Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of spray drying equipment, in particular to a cleaning device for a drying tower of a spray dryer.
Background
After a period of production, the SODA type spray dryer can bond a part of materials on the tower wall of the drying tower, and as time goes on, the materials accumulate more and more, and the materials can be separated from the inner wall to enter into qualified products to a certain extent. The materials adhering to the column wall deteriorate or undergo some chemical change due to the excessive residence time in the column. This portion of the material, once it leaves the column wall and enters the system, can contaminate the newly produced material. So that the SODA-type spray dryer must be cleaned after a period of production, typically 3 days. The drying tower is a closed container, and the inner wall is scoured and cleaned by a high-pressure water cleaner held by a worker in the drying tower in the traditional cleaning method. The traditional cleaning method is labor-and time-consuming.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the utility model and are not limiting of the utility model. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the utility model are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present utility model provides a cleaning apparatus for a drying tower of a spray dryer, comprising: a hanger rail 1, a moving plate 2, a bearing plate 3, a winding drum 4 and a driving motor 5.
The hanger rail 1 is disposed above the upper port 60 of the drying tower 6. The hanger rail 1 is installed at an indoor ceiling. The opposite sides of the hanger rail 1 are respectively formed with sliding grooves.
In this embodiment, the hanger rail 1 is a section steel hanger rail. Specifically, the hanger rail is I-steel. The hanger rail comprises an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate and a web plate. The upper flange plate and the lower flange plate are arranged in the same direction. The web is connected between the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate. The web is combined with one side of the upper flange plate and one side of the lower flange plate to form the chute.
The moving plate 2 is disposed below the hanger rail 1. In this embodiment, the lower flange plate of the hanger rail is attached to the upper surface of the moving plate and is connected by bolts. The moving plate 2 is vertically provided with two side plates 21 which are oppositely arranged. The two side plates are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the hanger rail. The distance between the two side plates is adapted to the width of the hanger rail (i.e. the width of the lower flange plate). The two side plates 21 are relatively rotatably mounted with rollers 22. The rollers 22 of the two side plates 21 are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves of the hanger rail 1 in a sliding way.
The bearing plate 3 is hung below the moving plate 2. In this embodiment, the opposite sides of the deck are upturned to form a connecting upper flap. The upper part of the upper turning plate is connected with two opposite sides of the movable plate. An accommodating space is formed between the bearing plate and the moving plate.
The reel 4 is rotatably mounted to the deck plate 3. The roll 4 is wound with a delivery tube 41. A water pump 43 is connected to one end of the delivery pipe 41. The other end of the delivery pipe 41 is connected to a rotary shower head 42. Preferably, the delivery tube 41 is a hose.
The driving motor 5 is mounted on the deck plate 3. In this embodiment, the driving motor and the winding drum are disposed in the accommodating space. The driving motor 5 is drivingly connected to the drum 4 to retract the delivery pipe 41, so that the rotary spray head 42 extends into the drying tower 6 and vertically moves the inner wall of the washing drying tower 6.
Referring to fig. 3, when the drying tower is cleaned, the upper port of the drying tower is opened, and an operator moves the deck to a position directly above the upper port of the drying tower via a traction cable (one end of the traction cable is connected to the moving plate). The driving motor is started to rotate the winding drum, and the winding drum lowers the conveying pipe, so that a rotary spray head at one end of the conveying pipe stretches into the drying tower. After the rotary spray head stretches into the drying tower, a water pump is started, and cleaning agent (such as clear water) is pressurized and sprayed on the inner wall of the drying tower through a conveying pipe and the rotary spray head so as to flush the inner wall of the drying tower. In the cleaning process, the driving motor enables the rotary spray head to reciprocate up and down through forward and reverse rotation, and then the inner wall of the drying tower is repeatedly washed, so that the inner wall of the drying tower meets the cleaning requirement.
As a preferred embodiment, the output shaft of the drive motor 5 is coaxially connected with a drive sprocket 51. The spool 4 is coaxially connected with a driven sprocket 52. The driving sprocket 51 is drivingly connected to the driven sprocket 52 by a chain 53.
Referring to fig. 2, an output shaft of the driving motor 5 is coaxially connected to a driving sprocket 51 through a speed reducer. The driving motor 5 is a servo motor so as to realize the ascending, descending and speed regulation of the rotary spray head, and can realize the rapid ascending of the cleaning spray head, thereby greatly saving the cleaning time.
According to the cleaning device for the drying tower of the spray dryer, the conveying pipe for conveying cleaning agents is wound on the winding drum, and the winding drum is driven by the driving motor to rotate so as to realize up-and-down lifting movement of one end of the conveying pipe, so that one end of the conveying pipe is provided with the rotary spray head to clean the inner wall of the drying tower. The rolling of the conveying pipe realizes the movement of the rotary spray head in the vertical direction, thereby realizing the automatic cleaning from top to bottom in the tower and improving the cleaning efficiency of the drying tower of the spray dryer.
The rotation power of the winding drum comes from a servo motor. The servo motor transmits torque to the speed reducer, and the rotating speed is reduced while torque transmission is realized. The speed reducer transmits torque to the winding drum through chain transmission, and speed reduction is realized again through chain transmission. Through transmission of the speed reducer and chain transmission, the rotary spray head stably rises and falls according to the design speed.
Because the hanger rail is installed on the ceiling, the whole cleaning device can move along the length direction of the hanger rail, and after one drying tower is cleaned, the whole cleaning device can be moved away from a station through the roller to carry out the next cleaning.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is presented as a description of the principles of the technology being utilized. It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the scope of the utility model referred to in this application is not limited to the specific combinations of features described above, but it is intended to cover other embodiments in which any combination of features described above or equivalents thereof is possible without departing from the spirit of the utility model. Such as the above-described features and technical features having similar functions (but not limited to) disclosed in the present application are replaced with each other.
