Abstract
本发明的清扫用湿式片材(1)的特征在于,是由多层构成并含浸有药液的清扫用湿式片材(1),具备分别设置于表面层和背面层的外层(3)、以及具有设置于由这些上述外层(3)所夹持的中间层的亲水性纤维的内层(2),上述内层(2)由多层构成,具备具有上述亲水性纤维的亲水性纤维内层(21)和具有疏水性纤维的疏水性纤维内层(22),上述疏水性纤维内层(22)与至少任一者的上述外层邻接,上述内层(2)含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且相对于上述清扫用湿式片材总质量为20~70%的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及清扫用湿式片材以及清扫用湿式片材的制造方法。
背景技术
以往,已知有使片材含浸有药液的清扫用湿式片材。在这样的清扫用湿式片材中,有由多个层形成的清扫用湿式片材,有内层设置有人造丝等亲水性纤维、外层设置有聚丙烯等疏水性纤维、内层的亲水性纤维含浸有药液的清扫用湿式片材(例如,专利文献1)。

发明内容
然而,在专利文献1所记载的清扫用湿式片材中,由于表面润湿,所以例如在清扫地板时,与地板面的摩擦阻力大,为了使其在地板面滑动而需要大的负荷。因此,存在如下问题:对清扫用湿式片材施加负荷,并且所含浸的药液会过量放出,清扫用湿式片材提前陷于药液不足,无法充分清扫被清扫面。
另外,为了避免药液不足,存在提高药液在清扫用湿式片材中的含浸率、单位面积重量的对策,但清扫用湿式片材的制造成本会上升,作为日用品的价格竞争力会降低。
本发明的课题在于提供便宜且能够抑制药液的过量放出、扩大一边放出药液一边擦拭的面积的清扫用湿式片材和清扫用湿式片材的制造方法。
为了解决上述课题,技术方案1所述的发明的特征在于,是由多层构成并含浸有药液的清扫用湿式片材,具备具有疏水性纤维并分别设置于表面和背面的外层、以及由上述外层夹持并具有亲水性纤维的内层,上述内层具备具有上述亲水性纤维的亲水性纤维内层和具有疏水性纤维的疏水性纤维内层,上述疏水性纤维内层与至少任一者的上述外层邻接,上述内层含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且相对于上述清扫用湿式片材总质量为20~70%的质量。
根据技术方案1所述的发明,由于内层含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且为清扫用湿式片材总质量的20~70%的质量,因此不会使所含浸的药液过量放出,不存在清扫用湿式片材马上变为药液不足、无法充分清扫被清扫面的担忧。特别是,由于疏水性纤维内层与任一者的疏水性纤维层邻接,因此含浸于亲水性纤维内层的药液不易放出到与疏水性纤维内层邻接的疏水性纤维层侧。
因此,能够扩大一边放出药液一边擦拭的面积。
另外,由于内层大半为纸浆,因此能够通过使用比人造丝便宜的纸浆来降低清扫用湿式片材的成本,能够维持或提高作为日用品的价格竞争力。
技术方案2所述的发明的特征在于,在技术方案1所述的清扫用湿式片材中,上述外层的疏水性纤维的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的配合率为80%以上,上述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的纤维直径为3.3dtex以上。
根据技术方案2所述的发明,当然具有与技术方案1所述的发明相同的效果,特别是,由于构成外层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的纤维直径为3.3dtex以上,因此纤维的刚性(缓冲性)提高,即便用轻的力量也能够操作。另外,能够利用3.3dtex以上的粗纤维直径的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维来确保纤维间空隙,不易发生毛细管现象,防止药液从内层流出到外层。
技术方案3所述的发明的特征在于,在技术方案1或2所述的清扫用湿式片材中,具备交织有上述外层和上述内层的交织部。
根据技术方案3所述的发明,当然具有与技术方案1或2所述的发明相同的效果,特别是,由于具备交织有外层和内层的交织部,因此能够更可靠地抑制药液的过量放出。
技术方案4所述的发明的特征在于,是用于制造技术方案3所述的清扫用湿式片材的清扫用湿式片材的制造方法,通过水流交织而形成上述交织部。
根据技术方案4所述的发明,当然能够得到与技术方案3所述的发明相同的效果,特别是,由于通过水流交织对交织部进行交织,因此能够在不使用粘接剂等的情况下对内层和外层进行交织,能够制成简易的构成,同时能够避免因粘接剂阻塞药液的放出面所致的擦拭不均等。
根据本发明,便宜且能够抑制药液的过量放出,扩大一边放出药液一边擦拭的面积。

具体实施方式
以下,一边参照附图一边对作为本发明的实施方式的清扫用湿式片材进行详细说明。但是,发明的范围并不限定于图示例。
根据图1~4对本发明的实施方式的清扫用湿式片材进行说明。
如图1~4所示,清扫用湿式片材1具备内层2和作为疏水性纤维层的外层3。
内层2是由后述的外层3夹持的中间层。作为内层2的基本结构,是具备亲水性纤维内层21和疏水性纤维内层22的结构,其可以为双层结构,也可以为层叠有亲水性纤维内层21和疏水性纤维内层22的多层结构,还可以为亲水性纤维与疏水性纤维的混棉。
另外,内层2以单位面积重量为20g/m2以上的方式形成,相对于清扫用湿式片材1的总质量占20~70%的质量比率。
亲水性纤维内层21是具有亲水性纤维的层,在后述的外层3中,以邻接的方式设置于构成表面层(这里所说的表面层是指与背面层相比主要与被清扫面滑动的面)的外层3。
另外,亲水性纤维内层21含浸有后述的药液。作为亲水性纤维,主要使用纸浆,以相对于内层2的总质量为50wt%以上的方式使用纸浆。
应予说明,作为亲水性纤维,可以将棉、麻等天然纤维和乙酸纤维素等纤维素系化学纤维等与纸浆一起应用。但是,亲水性纤维不包含人造丝。
