技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂敷密封剂等液体材料的涂敷装置。
背景技术
在构成汽车的车身的车身板等中,有时需要层叠2枚车身板。在这样的情况下,即使层叠的各个车身板的精度在允许范围内,在一方的车身板的端部与另一方的车身板的表面之间彼此的允许误差叠加而出现间隙。如果这样的间隙一直处于开着的状态,存在从该部分产生漏水、生锈的问题,或者在车身的外观上能被目视到的情况下,则存在外观受损的问题。因此,通过对上述间隙涂敷密封剂,来实现了防锈、外观提高的效果。
作为对涂敷对象物涂敷密封剂等液体材料的装置,例如有专利文献1所记载的涂装用机器人。该涂装机器人具备第1臂、与第1臂连结的第2臂、以及可旋转地安装于第2臂的顶端的手腕部,在手腕部的顶端上安装有对涂敷对象物喷射涂料的涂装枪。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
在专利文献1所记载的涂装用机器人中,供给涂料的管、供给空气的管等与手腕部连接,在涂敷对象物的周围的空间狭小的情况下,当使手腕部旋转时,存在管与涂敷对象物的周围发生接触而出现无法对涂敷对象物进行涂装的问题。
本发明是鉴于这样的情况而完成的,其目的在于提供一种即使在涂敷对象物的周围的空间狭小的情况下也能够涂敷液体材料的涂敷装置。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的涂敷装置的特征在于具备:主体部,其设置有供液体材料流动的第1流路;旋转部,其可旋转地安装于所述主体部,该旋转部设置有供从所述第1流路流入的液体材料流动的第2流路;喷嘴,其安装在所述旋转部上,吐出从所述第2流路流入的液体材料,涂敷对象物;和阀,其设置在所述第2流路上,开闭所述第2流路,所述喷嘴以至少一部分相对于所述旋转部的旋转轴线倾斜的方式安装于所述旋转部。
根据本发明,由于喷嘴的至少一部分相对于旋转部的旋转轴线倾斜,因此,即使在涂敷对象物的周围的空间狭小的情况下,也能够减少在将喷嘴的顶端部设置到涂敷位置上时旋转部与涂敷对象物的周围接触的情况,从而能够在涂敷对象物上涂敷液体材料。
另外,优选的是,所述喷嘴以所述喷嘴的顶端部与所述喷嘴的后端部在与所述旋转部的旋转轴线平行的平行方向上分离的方式倾斜,所述阀被配置成在所述平行方向上向与下述方向相反的方向离开所述喷嘴的后端部,该方向是指从所述喷嘴的后端部朝向所述喷嘴的顶端部的方向。
根据该结构,阀在与旋转部的旋转轴线平行的平行方向上从喷嘴的后端部向与喷嘴的顶端部相反的方向离开,因此,在将喷嘴的顶端部设置到涂敷位置上时,阀不会构成障碍。
并且,优选的是,所述喷嘴以能够绕所述喷嘴的中心轴线旋转的方式安装在所述旋转部上。
根据该结构,能够使喷嘴朝向所希望的方向。
发明的效果
根据本发明,即使在涂敷对象物的周围的空间狭小的情况下,也能够涂敷液体材料。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
如图1所示,涂敷装置10具备涂敷机器人11、机器人控制装置12、涂敷单元13、涂敷控制装置14。
涂敷机器人11例如是多轴多关节型的机器人,从顶端起依次设置有臂11a~11d。涂敷机器人11设置有驱动各臂11a~11d的关节部(未图示)的多个电动机(未图示),由机器人控制装置12控制驱动。
在涂敷机器人11的顶端侧的臂11a上安装有安装部15,在该安装部15上安装有涂敷单元13。
机器人控制装置12通过驱动涂敷机器人11的多个电动机,驱动各臂11a~11d,使安装于安装部15的涂敷单元13移动到与涂敷对象物相对的位置。
如图2~图4所示,涂敷单元13例如对构成车身的2枚车身板23、24的间隙涂敷密封剂25(参照图6)。
涂敷单元13具备旋转单元26和将旋转单元26支承为可旋转的支承单元27。
旋转单元26具备:喷嘴单元28;将该喷嘴单元28支承为可旋转的喷嘴支承部29;以及主体基座30。另外,旋转单元26具备用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的第1供给部31、第2供给部32和第3供给部33、阀34以及电动机35。喷嘴支承部29、第1供给部31、第2供给部32、第3供给部33以及电动机35安装在主体基座30上。
支承单元27具备被安装在涂敷机器人11的安装部15上的安装部36。安装部36将第1供给部31支承为能够旋转。安装部36上形成有用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的供给路36a。
喷嘴单元28吐出密封剂25,如后所述,喷嘴单元28具备圆筒状的喷嘴筒38和固定在该喷嘴筒38的顶端部上的喷嘴主体39。
在第1供给部31上形成有用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的供给路31a。第1供给部31利用旋转机构(未图示)进行旋转。该旋转机构利用涂敷控制装置14控制驱动。在安装有第1供给部31的主体基座30上安装有喷嘴支承部29、第2供给部32、第3供给部33以及电动机35。旋转单元26利用第1供给部31的旋转而发生旋转。
在第2供给部32上形成有用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的供给路32a。供给路32a的上游端与供给路31a的下游端连接。
