Technical Field

Background
In the well-known technical field, in the manufacturing of traditional LED panel, the LED panel just faces the problem of assembly process allotment when later stage equipment, generally carry out the connection between the automated production link through the plane transportation subassembly, and the LED panel level is placed, it can only carry out the operation of unilateral, and also put forward higher equipment requirement to LED panel itself in its transportation, need guarantee good steady, the adaptation of operation robotic arm dynamics and the design of the anchor clamps that each link is complicated, still can lead to the area of whole LED panel production to increase at double simultaneously. In the production of a new OLED, the production process is obviously different from that of an LED panel and is generally divided into a back plate section, a front plate section and a module section in sequence, wherein the back plate section and the front plate section are mainly flows of a chemical process part of the OLED panel, and the module section mainly relates to the assembly of various parts on the OLED and the subsequent panel detection and preparation.
In the stage of an OLED panel module, the panel needs to be cut, split, cleaned and dried at first, then ACF (anisotropic conductive film) attachment of the panel is carried out, then COG (chip on glass), FOG (FOG on glass) and TAB (tape on Board) binding is carried out, after module electrical measurement, protective glue is coated and cured, finally, assembly of an outer lead and a driving board is completed, and packaging and warehousing are carried out. In the process, various machining devices are required, in the design of an automatic production line, various special devices are directly modified through a robot gripper, and how the automatic production line is connected among various steps in the whole OLED panel module stage needs to be considered firstly.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the problems are solved, the manufacturing equipment for the OLED module stage is provided, smooth connection transfer among all production processes of the OLED module stage can be achieved, various machining equipment operations are facilitated, production efficiency and yield are improved, and implementation cost is reduced.

Furthermore, in order to facilitate the clamping and taking of the OLED panel, the rear side of the distribution frame of the OLED panel is provided with an annular air gap sealing groove.
Furthermore, in order to cooperate with the OLED panel distribution frame to take, the device also comprises a vacuum sucker head matched with the OLED panel distribution frame, the vacuum sucker head is provided with a conical air nozzle body, a spherical compression ring is arranged at the opening end part of the conical air nozzle body, a connecting rubber sleeve body is arranged at the spherical compression ring, the connecting rubber sleeve body is sequentially divided into an extension section, a buffer section and a sealing section, the extension section, the buffer section and the sealing section are used for wrapping the spherical compression ring, the cross section of the buffer section is in a semi-circular arc convex shape towards the inner side and the outer side of the conical air nozzle body in the radial direction, and the radius of the cross section of the sealing section is matched with the annular air gap.
Furthermore, in order to play a role of pre-positioning, the sealing section and the annular air gap sealing groove are coated with magnetic materials.
Further, as a limiting measure, the bottom plate is arranged on the linear driving slide rail, the rear end of the bottom plate is provided with a third oil cylinder for driving the bottom plate to reciprocate back and forth, and the rear end of the bottom plate is also provided with a limiting clamping block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has simple structure and skillful and reliable motion principle, can realize smooth connection and transfer among all production processes in the OLED module stage, changes the traditional planar processing into vertical processing, is convenient for double-station operation of various processing devices, improves the production efficiency and the yield, and reduces the implementation cost.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
The preferred embodiment of the manufacturing equipment for OLED module stage according to the present invention as shown in fig. 1 to 9 comprises two linear driving sliding rails 1 symmetrically disposed, a supporting base 2 is mounted on the linear driving sliding rails 1, the supporting base 2 has a bottom plate 21 extending obliquely upward and forming an acute angle with the horizontal direction, a rectangular supporting frame 22 is disposed above the bottom plate 21, a pressure sensor 7 is disposed at the front side of the rectangular supporting frame 22, the pressure sensor 7 can be disposed at the corresponding first inverted hook 34 and second inverted hook 44 to prevent an excessive extrusion force during the tightening process, a through slot body for operating the front and rear stations is disposed at the middle of the rectangular supporting frame 22, so that the front and rear sides of the rectangular supporting frame 22 can be operated simultaneously, a supporting block 23 is disposed between the rectangular supporting frame 22 and the bottom plate 21, the bottom plate 21 is mounted on the linear driving sliding rails 1, and the rear end of the bottom plate 21 is provided with a third oil cylinder 8 for driving the bottom plate to reciprocate back and forth, and the rear end of the bottom plate 21 is also provided with a limiting clamping block 9 for adjusting the front and rear positions of the whole body.

