人的皮肤是由生理上不同的三层组成。最外层称作表皮,它由称为角质层的外层和称为基底层的内层组成,角质层由死亡的角质化扁平细胞构成,基底层所组成的细胞分裂并向上移行而形成角质层。
因此表皮是由死亡的无血管的分层鳞状上皮层组成。它对人体具有重要的保护作用,以阻止微生物、细菌和真菌的侵袭。
角质层在内部机体和外环境之间形成一种屏障,而且它还维持机体正常的水分丢失,以平衡水分供应和蒸发率。角质层的水含量在水分获得和水分丢失之间为一种平衡。在细胞分裂时以及通过在皮肤外部加用霜、洗液等,皮肤获得水分。随着皮肤在外界环境中自然干燥,水分从皮肤中丢失。因此为了使皮肤获得水分,必须增加角质层的水含量。

适用于本发明的特殊实施例包括“Merquat S”和“Merquat Plus3330”,“Merquat S”为一种氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的高度带电阳离子共聚物的10wt%水溶液,其共聚物的分子量为7×106,并且于25℃在10RPM的Brookfield RVF#4轴上测定的粘度为9000至15000cps;“Merquat Plus3330”为一种聚两性电解质三元共聚物的10wt%水溶液,其三元共聚物由丙烯酸、氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺组成,丙烯酸∶氯化二甲基己二烯铵∶丙烯酰胺的重量比为25∶50∶25,此三元共聚物的分子量为4×106,该溶液于25℃在30RPM的Brookfield LVF#4轴上测定的粘度为4,400至10,400。
本发明组合物由10至20wt%阴离子表面活性剂、1.5至6.0wt%聚醇湿润剂、0.225至0.425wt%聚季铵化合物的混合物和水组成的组合物。阳离子共聚物的水平优选在0.025wt%至0.125wt%之间,而两性共聚物优选在0.175wt%至0.30wt%之间。
更为优选的是本发明组合物包括:
15wt%月桂基乙醚硫酸钠
4wt%甘油
0.2wt%丙烯酸、氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的1∶2∶1三元共聚物
0.1wt%氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物
以及加水至100%。
所述聚季铵化合物的重量百分比为在此组合物中的绝对量;而不是加在例如由制造商提供的水溶液形式中的量。
本发明组合物的形式优选为一种淋浴凝胶或洗浴凝胶。但不排除其他的形式,它们包括皂条、霜剂、洗液、防晒产品、修面霜、调节剂等。次要组分可包括诸如香料、染料、珠光剂、增稠剂、PH调节剂、防晒剂、防腐剂等等。
通过将这些组分掺和在一起可制备本发明组合物。
现在仅通过实施例来说明本发明的实施方式。
按照表1中的配方制备16种组合物。表I

