背景技术
农药是指用于预防、消灭或者控制危害农业、林业的病、虫、草和其他有害生物以及有目的地调节植物、昆虫生长的化学合成或者来源于生物、其他天然物质的一种或者几种的混合物及其制剂。
农药按性质分类,可分为化学农药、微生物农药和植物性农药。植物源农药属生物农药范畴内的一个分支,按一定方法对受体植物进行使用后,使其免遭或减轻病、虫、杂草等有害生物危害的植物源制剂。各种植物性农药通常不是单一的一种化合物,成分复杂多变,但一般都包含生物碱,糖苷、有毒蛋白质、挥发性香精油、单宁、树脂、有机酸、酯、酮、萜等物质。从广义上讲,富含这些高生理活性物质的植物均有可能被加工成农药制剂。
随着中国农业经济的发展,出口型农产品大幅增加,日益严重的农药残留和过度使用化学农药对于作物,土地,水源造成严重影响,这些因素导致绿色农药、无公害农药逐渐成为农业生产中必不可少的需求,而植物源农药势必成为重要的解决方案之一。
近几年随着国内农资市场向外开放,一些欧美企业将成熟的植物源农药带进中国市场,既有杀虫剂也有杀菌剂,实验效果体现了强大的优势,在一些特定的地区和作物已经超过了化学农药,体现了强大的生命力。但是这些进口的植物源农药存在价格偏高、杀虫范围有限等问题,因此农药领域仍在寻找价廉、绿色、无毒、无残留的植物源农药制剂,以满足当前农产品发展的需求。
百部为百部科植物对叶百部、直立百部或蔓生百部的干燥块根。春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,洗净,置沸水中略烫或蒸至无白心,取出,晒干。百部为中医常用药,性味甘、苦,微温,归肺经。百部具有润肺止咳、杀虫灭虱的功效。内服用于治疗咳嗽、肺痨、老年咳喘、百日咳等病症,外用杀虫,治疗头虱、体虱、皮肤疥癣、温疹、阴痒等。百部生物碱是百部的主要成分,如含百部碱、直立百部碱、百部定碱、对叶百部碱、原百部碱、次百部碱和蔓生百部碱等多种生物碱。百部煎液或浸液对多种致病菌及皮肤真菌有抑制作用,如对肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌、脑膜炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有不同程度的抗菌作用。用鸡胚培养的新城病毒试验表明,百部能延长鸡胚寿命。百部浸液对常见的炭疽病、白粉病、疫病、菌核病、褐斑病、黑斑病等真菌病害,有较好的防治效果。
天南星属天南星科天南星属植物,天南星味、苦、辛、性温,具有燥湿化痰、祛风止疼、散结消肿等功效。《中国药典》收载有天南星、异叶天南星、东北天南星3个品种。天南星主要含三萜皂苷、安息香酸、淀粉、D-谷甾醇、氨基酸、β-谷甾醇、钙、磷、铝、锌等。天南星常与其他中草药制成配方治疗宫颈癌、肺癌、肝癌、中风等疾病。口服天南星煎剂有明显的镇静、镇痛作用。天南星有一定的抗惊厥作用,并因品种及提取方法的不同而不同。天南星口服对乌头碱诱发的心律失常有明显的拮抗作用,可延缓心律失常出现的时间和缩短心律失常的持续时间;天南星煎剂给家兔灌胃能显著增加呼吸道粘膜分泌,具有祛痰作用。
十大功劳叶又名黄柏树叶,主要分布在安徽、河南、陕西、浙江、湖北、四川西等地。十大功劳叶的主要成份为小檗碱,味苦、寒。具有清热补虚,止咳化痰的功效,适用于肺痨咳血、骨蒸潮热、头晕耳鸣、心烦、目赤等症。十大功劳叶水煎剂对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌以及绿脓杆菌有轻度的抑制作用,因而其在临床上可用于细菌性痢疾、细菌感染所致的肺炎等疾病的治疗。实验表明,十大功劳叶具有降压作用,而且其降压作用似乎与中枢无关,而更多的是通过抑制肾上腺素的升压作用来达到降压目的。
半夏又名地文、守田等,属天南星目、天南星科、半夏属植物。已知从半夏中分离得到的化合物包括大黄酚,丁二酸,正十六碳酸-1-甘油酯,3-O-(6'-O-棕榈酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)豆甾-5-烯,对二羟基苯酚,羟甲基糠醛,邻二羟基苯酚及β-谷甾醇,胡萝卜苷等。半夏中生物碱能抑制咳嗽中枢产生镇咳作用。制半夏能激活迷走神经传出活动而具有镇吐作用。半夏水煎醇沉液能减少胃液分泌,降低胃液游离酸度和总酸度,抑制胃蛋白酶活性,保护胃黏膜,促进胃黏膜的修复,具有抗大鼠幽门结扎性溃疡、消炎痛性溃疡及应激性溃疡的作用。半夏具有较明显降低甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白的作用,能够降低全血黏度、抑制红细胞的聚集和提高红细胞的变形能力。半夏对治疗食道癌、胃癌、舌癌、皮肤癌和恶性淋巴癌方面有较好疗效。