这里,内层2含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且相对于上述清扫用湿式片材总质量为20~70%的质量,这是由于如果低于上述条件,则无法保证内层2的药液的保持性,另一方面,因为如果高于上述条件,则药液量·片材重量变重,擦拭的使用感、操作感也变重。
疏水性纤维内层22是具有疏水性纤维的层,以邻接的方式设置于构成背面层的外层3。作为疏水性纤维,可应用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等树脂纤维等。
另外,根据纸浆的种类、含量等条件,有时作为亲水性纤维内层21的强度不足,或者在尺寸稳定性方面不优选。即使在这样的情况下,也可以通过设置疏水性纤维内层22而实现片材强度的确保、尺寸稳定性的确保。
药液作为清扫用湿式片材1的清扫洗剂使用,介由后述的外层3从表面层或背面层放出。另外,药液以粘度在25℃下为1~15mPa·s的方式制备。粘度使用布氏(B型)旋转粘度计(型号:LVDV-I+)进行测定,使用转子和转速根据水性清洗剂的粘度而适当地变更。测定条件为25℃,转速为60rpm,方法依据JIS K7117~1:1999而实施。
应予说明,作为药液,可举出将乙醇等低级醇、苯扎氯铵等表面活性剂或杀菌剂、和丙二醇单甲醚(PGME)溶解于水而得的溶液作为例子。
应予说明,在本实施方式中,内层2为疏水性纤维内层22与亲水性纤维内层21的单面侧邻接的构成,但不局限于此,例如也可以为将使疏水性纤维内层22与亲水性纤维内层21的两面侧邻接而得的亲水性纤维内层21用疏水性纤维内层22夹住这样的构成。
外层3是形成清扫用湿式片材1的表面层和背面层的层,全部利用疏水性纤维进行层形成。作为疏水性纤维,可应用以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等为主成分的化学纤维。应予说明,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的配合率优选为80%以上,其纤维直径优选为3.3dtex以上。
通过使纤维直径为3.3dtex以上,从而使纤维的刚性(缓冲性)提高,即便用轻的力量也能够操作。另外,能够通过3.3dtex以上的粗纤维直径的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维来确保纤维间空隙,不易发生毛细管现象,防止药液从内层2流出到外层3。
另外,外层3具备交织部31和非交织部32。
交织部31是内层2和外层3通过使各自的纤维交织而成为一体的位置。另外,作为使交织部31交织的方法,采用水流交织。具体而言,对整面以小于20kPa的微弱的水压冲水而实施预交织,使内层2和外层3成为一体,然后,对成为交织部31的位置以60~80kPa的水压实施水流交织,由此形成具有凹凸的图案的形状。
另外,水流交织通过对清扫用湿式片材1的表面层和背面层的相同位置从两侧施加(当てる)水而进行。即,交织部31在表面层和背面层与相同位置对应地形成有凹凸的图案。
交织部31由于实施水流交织而使内层2和外层3的纤维缠绕在一起,纤维密度变高。因此,形成交织部31的疏水性纤维的各个纤维与后述的非交织部32相比不具有空间上的自由度,在进行擦拭动作时,各个纤维与非交织部32相比无法自由活动。
另外,交织部31的纤维密度高,与后述的非交织部32相比成为凹陷成凹状的形状。即,交织部31具备作为凹陷的底的底部311、以及作为将后述的非交织部32和底部311连接的倾斜面的倾斜部312。
使用清扫用湿式片材1时,沿着与成为擦拭方向(CD方向)的方向成直角的方向(MD方向)延伸设置有交织部31。另外,交织部31以隔开规定间隔的方式形成为多列。另外,这些交织部31以相对于清扫用湿式片材1的表面层或背面层的俯视图中的表面积为30~80%的面积率的方式形成。这里,面积率是指作为交织部31的俯视图中的表面积的交织表面A与作为非交织部32的俯视图中的表面积的非交织表面B的比例,面积率通过以下公式进行计算。

应予说明,作为疏水性纤维,可应用以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等为主成分的无纺布。
非交织部32是对内层2和外层3仅实施了预交织而未实施水流交织的位置。
另外,非交织部32由于未实施水流交织,因此与交织部31相比纤维密度变低,对于该位置的纤维,在进行擦拭动作时纤维与交织部31的纤维相比能够自由活动。
交织部31和非交织部32沿着擦拭方向交替设置,最初,仅非交织部32与被清扫面接触。
应予说明,预交织不包含于水流交织处理而进行了说明。即,仅将预交织后以高水压施加水而进行纤维交织的处理作为水流交织。因此,严格来说,仅实施预交织的非交织部32通过预交织而略微进行了纤维交织,但为方便起见,作为未交织的位置进行处理。
另外,外层3与未设置有交织部31的情况相比,擦拭被清扫面时的静摩擦阻力值和动摩擦阻力值被降低得很低。
即,由于用清扫用湿式片材1擦拭被清扫面时的摩擦阻力值小,因此得到轻松的擦拭感觉。
根据本实施方式,由于内层2含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且为清扫用湿式片材1总质量的20~70%的质量,因此不会使所含浸的药液过量放出,不存在清扫用湿式片材1马上变成药液不足、无法充分清扫被清扫面的担忧。
另外,内层2由于大半为纸浆,因此通过使用比人造丝便宜的纸浆,能够降低清扫用湿式片材1的成本,能够维持或提高作为日用品的价格竞争力。
另外,由于疏水性纤维内层22与背面层的外层3邻接,因此含浸于亲水性纤维内层21的药液不易放出到与疏水性纤维内层22邻接的外层3侧。
因此,能够使药液选择性地放出到表面层的外层3侧,能够抑制对清扫无效的药液的放出。
另外,根据本实施方式,清扫用湿式片材1由于具备交织有外层3和内层2的交织部31,因此能够更可靠地抑制药液的过量放出。
