘19外侧都设有传动齿,所述一号搅拌轴5和二号搅拌轴14上端分别设有一号从动齿轮16和二号从动齿轮22,传动盘19外侧的传动齿与二号从动齿轮22外啮合,传动内腔21上的传动齿与一号从动齿轮16内啮合,这样就会使得两个从动齿轮16的转动方向相反,进而实现双轴反向搅拌,极大的提高了物料的搅拌效果。

1.一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,包括釜体(1),其特征在于,所述釜体(1)外侧套设有加热外箱(11),加热外箱(11)右下侧设有热水进管(6),加热外箱(11)左上侧设有出水管(10),所述釜体(1)内设有隔板,隔板与釜体(1)顶部之间构成了传动腔(18),隔板上端两侧对称穿设有二号搅拌轴(14)和一号搅拌轴(5),隔板下方的一号搅拌轴(5)和二号搅拌轴(14)上对称设有一号搅拌杆(13)和二号搅拌杆(4),一号搅拌杆(13)与二号搅拌杆(4)为交叉间隔分布,搅拌杆下侧的搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片(12),所述釜体(1)顶部设有驱动电机(20),驱动电机(20)的输出端设有传动盘(19),传动盘(19)外侧设有传动齿,传动盘(19)下端面设有传动内腔(21),传动内腔(21)内侧壁与传动盘(19)外侧都设有传动齿,所述一号搅拌轴(5)和二号搅拌轴(14)上端分别设有一号从动齿轮(16)和二号从动齿轮(22),传动盘(19)外侧的传动齿与二号从动齿轮(22)外啮合,传动内腔(21)上的传动齿与一号从动齿轮(16)内啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,其特征在于,所述釜体(1)底部设有出水管(10)和位于出水管(10)右侧的出水阀(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,其特征在于,所述述釜体(1)下端两侧对称设有支腿(7),支腿(7)下端设有支撑垫(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,其特征在于,所述隔板上设有与一号搅拌轴(5)和二号搅拌轴(14)相配合的固定轴承。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够高效搅拌化工原料的化工反应釜,其特征在于,所述加热水箱(11)外侧设有保温层。
