技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,尤其涉及一种隔热性以及保管性得到大幅提升的包装膜的制造方法。
背景技术
包装材料通常不仅用于使包装物品的外观变得更加美观,还用于保护包装物品免受外部冲击等的影响,尤其是在对电子电气产品或如保险杠、挡泥板以及车门等汽车部件进行包装时,通常使用第1发泡纸膜或气泡包装膜在纸箱内部对箱体内壁面与电子电气产品以及汽车部件进行隔离,以便于对可能被施加到包装物品的来自于外部的冲击进行吸收以及缓冲。
但是因为气泡包装膜使用以气囊为单位封闭的气泡,因此必然会导致体积过大以及如配送等物流费用过多的问题。
此外,为了解决现有的气泡包装膜中存在的问题,提出了如专利文献1至专利文献3等所述的技术。专利文献1(KR10-1482311B1)涉及一种配备有缓冲功能的包装袋,其特征在于,包括:第1缓冲气柱部,由多个气柱构成;第2缓冲气柱部,由与上述第1缓冲气柱部连接并形成用于对物品进行收容的收容空间的多个气柱构成;以及,捆扎带,与上述第1缓冲气柱部连接和/或与上述第2缓冲气柱部连接,用于对上述收容空间的入口进行封闭。
此外,专利文献2(KR10-1351072B1)涉及一种可通过单次的空气注入形成由内缓冲部以及外缓冲部构成的2重缓冲结构的包装袋以及利用上述包装袋的包装方法,其特征在于,包括:内缓冲部,由一对底层膜相互结合构成,形成用于对包装对象物品进行收容的收容部,可填充空气;外缓冲部,围绕上述内缓冲部,可填充空气;以及,空气注入部,可通过空气注入口注入空气;其中,上述空气注入部以同时经过上述内缓冲部的空气填充入口以及上述外缓冲部的空气填充入口的方式连通形成,通过上述空气注入部进行单次的空气注入即可完成对上述内缓冲部以及上述外缓冲部的空气填充。
专利文献3(KR10-0995179B1)涉及一种多段缓冲包装袋,包括:包装箱;第1空气管体;第2空气管体;以及,光线发射膜。其中,第2空气管体的一端与第1空气管体连接并与其相互连通。此外,本发明的特征在于:形成于第1空气管体的多个第1缓冲部与形成于第2空气管体的多个第2缓冲部相互对应,上述各个第2缓冲部分别与对应的第1缓冲部的3个侧边进行热密封粘接,从而形成用于对物品进行收容的收容空间。
适用专利文献1至专利文献3的包装袋能够在不注入空气的状态下进行保管和搬运,因此与现有的气泡包装膜相比能够大幅减小其体积并借此大幅度地节省如配送等物流费用,而且能够在使用之前通过向包装袋注入空气而实现缓冲功能并借此安全地对物品进行包装。虽然借助于注入空气的气囊能够实现一定程度的隔热性,但是因为气囊之间被相互熔接,因此会导致在熔接的部分轻易地发生热交换等隔热性大幅下降的问题。
发明内容
为了解决如上所述的现有问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种不仅能够通过将保管及搬运时的体积最小化而大幅节省物流费用,还能够大幅提升隔热性的包装膜。
为了实现如上所述的目的,本发明提供一种隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
以在上下重叠的两张膜之间形成多个气囊的方式进行粘合且通过对上述多个气囊的另一端部进行粘接而对其进行密封,在上述多个气囊的一端部上形成的注入口中分别配置止回阀,从而制造出气囊包装膜的步骤;
通过经由上述气囊包装膜的止回阀注入流体而使上述多个气囊发生膨胀的步骤;
在上述多个气囊发生膨胀的气囊包装膜的上侧以及下侧分别粘合上侧膜以及下侧膜的步骤;
为了使上述气囊包装膜的密封的多个气囊的另一端部开放而与上述上侧膜以及下侧膜一起对上述气囊包装膜的另一侧部进行裁切的步骤;以及,
在排出上述气囊包装膜的多个气囊中的流体的状态下对上述上侧膜、上述气囊包装膜以及上述下侧膜的另一端部进行粘合的步骤。
尤其是,上述上侧膜的一端部以及上述下侧膜的一端部相对于上述气囊包装膜的一端部向一侧延长形成,在上述下侧膜的一端部的上部面配备共用止回阀为宜。此外,上述共用止回阀在上述下侧膜的一端部的上部面以一定的间隔形成为宜。
而且,还包括:通过对除上述共用止回阀的注入口之外的上述上侧膜的一端部以及上述下侧膜的一端部进行粘合而形成与上述多个止回阀连通的共用注入空间的步骤为宜。

此外,适用本发明的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:在上述气囊内部填充气体。
其中,上述气体为空气或惰性气体为宜。
或者,在上述气囊内部填充液体为宜。
其中,上述液体为水为宜。
同时,在上述上侧膜的上部或上述下侧膜的下部配备光线反射层或在上述上侧膜的上部以及上述下侧膜的下部均配备上述光线反射层为宜。
或者,在上述上侧膜的上部或上述下侧膜的下部配备覆盖层或在上述上侧膜的上部以及上述下侧膜的下部均配备上述覆盖层为宜。
本发明不仅能够通过将保管及搬运时的体积最小化而大幅节省物流费用,还能够大幅提升隔热性。