花椒是芸香科、花椒属落叶小乔木,茎干上的刺,枝有短刺,当年生枝被短柔毛。叶轴常有甚狭窄的叶翼;小叶对生,卵形,椭圆形,稀披针形,叶缘有细裂齿,齿缝有油点。花椒温中散寒,除湿,止痛,杀虫,解鱼腥毒。治积食停饮,心腹冷痛,呕吐,咳嗽气逆,风寒湿痹,泄泻,痢疾,疝痛,齿痛,蛔虫病,蛲虫病,阴痒,疮疥。花椒水提物均有显着抗小鼠水浸应激性溃疡形成作用,而醚提物仅有抑制倾向。花椒水提物有显着抑制吲哚美辛加乙醇引起的小鼠溃疡形成,但抑制率不高。花椒醚提物显着抑制大鼠盐酸性溃疡形成。花椒水提物可明显抑制大鼠结扎幽门性溃疡的形成。花椒水提物和醚提物对乙酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。
透骨草又名药曲草,蝇毒草等。民间用透骨草全草入药,治感冒、跌打损伤,外用治毒疮、湿疹、疥疮。透骨草根及叶的鲜汁或水煎液对菜粉蝶、家蝇和三带喙库蚊的幼虫有强烈的毒性。根含透骨草素及透骨草醇乙酸酯,后者为杀虫成分。民间用透骨草全草煎水消灭蝇蛆和菜青虫。透骨草水煎剂的镇痛抗风湿作用与水杨酸类药物相似,水煎剂外用有抗炎、杀菌、收敛创面作用,适用一般疮癣肿毒。
楝叶为楝科植物川楝或苦楝的叶。采其熟后的果实晒干,叫川楝子、金铃子或川楝实,内含川楝素、生物碱、山柰醇、树脂及鞣质。味苦性寒,有小毒,有泻火、止痛、杀虫作用,主治胃痛、虫积腹痛、疝痛、痛经等。木材用途同楝,用树皮和根皮的二层皮有杀虫作用,可治蛔虫病。苦楝子叶的水提取液可防止蚱蜢、蝗虫等对植物之侵害,而对人、畜无毒,其有效成分为类胡萝卜烃。
夏枯草别称麦穗夏枯、铁线夏枯草、铁色草、白花草、棒槌草等,为唇形目唇形科植物。夏枯草性味辛、苦,性寒,归肝、胆经,无毒,全草入药。整个植株的地上部分,可治牙龈出血、咽喉疼痛、痔疮及月经过多等,及有杀菌、收敛、促进伤口愈合及降血压的作用。夏枯草花穗能激活肝、胆以治疗由肝功能失调所引起的精神紧张及结膜炎等,及具收敛作用。果穗具有散结,消肿,清火,明目的功效,可治口眼歪斜、目珠夜痛、目赤肿痛、头痛晕眩、乳痈肿痛及高血压等。
樟树叶为樟科樟属植物樟的叶或枝叶,具有祛风,除湿,解毒,杀虫之功效。主治风湿痹痛,胃痛,水火烫伤,疮疡肿毒,慢性下肢溃疡,疥癣,皮肤瘙痒,毒虫咬伤。
土木香药用来源为菊科植物土木香或藏木香的干燥根。秋季采挖,除去泥沙,晒干即可得。土木香有健脾和胃,调气解郁,止痛安胎之功效,用于胸胁、脘腹胀痛,呕吐泻痢,胸胁挫伤,岔气作痛,胎动不安。土木香挥发油中所含土木香内酯及其衍生物异土木香内酯,二氧异土木香内酯,易溶于醇而不溶于水,对猪和猫的蛔虫均有作用。
大蒜为百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎。大蒜中含硫化合物具有奇强的抗菌消炎作用,对多种球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用,是当前发现的天然植物中抗菌作用最强的一种。大蒜可促进胰岛素的分泌,增加组织细胞对葡萄糖的吸收,提高人体葡萄糖耐量,迅速降低体内血糖水平,并可杀死因感染诱发糖尿病的各种病菌,从而有效预防和治疗糖尿病。大蒜可防止心脑血管中的脂肪沉积,诱导组织内部脂肪代谢,显著增加纤维蛋白溶解活性,降低胆固醇,抑制血小板的聚集,降低血浆浓度,增加微动脉的扩张度,促使血管舒张,调节血压,增加血管的通透性,从而抑制血栓的形成和预防动脉硬化。
目前,将上述植物源药材组合制备成高效、环保杀虫剂的文献尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决前述技术问题,提供来源天然的植物源杀虫剂,以解决目前杀虫剂适用范围窄、毒性大、成本高的问题,为绿色环保、低毒高效的杀虫剂产品提供了产业化的方向。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下的技术手段来实现的。
本发明提供一种植物源杀虫农药组合物,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部10%-20%、天南星1%-10%、十大功劳叶10%-20%、半夏1%-10%、花椒10%-20%、透骨草5%-15%、楝叶5%-15%、夏枯草1%-10%、樟树叶5%-15%、土木香1%-10%和大蒜1%-10%。
优选的,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部13%-16%、天南星3%-6%、十大功劳叶13%-16%、半夏3%-6%、花椒13%-16%、透骨草8%-12%、楝叶7%-13%、夏枯草4%-7%、樟树叶8%-12%、土木香3%-6%和大蒜4%-6%。