另外,根据本实施方式,由于表面层和背面层由疏水性纤维构成,因此能够很好地实现含浸于亲水性纤维内层21的药液的保持和放出量的调整。
另外,根据本实施方式,由于通过水流交织对交织部31进行交织,因此能够在不使用粘接剂等的情况下将内层2和外层3交织,能够制成简易的构成,同时能够避免因粘接剂阻塞药液的放出面所致的擦拭不均等。
应予说明,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式和变形例,当然可以对具体的结构进行适当的变更。
具体而言,虽然疏水性纤维内层制成了与一者的疏水性纤维层邻接的构成,但疏水性纤维内层也可以为与两者的疏水性纤维层邻接的构成。实施例
〔实施例1〕
实施例1中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。

另外,作为疏水性纤维,应用以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等为主成分的化学纤维。
具体而言,外层3以疏水性纤维为100%的方式构成,含有90%的作为疏水性纤维的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,含有10%的作为粘结剂纤维的聚丙烯与聚乙烯的芯鞘纤维。另外,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维使用纤度为3.3dtex的纤维,粘结剂纤维使用纤度1.7dtex的纤维。
作为内层2,亲水性纤维内层21用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为50g/m2,疏水性纤维内层22用2.9dtexPP纺粘无纺布制成,其单位面积重量为20g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为71wt%、疏水性纤维为29wt%的内层2。
在药液中,以水为溶剂,使用表面活性剂(阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂)、水溶性溶剂(一元醇或多元醇),但在本实施例中,分别使用作为非离子表面活性剂的Pristol(プリストール)1%、作为两性表面活性剂的月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.5%、作为醇类的乙醇3.4%、1-甲氧基-2-丙醇1.4%、作为季铵盐的苯扎氯铵0.05%。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为116g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1整体的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为60%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为50%。药液以含浸率为300%的方式含浸。
〔实施例2〕
在实施例2中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,亲水性纤维内层21用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为49g/m2,疏水性纤维内层22用2.9dtexPP纺粘无纺布制成,其单位面积重量为26g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为65wt%、疏水性纤维为35wt%的内层2。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为127g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为59%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
〔实施例3〕
在实施例3中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,亲水性纤维内层21用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为48g/m2,疏水性纤维内层22用2.9dtexPP纺粘无纺布制成,其单位面积重量为12g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为80wt%、疏水性纤维为20wt%的内层2。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为105g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为57%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为30%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
〔实施例4〕
在实施例4中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,亲水性纤维内层21用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为26g/m2,疏水性纤维内层22用2.9dtexPP纺粘无纺布制成,其单位面积重量为24g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为52wt%、疏水性纤维为48wt%的内层2。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为75g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为67%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为80%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