具体实施方式
接下来,结合附图对适用本发明的较佳实施例进行更为详细的说明如下。此外,本发明的权利要求范围并不限定于如下所述的实施例,在不脱离本发明之技术要旨的范围内能够由具有本发明所属技术领域之一般知识的人员进行各种变形实施。
图1是对适用本发明之一实施例的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法进行概要性图示的块图。
适用本发明之一实施例的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法如图1所示,大体上包括:a)气囊包装膜制造步骤(以下简称为“步骤a)”);b)气囊膨胀步骤(以下简称为“步骤b)”);c)上下侧膜粘合步骤(以下简称为“步骤c”);d)另一侧部裁切步骤(以下简称为“步骤d)”);以及,e)另一端部粘合步骤(以下简称为“步骤e)”)。
图2至图4是对气囊包装膜的制造过程进行概要性图示的斜视图。
首先,上述步骤a)是制造出形成有多个气囊111的气囊包装膜10的步骤。
如图2以及图3所示,以在上下重叠的两张膜1之间以一定的间隔从两张膜1的前侧向后侧方向形成多个一侧以及另一侧开放的多个气囊111的方式对两张膜1进行熔接。
此外,为了对上述多个气囊111的一端部的另一侧即另一端部进行密封,利用如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方法对多个上述气囊111的另一端部进行粘合密封。
在上述状态下,如图4所示,在将止回阀121分别配置到在多个上述气囊111的一端部内侧形成的注入口111a之后,能够通过如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方法对除上述止回阀121的注入口121a之外的多个上述气囊111的一端部进行粘合。
图5是对气囊包装膜的多个气囊发生膨胀的状态进行概要性图示的斜视图。
接下来,上述步骤b)如图5所示,是利用如注入器等注入手段通过上述气囊包装膜10的止回阀121向上述多个气囊111内部注入如空气等流体而使上述多个气囊111发生膨胀的步骤。
图6是对在气囊包装膜的上侧以及下侧分别粘合上侧膜以及下侧膜的状态进行概要性图示的斜视图。
接下来,上述步骤c)是在上述多个气囊111发生膨胀的状态下以如图6所示的方式通过如粘接粘合等多种方法在上述气囊包装膜10的上侧以及下侧分别粘合上侧膜130以及下侧膜120的步骤。
尤其是,因为处于上述气囊111发生膨胀的状态,因此能够更容易地在上述气囊包装膜10的上述多个气囊111的上侧以及下侧分别粘合上述上侧膜130以及下侧膜120。
接下来,如图6所示,上述上侧膜130的一端部能够以长于上述气囊包装膜10的一端部的状态向上述上侧膜130的一侧方向延长形成,从而使上述上侧膜130的左右长度大于上述气囊包装膜10的左右长度。
此外,上述下侧膜120的一端部能够以长于上述气囊包装膜10的一端部的状态向上述下侧膜120的一侧方向延长形成,从而使上述下侧膜120的左右长度大于上述气囊包装膜10的左右长度。
此外,如图6所示,能够在上述下侧膜120的一端部的上部面或上述上侧膜130的一端部的下部面配备共用止回阀30。
在上述下侧膜120的一端部的上部面或上述上侧膜130的一端部的下部面上能够配备1个上述共用止回阀,较佳地,为了能够更快速地向上述气囊包装膜10的多个上述气囊111内部以及在多个上述气囊111之间形成的空间(图6的140)内部重新注入如空气等流体,如图6所示,在上述下侧膜120的一端部的上部面或上述上侧膜130的一端部的下部面以一定的间隔配备2个以上的多个上述共用止回阀30为宜。
图7是对气囊包装膜、下侧膜以及上侧膜的端部被分别粘合的状态进行概要性图示的平面图。
接下来,如图7所示,还能够包括:通过利用如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式对除上述共用止回阀30的注入口310之外的上述下侧膜120的一端部以及上述上侧膜130的一端部进行粘合而形成与上述止回阀121连通的共用注入空间150的共用注入空间形成步骤(以下简称为“步骤c1)”)。
上述气囊包装膜10、上述上侧膜130以及上述下侧膜120的前端部以及后端部也能够通过如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式进行粘合。
此时,能够利用如注入器等注入手段通过上述共用止回阀30的注入口310向上述共用注入空间150内部注入如空气等流体,在上述步骤c1)中被注入到共用注入空间150内部的流体能够同时被注入到上述多个气囊111内部以及在上述多个气囊111之间形成的空间140。
在通过多个上述共用止回阀30向上述多个气囊111注入如空气等流体时,能够借助于上述上侧膜130以及上述下侧膜120的粘合状态对相邻的上述气囊111之间的空间进行密封,从而进一步大幅提升上述气囊包装膜10的缓冲性以及隔热性。