优选的,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部15%、天南星5%、十大功劳叶15%、半夏5%、花椒15%、透骨草10%、楝叶10%、夏枯草5%、樟树叶10%、土木香5%和大蒜5%。
本发明的另一方面提供上述农药组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将百部、花椒、透骨草、楝叶、樟树叶、土木香和十大功劳叶加水煎煮,浓缩煎煮液;将夏枯草加水和乙醇混合溶剂,浸泡、煎煮、浓缩煎煮液;将天南星加水后榨汁,加肥皂搅拌乳化;将半夏加明矾水浸泡、过滤;将大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
优选的,在上述制备方法中,将百部、花椒、透骨草、楝叶、樟树叶、土木香和十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量。
优选的,在上述制备方法中,将夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时后,煎煮浓缩至50%水量。
优选的,在上述制备方法中,将天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化。
优选的,在上述制备方法中,将半夏加0.5倍用量的明矾水浸泡8小时后过滤。
本发明的第三方面提供上述农药组合物在防治害虫方面的应用。
优选的,所述害虫选自红蜘蛛、蠕虫、蚜虫或蛾类。
更优选的,所述害虫选自红蜘蛛或烟粉虱。
本发明产生的有益效果:
1、本发明农药具有广谱性。本发明农药对红蜘蛛、蠕虫、蚜虫、蛾类等有明显的灭杀作用,对细菌性、真菌类病害也有较好的预防。
2、本发明农药用量少、见效快。果树、蔬菜生长周期内只需喷施2-3次即可保证果实、蔬菜的病虫害防治。
3、本发明农药绿色、环保、无毒。喷施后蔬菜、果实当天就可食用,喷施过程中误触身体,眼睛等部位,也无明显刺激反应。
4、本发明农药价格低廉。本发明药剂每亩喷施的成本仅在10元左右,实际使用过程中可显著降低防治害虫的成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
将15重量份百部、15重量份花椒、10重量份透骨草、10重量份楝叶、10重量份樟树叶、5重量份土木香和15重量份十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量;将5重量份夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时,煎煮浓缩至50%水量;将5重量份天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化;将5重量份半夏加0.5倍的明矾水浸泡8小时、过滤;将5重量份大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
实施例2
将10重量份百部、20重量份花椒、5重量份透骨草、15重量份楝叶、5重量份樟树叶、10重量份土木香和10重量份十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量;将10重量份夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时,煎煮浓缩至50%水量;将5重量份天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化;将5重量份半夏加0.5倍的明矾水浸泡8小时、过滤;将5重量份大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
实施例3
将10重量份百部、10重量份花椒、10重量份透骨草、5重量份楝叶、5重量份樟树叶、5重量份土木香和15重量份十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量;将10重量份夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时,煎煮浓缩至50%水量;将10重量份天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化;将10重量份半夏加0.5倍的明矾水浸泡8小时、过滤;将10重量份大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
实施例4
