本发明公开了一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂及其制备方法,一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂,由百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮、白矾、猫头骨、蟹壳、血余制成,防止蔬菜经济作物病虫害,用作地下害虫、蛆虫效果理想,用作喷施叶面可起到了杀菌、杀病毒,对白粉病、锈病杀虫效果也很好,对介壳虫、蚜虫类,特别对介壳虫有破壁功能。还可起到很大的叶面肥效,叶大、分枝快,生长旺盛。

一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药生物制剂领域,涉及一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于当前在农业领域长期使用剧毒农药,造成土壤营养不均,农作物品质下降,病虫害增加,剧毒农药的使用,对人体危害非常大,目前已成为人类的一大危害。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂及其制备方法,防止蔬菜经济作物病虫害,用作地下害虫、蛆虫效果理想,用作喷施叶面可起到了杀菌、杀病毒,对白粉病、锈病杀虫效果也很好,对介壳虫、蚜虫类,特别对介壳虫有破壁功能。还可起到很大的叶面肥效,叶大、分枝快,生长旺盛。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂,由百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮、白矾、猫头骨、蟹壳、血余制成。
制备方法包括:
(1)百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮各取300g,精选晒干放容器内,加上等醋,漫过药面,浸泡3小时;
(2)用电炉加温提取,然后加热至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常翻动,大约2小时;
(3)滤出第一次药液,再加漫过药面,继而加温至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常动大约2小时;滤出第二次药液,两次滤出原汁合一起,冷至25℃左右,加75%酒精进行衆质分解(酒精量是7%-10%左右)放置34天,然后加热全70-80℃,把酒精挥发掉备用;
(4)另外将白矾、猫头骨、蟹売、血余各300g用醋泡透晒干,用大砂锅炒黄在用醋再泡透,用大砂锅煎、煮、液面漫过药面加沸30分钟,滤出一次汁,与加工第一次药物混合均和,即得。
植物生长健壮、抗病、高产,其组方合作熬制,把所有的氨基酸和多种稀有元素铁、镁、硅、铜、硼、钙、脂肪、糖类,全部浸出,能补充化工合成不能解决的问题,其实植物里含的微量元素是最全面的。尤其海产品,海藻、昆布(海带)、介壳类,其微量元素是化工提不出来的。
其中,百部,性味、甘苦、微温。功能与与主治:润肺、止咳、杀虫,对肺结核杆菌、百日咳、体虱、蛲虫病、阴痒有显著的治疗效果。用于植物可杀金龟子、蚜虫、青虫。还有杀菌功能,含有氨基酸、糖分,对植物既能杀虫又有增长的作用,百部含糖2.3%、脂类0.84%、蛋白质9.25%、灰粉12.1%以及乙酸、甲酸、葡萄糖等。
烟草,性味、辛温、有毒。功能与主治:消脚解毒、虫、用于疗疮肿毒、头癣、白癣、秃疮、毒蛇咬伤,页钉螺、蚊蝇、老鼠。对植物有杀虫功能含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,对植物有杀虫增长的功能。
苦参,性味、苦寒。归经:心、肝、胃、大肠经、膀胱经。功能用于下焦、湿热、带下、阴痒、皮肤瘙痒、疥癬、热林涩痛、杀虫、灭菌。苦参根含有生物碱、氧化苦参碱,苦参醇、木犀草素-7-葡萄糖苷、大豆苷和醌类化合物。对植物有杀虫、杀菌功效。苦参碱是一种低毒植物源杀虫剂,可防治红蜘蛛及甲壳虫及某些病毒病害,对害虫具有80%的触杀和胃毒作用。害虫一旦触及即麻痹神经中枢,继而使蛋白质凝固、毒死害虫体气孔,使害虫室息而死,因而对害虫有杀虫效果。
血余,性味、苦平。功能与主治:收敛止血、化察、利尿、补虚补血。血余主要含碳素及灰分,含钙、钠、钾、锌、铜、铁、锰等,对植物有增长抗病功能。这些元素是植物不可缺少的。
使君子,甘、温、入脾、胃经。功能:杀虫、消积。
贯众,苦、微塞、入肝、脾经。功能:杀虫、止血、清热解毒。
蛇床子,辛、苦、温,入肾经。功能:温肾壮阳、散塞祛风、燥湿杀虫。
白矾,酸寒、入肺、肝、牌、大肠经。功能:解毒杀虫、燥湿止痒、止血止泄、清热化痰。
若楝皮,苦、寒、有毒、入脚、胃,肝经。功能:杀虫。
花椒:辛、热有小毒,入牌、胃、肾经。功能:湿中止痛、燥湿杀虫、益贝平喘。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:防止蔬菜经济作物病虫害,用作地下害虫、蛆虫效果理想,用作喷施叶面可起到了杀菌、杀病毒,对白粉病、锈病杀虫效果也很好,对介壳虫、蚜虫类,特别对介壳虫有破壁功能。还可起到很大的叶面肥效,叶大、分枝快,生长旺盛。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中涉及到的百分号“%”,若未特别说明,是指质量百分比;但溶液的百分比,除另有规定外,是指溶液100ml中含有溶质若干克;液体之间的百分比,是指20℃时容量的比例。
实施例,一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂, 由以下组分制成:
百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮、白矾、猫头骨、蟹壳、血余。
制备方法为:
(1)百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮各取300g,精选晒干放容器内,加上等醋,漫过药面,浸泡3小时;
(2)用电炉加温提取,然后加热至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常翻动,大约2小时;
(3)滤出第一次药液,再加漫过药面,继而加温至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常动大约2小时;滤出第二次药液,两次滤出原汁合一起,冷至25℃左右,加75%酒精进行衆质分解(酒精量是7%-10%左右)放置34天,然后加热全70-80℃,把酒精挥发掉备用。

用法用量:每面随水冲施2-5市斤,在冬前韭叶死后,冲施一次便可解决来年度蛆虫危害。
四组都是热制取,熬制过滤,都是纯中药制剂。
对照组1 用在韭菜,随水冲施,10月份韭菜干枯,用药一次,每亩4-6市斤,也可用在白萝卜、红萝卜、芹菜,都是随水冲施。
对照组2 用在红萝卜、韭菜、草莓,随水冲施,每亩4-6市斤
对照组3 韭菜、菠菜,气温25℃以内冲施,效果好一点。禁止在28℃以上叶面喷施。
本发明中所用原料均为本领域生产中常用原料,均可从市场中得到,且对于生产结果不会产生影响;本发明中所采用的各种设备,均为本领域生产工艺中使用的常规设备,且各设备的操作、参数等均按照常规操作进行,并无特别之处。

Claims (2)

1.一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂,其特征在于,由百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮、白矾、猫头骨、蟹壳、血余制成。
2.如权利要求1所述一种专杀韭菜蛆的双效生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)百部、苦参、使君子、贯众、蛇床子、花椒、皂角、苦棟皮各取300g,精选晒干放容器内,加上等醋,漫过药面,浸泡3小时;
(2)用电炉加温提取,然后加热至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常翻动,大约2小时;
(3)滤出第一次药液,再加漫过药面,继而加温至沸点,必须加锅盖,还时常动大约2小时;滤出第二次药液,两次滤出原汁合一起,冷至25℃左右,加75%酒精进行衆质分解(酒精量是7%-10%左右)放置34天,然后加热全70-80℃,把酒精挥发掉备用;
(4)另外将白矾、猫头骨、蟹売、血余各300g用醋泡透晒干,用大砂锅炒黄在用醋再泡透,用大砂锅煎、煮、液面漫过药面加沸30分钟,滤出一次汁,与加工第一次药物混合均和,即得。
