(1)制备金银花发酵液:将金银花装入可密封容器,按m:V为1:4-1:10加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的70-85%;加入白砂糖5-10%,并按料液体积的1-10%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵5-20d以上,过滤,滤液即为金银花发酵液;
(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:10-20收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备菊花提取液:干菊花洗净沥干,按m:V为1:5-1:20加入沸水,自然浸提0.5-2h,过滤,重复操作三次,收集三次滤液即得菊花提取液;
(4)制备菊花发酵液:将菊花装入可密封容器,按m:V为1:4-1:10加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的70-85%;加入白砂糖5-10%,并按料液体积的1-10%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵5-20d以上,过滤,滤液即为菊花发酵液;
(5)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(6)将所述步骤(1)至(5)中制得的金银花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、菊花提取液、菊花发酵液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花发酵液2-8%、菊花提取液10-25%或菊花发酵液2-6%、金银花蒸馏液20-50%、白砂糖4-9%或阿斯巴甜0.01-0.06%、柠檬酸0.05-0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.05-0.25%,余下为纯水。

(3)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;

(4)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(5)将所述步骤(1)至(4)中制得的金银花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、菊花提取液或菊花发酵液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花发酵液8%、菊花提取液25%或菊花发酵液6%、金银花蒸馏液50%、白砂糖9%或阿斯巴甜0.06%、柠檬酸0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.25%,余下为纯水。
实施例三
本发明的利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品,以质量百分比计,该饮品由以下组份组成:金银花发酵液6%、菊花提取液20%或菊花发酵液4%、金银花蒸馏液35%、白砂糖7%或阿斯巴甜0.04%、柠檬酸0.15%,柠檬酸三钠0.15%,余下为纯水;上述配方经混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得成品。
制备利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品的方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花发酵液:将金银花装入可密封容器,按m:V为1:8加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的80%;加入白砂糖8%,并按料液体积的6%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵12d以上,过滤,滤液即为金银花发酵液;
(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:15收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备菊花提取液:干菊花洗净沥干,按m:V为1:15加入沸水,自然浸提1h,过滤,重复操作三次,收集三次滤液即得菊花提取液;

(6)将所述步骤(1)至(5)中制得的金银花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、菊花提取液、菊花发酵液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花发酵液6%、菊花提取液20%或菊花发酵液4%、金银花蒸馏液35%、白砂糖7%或阿斯巴甜0.04%、柠檬酸0.15%,柠檬酸三钠0.15%,余下为纯水。
实施例四

(3)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(4)将所述步骤(1)至(3)中制得的金银花菊花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花菊花发酵液2%、金银花蒸馏液20%、白砂糖4%或阿斯巴甜0.01%、柠檬酸0.05%,柠檬酸三钠0.05%,余下为纯水。

(1)制备金银花菊花发酵液:将金银花装入可密封容器,加入金银花与菊花质量比为1:1.5的菊花,按m:V为1:10加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的85%;加入白砂糖10%,并按料液体积的10%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵20d以上,过滤,滤液即为金银花菊花发酵液;
(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:取自金银花露加工企业的金银花蒸馏原液,将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:20收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(4)将所述步骤(1)至(3)中制得的金银花菊花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花菊花发酵液8%、金银花蒸馏液50%、白砂糖9%或阿斯巴甜0.06%、柠檬酸0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.25%,余下为纯水。

制备利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品的方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花菊花发酵液:将金银花装入可密封容器,加入金银花与菊花质量比为1:1的菊花,按m:V为1:7加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的80%;加入白砂糖8%,并按料液体积的6%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵15d以上,过滤,滤液即为金银花菊花发酵液;
(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:取自金银花露加工企业的金银花蒸馏原液,将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:15收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(4)将所述步骤(1)至(3)中制得的金银花菊花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花菊花发酵液6%、金银花蒸馏液35%、白砂糖7%或阿斯巴甜0.03%、柠檬酸0.15%,柠檬酸三钠0.15%,余下为纯水。
本发明中的乳酸杆菌HX2116(CCTCCM2017734)为实验室专利菌种。
Claims (4)
1.一种利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,该饮品由以下组份组成:金银花发酵液2-8%、菊花提取液10-25%或菊花发酵液2-6%、金银花蒸馏液20-50%、白砂糖4-9%或阿斯巴甜0.01-0.06%、柠檬酸0.05-0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.05-0.25%,余下为纯水;上述配方经混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得成品。
2.一种利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,该饮品由以下组份组成:金银花菊花发酵液2-8%、金银花蒸馏液20-50%、白砂糖4-9%或阿斯巴甜0.01-0.06%、柠檬酸0.05-0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.05-0.25%,余下为纯水;上述配方经混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得成品。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品的方法,其特征在于:它包含如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花发酵液:将金银花装入可密封容器,按m:V为1:4-1:10加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的70-85%;加入白砂糖5-10%,并按料液体积的1-10%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵5-20d以上,过滤,滤液即为金银花发酵液;
(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:10-20收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备菊花提取液:干菊花洗净沥干,按m:V为1:5-1:20加入沸水,自然浸提0.5-2h,过滤,重复操作三次,收集三次滤液即得菊花提取液;
或者制备菊花发酵液:将菊花装入可密封容器,按m:V为1:4-1:10加入食用醋液,直至占容器体积的70-85%;加入白砂糖5-10%,并按料液体积的1-10%接入乳酸杆菌HX2116,常温下密封发酵5-20d以上,过滤,滤液即为菊花发酵液;
(4)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
(5)将所述步骤(1)至(4)中制得的金银花发酵液、金银花蒸馏液、菊花提取液或菊花发酵液、纯水,再添加白砂糖或阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸,柠檬酸三钠;将前述各配方混匀,微滤,灌装,灭菌后制得饮品成品;所述饮品配方按照以质量百分比计为:金银花发酵液2-8%、菊花提取液10-25%或菊花发酵液2-6%、金银花蒸馏液20-50%、白砂糖4-9%或阿斯巴甜0.01-0.06%、柠檬酸0.05-0.25%,柠檬酸三钠0.05-0.25%,余下为纯水。
4.一种制备如权利要求2所述利用金银花蒸馏液和发酵液制备清热消暑饮品的方法,其特征在于:它包含如下步骤:

(2)制备金银花蒸馏液:取自金银花露加工企业的金银花蒸馏原液,将金银花用水蒸气蒸馏,按质量体积比kg:L为1:10-20收集蒸馏液即为金银花蒸馏液;
(3)制备纯水:纯净水烧开后冷却至不高于60℃的水即为纯水;
