At present, electrostatic powder is adopted to spray the surfaces of metal structural parts, cold-rolled steel plates, galvanized steel plates and aluminum plates in the world.

In addition, in order to form negative pressure in the house body, other air inlet holes and air suction holes are arranged on the side wall or the ceiling of the house body; the air suction hole is connected with the air suction channel, and the tail end of the air suction hole is provided with a power air suction device.
In order to ensure the spraying quality, the powder adhered to the inner wall of the house body needs to be cleaned regularly. The existing powder room is an integral powder room, the inlet and the outlet of the room body are large, and when the powder room needs to be cleaned, the room body is not coated with a base material, so that an operator can directly enter the room body through the inlet and the outlet on line to clean.
For the continuous spraying production of plane interrupted steel plates, aluminum plates, steel coils and aluminum coils, because one, the coated base material horizontally enters and exits the powder room, namely: the coiled material can horizontally hang and pass through the powder room, and the flat plate is supported by the chain and passes through the powder room; secondly, the coated substrate has high running speed, and the spraying amount of the charged powder in unit time is larger. Therefore, in order to guarantee the powder spraying amount and prevent the spraying quality and the environment pollution caused by the overflow of the powder during the spraying, the opening degrees of the inlet and the outlet of the house body are smaller, so that the operator cannot conveniently and directly enter the house body to clean or overhaul, the coated base material cannot move because the powder house cannot be opened or closed, and the coated base material is still inside the powder house when the maintenance or the cleaning is carried out, thereby hindering the work of the operator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a powder room for electrostatic powder spraying, which can meet the requirements of electrostatic powder spraying production of plane interrupted steel plates, aluminum plates, continuous steel coils and aluminum coils and is convenient to overhaul and clean.
The powder room for electrostatic powder spraying of the invention comprises a room body with an inlet and an outlet through which a coated substrate passes and a sprayer opening which is accessed by a sprayer moving vehicle beam, wherein:
the room body is split type, including being located the upper portion room body of being scribbled the substrate top and being located the lower part room body of being scribbled the substrate below, the upper portion room body and the lower part room body are connected with respective actuating mechanism respectively, actuating mechanism installs on corresponding fixed stay structure or basis.
The house body has at least two layers of inner liners, and the inner liner is a plane plate made of nonmetal static-resistant materials, wherein the nonmetal static-resistant materials are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene or polyethylene.
The driving mechanism is a speed reducing motor and is arranged on the fixed supporting structure or the foundation. The chain or the steel wire rope of the upper room body and the chain or the steel wire rope of the lower room body are respectively wound with the driving wheels of the speed reducing motor.
The driving mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, the four corners of the upper part of the four walls of the upper room body and the four corners of the side walls of the four walls of the lower room body are respectively hinged with the respective hydraulic cylinder or the air cylinder, and the tail parts of the air cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder are hinged on the fixed supporting structure or the foundation.
Compared with the prior art, the powder room for the metallurgical electrostatic powder spraying has the following advantages and effects:

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the powder booth for electrostatic powder coating according to the present invention includes a booth body 1 having an inlet 2 through which a substrate to be coated passes, an outlet 6, and a sprayer opening 4 into and out of which a sprayer moving vehicle beam passes. In order to open the powder room, the room body 1 comprises an upper room body 8 positioned above the coated substrate 5 and a lower room body 9 positioned below the coated substrate, the upper room body 8 and the lower room body 9 are respectively connected with respective driving mechanisms, the driving mechanisms are speed reducing motors 12 or hydraulic cylinders or air cylinders 13, and the driving mechanisms are arranged on corresponding fixed supporting structures or foundations 14.
In the first embodiment of the powder chamber for electrostatic powder coating according to the present invention, the upper chamber body 8 and the lower chamber body 9 are hinged by a spindle 7 on one side parallel to the production line direction, the spindle 7 is fixed on a spindle seat 10, and the spindle seat 10 is mounted on a fixed support structure or foundation 14. The spindle 7 therefore simultaneously acts as a support for the powder chamber. The other sides of the upper house body 8 and the lower house body 9 are fixedly connected with chains or steel wire ropes 11, the driving mechanism is a speed reducing motor 12, and the driving wheels 15 of the speed reducing motor 12 are wound with the chains or the steel wire ropes 11. The speed reducing motor 12 rotates to drive the chain or the steel wire rope 11 to contract or extend through the rotation of the driving wheel 15, so that the upper house body 8 or the lower house body 9 is driven to turn over in the forward and reverse directions, and the opening or closing of the upper house body 8 or the lower house body 9 is realized. The gear motor 12 is mounted on a stationary support structure or foundation 14.