尤其是,能够通过向在上述气囊111之间形成的空间140内部注入如空气等流体而防止因为上述空间140部分而导致的热交换,从而更有效地防止上述气囊包装膜10的隔热性下降的问题。
图8是对为了排出多个气囊中的空气而与上侧膜以及下侧膜一起对气囊包装膜的另一侧部进行裁切的状态进行概要性图示的平面图。
接下来,上述步骤d)是为了将上述多个气囊111内部的如空气等流体排出到上述多个气囊111的外侧方向,利用如裁切刀等裁切工具按照如图8所示的方式对上述气囊包装膜10的另一侧部进行裁切(参阅图8的C),从而使上述气囊包装膜10的密封的上述多个气囊111的另一端部开放的步骤。
图9是图8中的A-A线的截面图,图10是对气囊包装膜被挤压时的状态进行概要性图示的截面图。
如图9以及图10所示,作为一实例,能够通过使另一侧部被裁切的上述气囊包装膜10通过一对旋转辊11之间而在对上述气囊包装膜10进行挤压的同时将上述气囊包装膜10的多个气囊111内部的如空气等流体排出到上述气囊包装膜10的另一侧部的外部。
图11是对被挤压的上侧膜、气囊包装膜以及下侧膜的另一端部被粘合的状态进行概要性图示的平面图。
接下来,上述步骤e)是在排出上述气囊包装膜10的多个气囊111内部的如空气等流体的状态下,按照如图11所示的方式通过如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式对上述上侧膜130、上述气囊包装膜10以及上述下侧膜120的另一端部进行粘合的步骤。
图12是对被挤压的上侧膜、气囊包装膜以及下侧膜被卷取到卷取辊上的状态进行概要性图示的侧面图。
接下来,还能够包括:将另一端部没有被粘合的上述气囊包装膜10或另一端部被粘合的上述气囊包装膜11按照如图11所示的方式辊式卷取到卷取辊20的外表面上的f)卷取步骤(以下简称为“步骤f)”)。
通过上述步骤f),能够在通过排出上述气囊111内部的如空气等流体而使上述气囊包装膜10的体积最小化的状态下对上述气囊包装膜10进行保管及搬运,从而大幅节省物流费用。
图13是对通过向气囊包装膜的多个气囊重新注入空气而使多个气囊发生膨胀的状态进行概要性图示的斜视图。
接下来,能够利用如注入器等空气注入手段通过上述共用止回阀30的注入口310向上述共用注入空间150内部注入如空气等流体,被注入到上述共用注入空间150内部的如空气等流体如图13所示,能够同时被重新注入到上述气囊111内部以及在上述气囊111之间形成的空间140。
图14以及图15是对气囊包装膜的多个气囊的另一种形状进行概要性图示的平面图。
接下来,上述气囊包装膜10的气囊111如图13所示,能够采用从上述气囊包装膜10的一侧向另一侧方向左右延长一定长度的“―”字形形状,但是并不限定于此,还能够采用如图14所示的由多个沙漏形状相互连通排列形成的多种不同的形状。
此外,如图15所示,在某一行的气囊111与另一行的气囊111之间,为了使某一行的上述气囊111以及另一行的上述气囊111相互连通,能够形成用于对某一行的上述气囊111和另一行的上述气囊111进行相互连接的连接气囊111a。
如上所述,能够在某一行的上述气囊111和另一行的上述气囊111之间形成上述连接气囊111a,但是因为在上述情况下当某一个气囊111损坏时包括某一个上述气囊111内部的流体在内的其他所有上述气囊111内部的流体有可能全部泄漏到上述气囊包装膜10的外侧,因此较佳地不形成上述气囊111a为宜。
图16是对适用本发明之另一实施例的多个下侧膜、多个气囊包装膜以及多个上侧膜进行概要性图示的分离斜视图,图17是图16的结合斜视图,图18是图16的结合截面图,图19是图16的结合平面图。
接下来,适用本发明之另一实施例的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法采用与一实施例相同的构成,但是如图16至图19所示,能够通过以相互交替地上下层叠的状态对上述下侧膜120与上述上侧膜130进行粘合而使得上述气囊包装膜10位于各个上述下侧膜120与上述上侧膜130之间。
此外,能够在上述下侧膜120的一端部的上部面以及上述上侧膜130的一端部的上部面配备上述共用止回阀30。
接下来,在上述气囊包装膜10的所有气囊111的内部能够填充如上所述的如空气等气体,但是并不限定于此,在上述气囊111的内部还能够填充隔热性良好且不容易消失的稳定的气体即包括如氮气、氩气、氪气、氦气、氖气、氙气以及氡气等在内的惰性气体等多种类型的气体。
或者,在上述气囊包装膜10的所有气囊111内部还能够填充如水等多种类型的液体。
或者,尤其是在另一实施例中,从一个气囊包装膜10的上部向下部方向,能够在上述气囊包装膜110的气囊111内部交替填充不同类型的气体,即在某一个上述气囊包装膜110的所有气囊111内部注入空气而在另一个上述气囊包装膜110的所有气囊111内部填充惰性气体。
