Abstract

一种含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂包含如下组份:夏枯草、石油菜、除虫菊、艾草、辣蓼、印棣树种子、山豆根、柠檬酸、薄荷油、钾盐。本发明还公开了含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂的制备方法:先将植物干料粉碎,然后加水搅拌成糊状,再经过煮沸、过滤,最后加入钾盐、柠檬酸和薄荷油,混合均匀得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂。使用时将含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂稀释100‑200倍喷洒于农作物的茎秆、叶子和根部周围即可。本发明的杀虫剂的材料成分无毒,无公害且制备工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物源杀虫剂及其制备方法,特别是一种含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农作物种植,经常会遭受虫害的威胁, 特别是南方果树的柑橘、荔枝、龙眼、芒果,经常遭受卷叶蛾、红蜘蛛、蚜虫、荔枝椿象等危害,使作物的果实减产。目前农民们为了方便和快捷,提高农作物的产量,大都使用农药,但喷洒了有残留毒素的农药时,就会导致有残留毒素的农药附在农作物表面,食用后会对我们身体造成危害。
生物农药不污染环境,不产生公害,具有广阔的发展前景,植物源农药是其重要组成部分。植物源农药是利用植物的某些部位或提取其有效成份制成具有杀虫或杀菌作用的农药,大多数低毒,不破坏环境,残留少,选择性强,不杀伤天敌,可利用时间长,用量少,使用成本低。,是生物杀虫剂家族中开发最为成功的一类。其两个主导产品分别为从菊属植物花中提取的除虫菊素(Pan,1995)和从印棣树种子提取的印糠素(Morgan,2009)。一些植物提取物,由于其活性和对应的合成物质的活性一样,但是具有不同的作用方式,不会对环境产生影响,所以它们是害虫综合治理的很好选择。
但是单一的除虫菊素或者印糠素,对虫的杀伤力有限,仍然存在杀虫谱较窄的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合植物源杀虫剂,使农作物种出无农药、无激素和无化学药品污染的农作物产品。
本发明提供了一种含夏枯草植物源杀虫剂,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
夏枯草 10-20份;
石油菜 10-20份;
除虫菊 20-30份;
艾草 5-10份;
辣蓼 5-10份;
印棣树种子 10-20份;
山豆根 5-10份;
柠檬酸 10-15份;
薄荷油 2-5份;
钾盐 2-3份。
优选的,一种含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
夏枯草 15份;
石油菜 15份;
除虫菊 25份;
艾草 8份;
辣蓼 8份;
印棣树种子 15份;
山豆根 8份;
柠檬酸 12份;
薄荷油 4份;
钾盐 2.5份。
所述钾盐包含以重量百分比计的如下组份:硫酸钾20%-40%、硝酸钾20%-40%、碳酸钾20%-40%。
本发明还提供了一种含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴ 将夏枯草,石油菜,除虫菊,艾草,辣蓼,印棣树种子,山豆根用水洗净;
⑵ 将洗净的上述原料进行磨碎,得粉状混合物;
⑶ 向磨碎的粉状混合物中加入水,搅拌至糊状,得到糊状混合物;
⑷ 将糊状混合物加热煮沸;
⑸ 将上述混合物过滤,收集其滤液再添加钾盐;
⑹ 最后加入柠檬酸和薄荷油混合均匀,即得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂。
所述步骤⑶中,所述水的加入量为粉状混合物的5-10倍。
所述步骤⑷中,所述煮沸的时间为1-3h。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明的杀虫剂的材料成分无毒,无残留,无公害;
2.生产方法简单,成本低,使用方便;
3.本发明的杀虫剂可有效防治卷叶蛾、红蜘蛛、蚜虫、荔枝椿象等害虫,而且没有耐药用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的权利要求书做进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制,任何在本发明的权利要求保护范围内所做的有限次修改,仍在本发明的权利要求保护范围内。