柠檬酸 适量

Merquat S 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0
Merquat Plus 3330 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0
净化水 至100
Empicol 0251\70J为月桂基乙醚硫酸钠,Euxyl K400为甲基二溴葡糖腈和苯氧基乙醇的混合物。Merquat S和Merquat Plus 3330已在前面进行了详述。Merquat S和Merquat Plus 3330在表I中的重量百分比含量参照制造商所提供的它们10wt%水溶液形式中的成分。
在制备制剂的每一种情况中,首先将Empicol加入水中,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入甘油,并搅拌10分钟。然后加入两种Merquat,接着加入Euxyl,再进一步搅拌。用柠檬酸将所得溶液缓冲至PH为5.5,用氯化钠提高其粘度。
根据四种水平的Merquat Plus 3330与四种不同水平的Merquat S的每一种组合总共制备16种制剂。
还制备溶液A、B、C和D作为对照,它们如下:
对照A:按照表I删去甘油+Merquat S+Merquat Plus 3330的制剂。
对照B:4wt%甘油溶液。
对照C:1wt%Merquat S溶液。
对照D:2wt%Merquat Plus 3330溶液。
在一些志愿者的前臂皮肤上试验表I中的每种制剂和每种对照制剂。按照严格的协议执行,以确保结果的可靠性。每个试验的目的都是为了测定此产品对人皮肤的加湿效果。
此试验方法包括下面步骤:
1.志愿者适应试验室环境至少10分钟。
2.在前臂内侧上标记相同的试验区域。
3.应用Corneometer CM82皮肤诊断中心记录每个试验区的基线读数。
4.用温水打湿前臂内侧。
5.用一个小喷水器将1ml的产品应用于每个试验区上(或者对照剂用棉棒)。
6.此产品均匀地分布在每个试验区内。
7.让该产品在皮肤上保留1.5分钟。
8.用干净柔软的薄纸擦去该产品。
9.应用Corneometer CM82皮肤诊断中心记录每个试验区的起始读数,10分钟后记录重复读数。
Corneometer CM82皮肤诊断中心(例如Courage & Khazaka ElectronicGmbH)是一种用于测定皮肤湿度的仪器。此仪器包括一个敏感探针,它置于试验区皮肤表面,通过容量测定值显示皮肤表面的湿度。自动地记录此测定值。
从所记录的结果中计算该试验产品所致的湿度增加的百分比。为顾及皮肤中的瞬间变化和皮肤单独从清洁基础制剂中获得的水分量,校正湿度增加的量。其结果列在下面的表II和表III中,并计算如下:

表II给出由其Merquat S和Merquat Plus 3330wt%含量所确定的16种试验产物的湿度增加百分数。表II

从表II中可以看到,在Merquat S为1wt%,同时Merquat Plus 3330为2.0wt%时湿度增加最大。
下面表III给出对照A、B、C和D的湿度增加百分比。表III试验溶液 10分钟后湿度%增加数对照A 2.65对照B -2.14对照C -2.17对照D -1.39
表III中的数值与表II中含有4wt%甘油、2wt%Merquat Plus 3330和1wt%Merquat S的制剂的结果的比较显示甘油、Merquat Plus 3330和MerquatS对皮肤有效的加湿作用是当它们一起在制剂中发挥作用时才表现出来。
在表I所列的一系列配方中研究甘油的水平,但配方中不含两种Merquat,而且甘油水平为1、2、3、4和5wt%。按照上面的协议在人皮肤上对每一种制剂进行试验,所得结果列于下面表IV中。表IV甘油wt% 湿度%1 0.832 3.383 5.324 6.045 6.11
因此根据效果和成本,本制剂中甘油的最适水平选为4wt%。
Claims (10)
1. 一种用于一种表面皮肤制剂的组合物,它包括:
(i)聚醇湿润剂;
(ii)阳离子聚季胺共聚物与两性聚季胺共聚物的混合物,共聚物中阳离子共聚物与两性共聚物的重量比为1∶1.75至1∶6;在此聚醇湿润剂与所说混合物的重量比在1∶0.06至1∶0.1的范围中。
2. 一种根据权利要求1的组合物,它包括一种表面活性剂。
3. 一种根据权利要求2的组合物,它包括10至20wt%阴离子表面活性剂、1.5至6.0wt%聚醇湿润剂和0.225至0.475wt%聚季铵化合物的混合物。
4. 一种根据权利要求3的组合物,其中表面活性剂为月桂基乙醚硫酸钠。
5. 一种根据权利要求3的组合物,其中聚醇湿润剂选自由甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇
和其混合物组成的物质组。
6. 一种根据权利要求1的组合物,其中阳离子共聚物为一种氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物。
7. 一种根据权利要求1的组合物,其中两性共聚物为一种丙烯酸、氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的三元共聚物。
8. 一种根据权利要求1的组合物,它包括:
15wt%月桂基乙醚硫酸钠
4wt%甘油
0.2wt%丙烯酸、氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的1∶2∶1三元共聚物0.1wt%氯化二甲基己二烯铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物
以及加水至100%。
9.一种根据权利要求8的组合物,其形式为一种淋浴凝胶或洗浴凝胶。
10.一种根据权利要求1至8中的任一权利要求的组合物,其形式为一种霜剂或洗液。