In the second embodiment of the powder chamber for electrostatic powder coating according to the present invention, the upper chamber body 8 and the lower chamber body 9 are hinged on one side parallel to the production line direction by a spindle 7, the spindle 7 is fixed on a spindle seat 10, and the spindle seat 10 is mounted on a fixed support structure or foundation 14, so that the spindle 7 simultaneously functions as a support for the powder chamber. Two sets of hydraulic cylinders or air cylinders 13 are hinged to the other sides of the upper house body 8 and the lower house body 9, and the other ends of the hydraulic cylinders or the air cylinders 13 are hinged to other fixed supporting structures or foundations 14. The upper house body 8 or the lower house body 9 is driven to turn over in the forward and reverse directions through the stretching of the air cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder 13, so that the upper house body or the lower house body is opened or closed; the two-dot chain line shows the upper and lower house bodies in the flipped open state.
The powder chamber of the first and second embodiments is supported by the spindle with one side being pulled after the driving mechanism is stopped when the powder chamber is opened or closed, and the other side being supported by the spindle.
The first and second embodiments are to rotate the upper and lower housings around the spindle 7 to achieve the open state. When the cleaning machine is used for cleaning, the driving mechanism is operated to open the upper house body, or open the lower house body, or open the upper house body and the lower house body relatively and simultaneously, so that the coated base material 5 staying in the house body is avoided, and a spacious space is provided for operators to clean in the powder room.
Referring to fig. 4, a chain or a wire rope 11 is arranged at four corners of the upper portion of the four walls of the upper housing 8, a chain or a wire rope 11 is also arranged at four corners of the side walls of the four walls of the lower housing 9, the chain or the wire rope 11 of the upper housing 8 and the chain or the wire rope 11 of the lower housing 9 are wound on driving wheels 15 of respective driving mechanisms, and the driving mechanisms are speed reducing motors 12 and are mounted on a fixed supporting structure or a foundation 14.
Referring to fig. 5, four corners of the upper portion of the four walls of the upper housing 8 and four corners of the side walls of the four walls of the lower housing 9 are respectively connected to hydraulic cylinders or air cylinders 13, which are hinged to a fixed support structure or foundation 14.
The upper and lower housing bodies of the powder chamber according to the third and fourth embodiments are not connected to each other and are supported by a driving mechanism when opened or closed.
The powder room drives the wheel 15 to rotate through the speed reducing motor 12, drives the chain or the steel wire rope 11 to contract or extend, realizes the lifting of the upper room body 8 or the lower room body 9, and realizes the opening or closing of the upper room body 8 or the lower room body 9; or the upper house body 8 or the lower house body 9 is lifted and lowered by stretching and retracting the cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder 13, so that the upper house body or the lower house body is opened or closed. In the figure, the upper house 8 and the lower house 9 are shown in a state of being lifted and opened by a two-dot chain line. The upper house body 8 and the lower house body 9 are suspended and fixed by stopping the driving mechanism when opening and closing.
The powder room is split, when the driving mechanisms of the upper room body 8 and the lower room body work simultaneously, the upper room body 8 and the lower room body can be turned over up and down or moved up and down simultaneously, or when only one of the driving mechanisms of the upper room body 8 and the lower room body works, only the upper room body 8 or the lower room body 9 is turned over up and down or moved up and down.
The third embodiment and the fourth embodiment are to move the upper and lower chamber bodies up and down to complete the opening state. When cleaning is carried out, the crane is operated to enable the upper house body to leave the original place, or the lower house body to leave the original place, or the upper house body and the lower house body to relatively leave, so that the coated base material 5 staying in the house body is avoided, and a spacious space is provided for an operator to enter the powder room for cleaning.
In order to meet the requirement of high-speed production, the sprayer open pore 4 is arranged on one side wall or two side walls of the house body 1 parallel to the production line direction, and is positioned on the upper house body 8 or the lower house body 9, and the quantity of the sprayer open pore is determined according to the quantity of the sprayer moving vehicles 3 of the spraying device. The number of applicator carriages 3 depends on the speed of travel of the substrate to be coated, such as: the running speed of the plate strip is 150 m/min, and the number of the sprayer moving vehicles 5 is 10-20.
In order to reduce the direct adsorption of the electrostatic powder by the house body in the spraying process, the house body is provided with at least two layers of inner liners, each inner liner is made of a nonmetal electrostatic-resistant material, and the nonmetal electrostatic-resistant material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene or polyethylene of the electrostatic powder. Therefore, the nonmetal static-resistant material is not easy to adhere with the static powder, thereby reducing the influence of the adhering powder on the coated substrate during spraying production and greatly reducing the cleaning workload of the powder room.
Claims (3)
1. A powder booth for electrostatic powder coating, comprising a booth body (1) having an inlet (2) through which a coated substrate passes, an outlet (6), and a sprayer opening (4) into and out of a beam of a sprayer moving vehicle (3), characterized in that:
the house body (1) is split and comprises an upper house body (8) positioned above a coated base material (5) and a lower house body (9) positioned below the coated base material, wherein the upper house body (8) and the lower house body (9) are respectively connected with respective driving mechanisms which are arranged on corresponding fixed supporting structures or foundations (14);
the house body has at least two layers of inner liners, and the inner liner is a plane plate made of nonmetal static-resistant materials, wherein the nonmetal static-resistant materials are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene or polyethylene.