将20重量份百部、10重量份花椒、15重量份透骨草、5重量份楝叶、5重量份樟树叶、5重量份土木香和10重量份十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量;将5重量份夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时,煎煮浓缩至50%水量;将5重量份天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化;将10重量份半夏加0.5倍的明矾水浸泡8小时、过滤;将10重量份大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
实施例5
将15重量份百部、15重量份花椒、5重量份透骨草、10重量份楝叶、15重量份樟树叶、5重量份土木香和5重量份十大功劳叶加1倍量的水煎煮,将煎煮液浓缩至50%水量;将10重量份夏枯草加1倍量的水混合后再加入乙醇至含醇量为30%,浸泡5小时,煎煮浓缩至50%水量;将10重量份天南星加2倍量的水后榨汁,再加5%(重量百分比)的肥皂搅拌乳化;将5重量份半夏加0.5倍的明矾水浸泡8小时、过滤;将5重量份大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
试验例1:本发明植物源杀虫剂对害虫的防治效果试验
1、供试地块及作物
杀虫试验选择在蔬菜基地的大棚中进行。供试作物为茄子,试验时茄子正处于结果盛期。茄子上以烟粉虱、红蜘蛛为主,且分布均匀。
2、试验方法
将实施例1-5制备得到植物源杀虫剂分别作为5个试验组,每个试验组重复3次。试验开始后,将实施例1-5的杀虫剂用水稀释40倍后,装入手动喷雾器,按照菜农喷雾习惯对茄子进行喷雾杀虫处理,喷雾量为每10个平方米喷雾5kg的药液。
给药前调查虫口基数,每个试验组在茄子的中上部随机调查30张叶片上红蜘蛛、烟粉虱的成虫数,给药后3天和10天用同样方法调查红蜘蛛、烟粉虱成虫残留数,分别计算各试验组针对红蜘蛛和烟粉虱在3天和10天的虫口减退率。
3、防治效果
本发明各试验组对茄子红蜘蛛、烟粉虱在3天和10天的虫口减退率如下表所示。

由上表数据可知,本发明植物源杀虫剂对茄子上的红蜘蛛及烟粉虱均有明显的杀灭作用,其中各试验组给药后3天的红蜘蛛虫口减退率均大于40%,10天虫口减退率均大于60%;给药后3天的烟粉虱虫口减退率大多数大于30%,10天虫口减退率均大于70%。上述试验结果表明,本发明植物源杀虫剂对红蜘蛛、烟粉虱等的防治效果明显,证实本发明杀虫剂不仅绿色环保,还兼顾了适用范围广、见效快、药效强等特点,适合作为新一代植物源杀虫剂使用。
Claims (8)
1.一种植物源杀虫农药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部10%-20%、天南星1%-10%、十大功劳叶10%-20%、半夏1%-10%、花椒10%-20%、透骨草5%-15%、楝叶5%-15%、夏枯草1%-10%、樟树叶5%-15%、土木香1%-10%和大蒜1%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部13%-16%、天南星3%-6%、十大功劳叶13%-16%、半夏3%-6%、花椒13%-16%、透骨草8%-12%、楝叶7%-13%、夏枯草4%-7%、樟树叶8%-12%、土木香3%-6%和大蒜4%-6%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由以下重量百分比的中药原料制备而成:百部15%、天南星5%、十大功劳叶15%、半夏5%、花椒15%、透骨草10%、楝叶10%、夏枯草5%、樟树叶10%、土木香5%和大蒜5%。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述农药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将百部、花椒、透骨草、楝叶、樟树叶、土木香和十大功劳叶加水煎煮,浓缩煎煮液;将夏枯草加水和乙醇混合溶剂,浸泡、煎煮、浓缩煎煮液;将天南星加水后榨汁,加肥皂搅拌乳化;将半夏加明矾水浸泡、过滤;将大蒜压榨成汁;将上述提取液混合后过200目筛,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将天南星加2倍量水后榨汁,加入5%肥皂搅拌乳化。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将半夏加0.5倍用量的明矾水浸泡8小时后过滤。
7.权利要求1-3任一项所述农药组合物在防治害虫方面的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述害虫选自红蜘蛛、蠕虫、蚜虫或蛾类。