本发明的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂包含如下组份:夏枯草、石油菜、除虫菊、艾草、辣蓼、印棣树种子、山豆根、柠檬酸、薄荷油、钾盐。其中,夏枯草别名:麦穗夏枯草、铁线夏枯草,为多年生草本植物,匍匐根茎,节上生须根,夏枯草生长在山沟水湿地或河岸两旁湿草丛、荒地、路旁,广泛分布于中国各地,以河南、安徽、江苏、湖南等省为主要产地。石油菜,为荨麻科植物石油菜的全草。分布于湖南、广西等地。除虫菊是一种既有较高的经济价值又有观赏价值的菊科植物,它根、茎、叶、花等都含有毒虫素物质,可以用来杀灭蚜虫、蚊蝇、菜青、棉铃等害虫,害虫不易产生抗药性,见光慢慢分解成CO2和水,不产生任何有毒或污染物质,因此使用后无残留,对人畜无副作用,对环境安全,是国际公认的安全、无公害天然杀虫剂属于纯天然植物源杀虫剂。艾草,别名黄草﹑艾绒等。多年生草本或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气。可以除虫、抗菌功效,分布于亚洲及欧洲地区。辣蓼是一年生草本植物,在我国大部分地区都有分布,是一种资源十分丰富的植物,辣蓼在很早就被人们用做杀虫剂。其杀虫的主要有效成分为蓼二醛等倍半萜烯类化合物,例如从辣蓼叶中提取的一种左旋的倍半萜烯类化合物蓼二醛,对昆虫有很好的拒食活性,对蚜虫、粘虫、小菜蛾、菜青虫和稻飞虱以及杂拟谷盗等多种害虫有效辣蓼对昆虫,例如尺蠖、地老虎等,具有很强的拒食、忌避作用。印棣树又称印度棣树,印棣树的叶、果实和种子浸提物对防治多种害虫很有前途,具有显著的拒食、忌避和生长调节作用,印棣种子粗提物低于0.lppm浓度时即具很高的活性。山豆根为豆科植物越南槐的干燥根和根茎。其苦,寒,有清热解毒,消肿利咽之功效,分布于广西、广东、江西、四川等省。
实施例一:
取1kg夏枯草,1kg石油菜,2kg除虫菊,0.5kg艾草,0.5kg辣蓼,1kg印棣树种子,0.5kg山豆根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行磨碎,得粉料,将磨碎的粉料,加入32.5kg的水,搅拌至糊状,再将糊状的混合物加热煮沸1h,再过滤,收集其滤液,将滤液加入0.04kg硫酸钾、0.08kg硝酸钾、0.08kg碳酸钾,最后添加1kg柠檬酸和0.5kg薄荷油混合均匀,得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,将其稀释100倍喷洒于果树的茎秆和叶子,用于防治卷叶蛾,防治率达到90%。
实施例二:
取1.5kg夏枯草,1.5kg石油菜,2.5kg除虫菊,0.8kg艾草,0.8kg辣蓼,1.5kg印棣树种子,0.8kg山豆根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行磨碎,得粉料,将磨碎的粉料,加入80kg的水,搅拌至糊状,再将糊状的混合物加热煮沸2h,再过滤,收集其滤液,将滤液加入0.1kg硫酸钾、0.05kg硝酸钾、0.1kg碳酸钾,最后加入1.2kg柠檬酸和0.4kg薄荷油混合均匀,得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,将其稀释150倍喷洒于果树的茎秆和叶子,用于防治卷叶蛾,防治率达到84%。
实施例三:
取2kg夏枯草,2kg石油菜,3kg除虫菊,1kg艾草,1kg辣蓼,2kg印棣树种子,1kg山豆根用水洗净,将洗净的上述原料,用粉碎机进行磨碎,得粉料,将磨碎的粉料,加入113kg的水,搅拌至糊状,再将糊状的混合物加热煮沸3h,再过滤,收集其滤液加入0.12kg硫酸钾、0.12kg硝酸钾、0.06kg碳酸钾,将滤液加入1.5kg柠檬酸和0.2kg薄荷油混合均匀,得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,将其稀释300倍喷洒于果树的茎秆和叶子,用于防治卷叶蛾,防治率达到80%。

1.一种含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,其特征在于,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
夏枯草 10-20份;
石油菜 10-20份;
除虫菊 20-30份;
艾草 5-10份;
辣蓼 5-10份;
印棣树种子 10-20份;
山豆根 5-10份;
柠檬酸 10-15份;
薄荷油 2-5份;
钾盐 2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,其特征在于,其包含以重量份数计的如下组份:
夏枯草 15份;
石油菜 15份;
除虫菊 25份;
艾草 8份;
辣蓼 8份;
印棣树种子 15份;
山豆根 8份;
柠檬酸 12份;
薄荷油 4份;
钾盐 2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂,其特征在于,所述钾盐包含以重量百分比计的如下组份:硫酸钾20%-40%、硝酸钾20%-40%、碳酸钾20%-40%。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴ 将夏枯草,石油菜,除虫菊,艾草,辣蓼,印棣树种子,山豆根用水洗净;
(2) 将洗净的上述原料进行磨碎,得粉状混合物;
(3)向磨碎的粉状混合物中加入水,搅拌至糊状,得到糊状混合物;
(4)将糊状的混合物加热煮沸;
(5)煮沸后过滤,收集其滤液再添加钾盐;
(6)最后加入柠檬酸和薄荷油混合均匀,得到含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤⑶中,所述水的加入量为粉状混合物的5-10倍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含夏枯草的植物源杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤⑷中,所述煮沸的时间为1-3h。