接下来,如图9所示,能够通过如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式在一实施例的1个上述上侧膜130的上部或一实施例的1个上述下侧膜120的下部配备光线反射层160,或在一实施例的1个上述上侧膜130的上部以及一实施例的1个上述下侧膜120的下部均配备上述光线反射层160。
或者,如图18所示,能够通过如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式在另一实施例的位于上述气囊包装膜10的最上部的上述上侧膜130的上部或另一实施例的位于上述气囊包装膜10的最下部的上述下侧膜120的下部配备上述光线反射层160,或在另一实施例的位于上述气囊包装膜10的最上部的上述上侧膜130的上部和另一实施例的位于上述气囊包装膜10的最下部的上述下侧膜120的下部均配备上述光线反射层160。
上述光线反射层160用于对照射到上述包装膜上的光线进行反射,从而将在上述气囊包装膜10的上述光线反射层160表面生成的高温热量最小化,能够利用如铝箔等多种类型构成。
或者,为了能够进一步大幅提升上述气囊包装膜10的隔热效率,能够通过利用如粘接粘合或熔接粘合等多种方式配备由纸层、无纺布层、织物层中的某一种构成的覆盖层170而替代上述光线反射层160。
产业可用性
本发明不仅能够通过将保管及搬运时的体积最小化而大幅节省物流费用,还能够大幅提升隔热性。
Claims (11)
1.一种隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
以在上下重叠的两张膜之间形成多个气囊的方式进行粘合且通过对上述多个气囊的一端部进行粘合而对其进行密封,在上述多个气囊的另一端部上形成的注入口中分别配置止回阀,从而制造出可同时向多个气囊内部以及在上述气囊之间形成的空间注入流体的气囊包装膜的步骤;
通过经由上述气囊包装膜的止回阀注入流体而使上述多个气囊发生膨胀的步骤;
在上述多个气囊发生膨胀的气囊包装膜的上侧以及下侧分别粘合上侧膜以及下侧膜的步骤;
为了使上述气囊包装膜的密封的多个气囊的一端部开放而与上述上侧膜以及下侧膜一起对上述气囊包装膜的一侧部进行裁切的步骤;
通过使一侧部被裁切的上述气囊包装膜通过一对旋转辊之间而在对上述气囊包装膜进行挤压的同时排出上述气囊包装膜的多个气囊中的流体的步骤;以及,
将一端部被粘合的上述气囊包装膜或一端部没有被粘合的上述气囊包装膜辊式卷取到卷取辊的外表面上的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
上述上侧膜的一端部以及上述下侧膜的一端部相对于上述气囊包装膜的一端部向一侧延长形成,在上述下侧膜的一端部的上部面配备共用止回阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
上述共用止回阀以一定的间隔形成于上述下侧膜的一端部的上部面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:
通过对除上述共用止回阀的注入口之外的上述上侧膜的一端部以及上述下侧膜的一端部进行粘合而形成与上述多个止回阀连通的共用注入空间的步骤。
5.根据权利要求2所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
通过以相互交替地上下层叠的状态对上述下侧膜与上述上侧膜进行粘合而使得上述气囊包装膜位于各个上述下侧膜与上述上侧膜之间,
在上述下侧膜的一端部的上部面以及上述上侧膜的一端部的上部面配备上述共用止回阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
在上述气囊内部填充气体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
上述气体为空气或惰性气体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
在上述气囊内部填充液体。
9.根据权利要求8所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
上述液体为水。
10.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
在上述上侧膜的上部或上述下侧膜的下部配备光线反射层或在上述上侧膜的上部以及上述下侧膜的下部均配备上述光线反射层。
11.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性以及保管性得到提升的包装膜的制造方法,其特征在于:
在上述上侧膜的上部或上述下侧膜的下部配备覆盖层或在上述上侧膜的上部以及上述下侧膜的下部均配备上述覆盖层。