The equipment still has the vacuum chuck head 6 that matches with OLED panel delivery frame 5, vacuum chuck head 6 has toper air cock body 61, is equipped with spherical clamp ring 62 at the opening tip of toper air cock body 61, is equipped with at spherical clamp ring 62 and connects the rubber sleeve body 63, connect the rubber sleeve body 63 and divide into extension section 631, buffer section 632, the seal segment 633 that is used for cladding spherical clamp ring 62 in proper order, buffer section 632's cross section all is the protruding form of semicircle arc in radial direction towards toper air cock body 61 inside and outside both sides, the cross section radius of seal segment 633 suits with annular air gap seal groove 53. The sealing segments 633 and the annular air gap sealing groove 53 are coated with a magnetic material.
In actual work, the existing robot gripper can be used for being matched with various special equipment to carry out simultaneous front and back operation. Firstly, the OLED panel 10 needs to be embedded into an OLED panel clamping groove 52 in an OLED panel distribution frame 5, the OLED panel clamping groove 52 can be a straight-through type with a rectangular cross section, then a conical air nozzle body 61 in a vacuum chuck head 6 is aligned to an annular air gap sealing groove 53, a certain pre-positioning effect can be generated due to the adsorption force of a magnetic material, after a sealing section 633 on the conical air nozzle body 61 is sucked into the annular air gap sealing groove 53, vacuum negative pressure is pumped, at the starting moment, instant vibration generated by the negative pressure can be absorbed due to the action of a buffer section 632, the stability of the OLED panel is effectively ensured, then the demoulding inverted buckle 51 in the OLED panel distribution frame 5 is aligned to the corresponding first inverted hook body 34 and the second inverted hook body 44 respectively, the corresponding oil cylinder is started, the inverted hook is embedded into the barb to be hooked tightly, then the conical air nozzle body 61 is loosened, and the fixing of the OLED panel at the moment is completed, because OLED panel delivery frame 5 is the triangle-shaped and has seted up at the middle part and has run through the groove, and cooperation rectangle carriage 22 can reserve great operating space for both sides around the OLED panel to carry out other operations, when the design technology, the same operation can be carried out to both sides, also can carry out different operations, the time of the required arrangement of retrenching production technology that can be very big improves production efficiency.
After the production step is finished, the conical air nozzle body 61 is aligned with the annular air gap sealing groove 53 again, after the sealing section 633 on the conical air nozzle body 61 is sucked into the annular air gap sealing groove 53, the first oil cylinder 35 is firstly loosened, as shown in fig. 6, at this time, similar to a barb forced demoulding mechanism in an injection mould, the extending end of the first oil cylinder 35 is retracted backwards to drive the first inverted hook body 34 to rotate outwards, and the first U-shaped hanging plate 31 has a limiting function, the first jacking block 32 can only move backwards, and because the bottom plate 21 is fixed, the first jacking block 32 can only be separated from the bottom plate 21 in the process of retreating, the separated gap is limited by a reserved prying gap, when the first jacking block 32 is forced to separate, the first inverted hook body 34 is slightly adjusted upwards in an inclined manner while rotating outwards through the first connecting bolt plate 33, so as to separate from the demoulding barb 51, the shock generated at this time is still absorbed by the buffer section 632 functioning as a flexible buffer, and the upper striking plate 362 mainly functions as a stable support, providing a second stable support point for the first lifting block 32 without affecting the movement thereof.
In order to move to the next station smoothly, the normal vacuum chuck can be used to suck the front surface of the OLED panel 10, and the OLED panel is moved to the apparatus in the next step together with the OLED panel dispensing frame 5, and the above steps are still repeated. In the process design of the whole OLED panel module stage, the vertical design can greatly reduce the production area of the required occupied area, reduce the unit time of production and improve the production efficiency.