〔比较例1〕
在比较例1中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,由2层亲水性纤维内层制成,人造丝层的单位面积重量为56g/m2,纸浆层的单位面积重量为14g/m2,以内层2整体计,以人造丝为80wt%、纸浆为20wt%的方式使其交织而使用。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为110g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为64%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为80%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
〔比较例2〕
在比较例2中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为15g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为100wt%的内层2。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为120g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为13%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为52%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
〔比较例3〕
在比较例3中,作为清扫用湿式片材1,使用以下的片材。
作为内层2,亲水性纤维内层21用纸浆制成,其单位面积重量为36g/m2,疏水性纤维内层22用2.9dtexPP纺粘无纺布制成,其单位面积重量为44g/m2,以内层2整体计,使用纸浆为45wt%、疏水性纤维为55wt%的内层2。
清扫用湿式片材1的单位面积重量为130g/m2。
另外,内层2与清扫用湿式片材1的比率(内层/清扫用湿式片材)为62%。
另外,外层3的交织部面积率为60%。
其它构成与实施例1相同。
进行使用以上的实施例1~4和比较例1~3的清扫用湿式片材1的擦拭次数试验。
对于擦拭次数试验方法,将清扫用湿式片材1不松弛地安装于清扫用湿式片材1的安装用夹具(Quickle Wiper/花王株式会社2015年制),对由丙烯酸板形成的地板面向一个方向进行擦拭。以夹具的宽度25cm将沿着丙烯酸板地板面(纵90cm,横130cm)的纵向从丙烯酸板地板面的一端到另一端的90cm的擦拭操作作为1次进行测定。
1.使地板面与安装用夹具轴的角度为60度,用市售胶带固定头部的轴根部来避免角度变动。
2.使筒状圆柱的530g的砝码(直径100mm长度200mm)穿过头部的轴,安装片材。
3.测定是将宽度1300mm×纵深900mm的市售丙烯酸板用作地板面,使夹具的轴在近前侧以使地板面与安装用夹具轴的角度为60度,以300mm/s的速度从近前向深处清扫。
4.以不与清扫后的面重复的方式在丙烯酸板地板面的宽度方向依次实施清扫。
5.在接下来的测定前用干燥的布除去所有清扫用湿式片材残留液。
根据前述的条件,将药液不再从清扫用湿式片材1的整个宽度放出的状态作为终点,对到达终点为止的擦拭次数(有效擦拭次数)进行测定。
6.换言之,没有明显看到药液放出到地板面的部分以擦痕的形式产生,中途药液断断续续而未放出的状态在整个宽度产生的时刻为终点。
7.判断为终点的一次不包含于次数内而测定。另外,根据测定到的擦拭次数由以下公式算出有效擦拭面积。
有效擦拭面积(m2)=0.25×0.9m×(次数)
另外,将上述试验实施5次,将有效擦拭次数、有效擦拭面积的平均值作为测定值。
将擦拭次数试验的结果示于表1。
以下对表1的结果进行叙述。
实施例1~4的可以在清扫用湿式片材1的整个宽度看到药液的有效擦拭次数均为45次以上,实施例1~4的有效擦拭面积也均为10.1m2以上。
与此相对,在比较例1~3中,有效擦拭次数为33次以下,有效擦拭面积为7.4m2以下。

本发明能够用于清扫用湿式片材及其制造方法。

Claims (4)
1.一种清扫用湿式片材,其特征在于,由多层构成并含浸有药液,
具备如下构成:
外层,具有疏水性纤维并分别设置于表面和背面,以及
内层,由所述外层夹持并具有亲水性纤维,
所述内层具备具有所述亲水性纤维的亲水性纤维内层和具有疏水性纤维的疏水性纤维内层,
所述疏水性纤维内层与至少任一者的所述外层邻接,
所述内层含有50wt%以上的纸浆,单位面积重量为20~75g/m2,且相对于所述清扫用湿式片材总质量为20~70%的质量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清扫用湿式片材,其特征在于,所述外层的疏水性纤维的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的配合率为80%以上,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的纤维直径为3.3dtex以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清扫用湿式片材,其特征在于,具备交织有所述外层和所述内层的交织部。
4.一种清扫用湿式片材的制造方法,其特征在于,用于制造权利要求3所述的清扫用湿式片材,
通过水流交织而形成所述交织部。