在第3供给部33形成有用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的供给路33a。供给路33a的上游端以及供给路32a的下游端与阀34连接。
阀34能够开闭,通过阀34的开闭来控制密封剂25的供给以及停止密封剂25的供给。阀34通过涂敷控制装置14控制驱动。
在喷嘴支承部29上形成有用于将密封剂25供给到喷嘴单元28的供给路29a。供给路29a的上游端与供给路33a的下游端连接。
喷嘴支承部29在喷嘴单元28的中心轴线相对于旋转单元26的旋转轴线倾斜的状态下将喷嘴单元28支承为能够旋转。在本实施方式中,喷嘴单元28以顶端部比后端部向前侧(图2中的右侧)突出的方式倾斜。需要说明的是,喷嘴单元28的倾斜方向能够进行适当变更。
另外,喷嘴支承部29具备向突出方向对喷嘴单元28施力的螺旋弹簧(未图示)。喷嘴支承部29以下述方式受喷嘴单元28支承:在喷嘴单元28抵抗螺旋弹簧的施力而向后退方向被按压时,喷嘴单元28能够后退。
在车身板23、24上存在与设计形状不同的凸部,当由该凸部按压喷嘴主体39的顶端时,喷嘴单元28克服螺旋弹簧的施力而后退。由此,即使喷嘴主体39被车身板23、24的凸部按压,也能够防止喷嘴单元28的破损。需要说明的是,也可以不设置螺旋弹簧,而是利用喷嘴单元28的自重而使其突出。
在电动机35的旋转轴上安装有第1带轮41。在喷嘴筒38的基端部上安装有第2带轮42。在第1带轮41和第2带轮42上卷挂有带43。电动机35通过涂敷控制装置14控制驱动。
电动机35的旋转经由第1带轮41、带43传递至第2带轮42,则喷嘴单元28进行旋转。其中,喷嘴单元28具备喷嘴筒38,喷嘴筒38上安装有第2带轮42。
参照图5,对第1供给部31的供给路31a与安装部36的供给路36a的连接部分的旋转构造进行说明。
安装部36形成为圆筒状,在内部可旋转地插入有第1供给部31的后端部。在安装部36的内周面上形成有环状的中继槽51a~51d。需要说明的是,在各中继槽51a~51d的前后方向的两侧,分别形成有插入槽(未图示),在各插入槽中插入有密封件(未图示)。
第1供给部31的供给路31a具备供给路31a1~31a4。供给路31a1的后端(上游端)与中继槽51a连接。供给路31a2~31a4的后端与中继槽51b~51d连接。供给路31a2~31a4的顶端(下游端)与第2供给部32的供给路32a连接。
安装部36的供给路36a具备供给路36a1~36a4。供给路36a1的顶端(下游端)与中继槽51a连接。供给路36a2~36a4的顶端与中继槽51b~51d连接。供给路36a1~36a4的后端(上游端)与供给密封剂25的密封剂供给装置(未图示)连接。需要说明的是,在图2中,将第1供给部31的供给路31a及安装部36的供给路36a概略化地进行图示。
在第1供给部31旋转后,供给路31a1~31a4在与中继槽51a~51d连接的状态下旋转。因此,供给至安装部36的密封剂25通过供给路36a1~供给路36a4、中继槽51b~51d以及供给路31a1~31a4供给至第2供给部32的供给路32a。
如图7及图8所示,贯通喷嘴主体39的内部的流路具备:主体流路部39a;第1流路部39b;连结主体流路部39a及第1流路部39b的连结部39c;多个(例如19个)第2流路部39d;形成于顶端部的用于吐出密封剂25的腔室39e。
喷嘴主体39的上游端形成为圆形状,下游端形成为细长的四边形形状。另外,喷嘴主体37形成为随着从中央部分朝向下游端侧而从圆形形状变化为细长的四边形形状。需要说明的是,喷嘴主体39的形状可以进行适当变更,也可以从上游端到下游端形成为截面是圆形的形状。
主体流路部39a在与密封剂25流动的方向正交的正交面的截面上形成为圆形。第1流路部39b形成为截面是细长的形状,截面的形状比主体流路部39a小。需要说明的是,也可以不设置主体流路部39a,而将第1流路部39b延伸至喷嘴主体39的上游端。
连结部39c形成为随着朝向顶端侧(下游端侧)而从主体流路部39a的圆形形状变化为第1流路部39b的细长形状。腔室39e形成为截面是细长的矩形状。

喷嘴主体39的喷嘴口39f形成为矩形形状,具有指向性。喷嘴主体39在与车身板23抵接的状态下吐出密封剂25。喷嘴单元28以其中心轴线在主视时(图4A)与车身板23的表面垂直的方式设置。需要说明的是,图4中的左右方向构成喷嘴口39f的长度方向。另外,喷嘴单元28的中心轴线也可以在主视时(图4A)相对于车身板23的表面倾斜。
如图6所示,喷嘴单元28在喷嘴口39f相对于车身板23的表面倾斜的状态下与车身板23抵接,以使喷嘴主体39能够在与车身板23抵接的状态下吐出密封剂25。在该状态下,当喷嘴口39f向车身板23、24的台阶部吐出密封剂25,由所被吐出的密封剂25来填补车身板23、24的间隙。
在利用涂敷装置10对车身板23、24的间隙涂敷密封剂25时,操作者操作操作面板(未图示),输入用于驱动涂敷机器人11、涂敷单元13的阀34以及电动机35的涂敷执行数据。基于该涂敷执行数据,机器人控制装置12驱动涂敷机器人11,如图1所示,将安装于安装部15的涂敷单元13设置到所希望的位置上。
接着,如图4所示,涂敷控制装置14驱动阀34而使其成为开放状态。另外,涂敷控制装置14驱动旋转机构使第1供给部31旋转,从而使旋转单元26旋转到所希望的朝向。进而,涂敷控制装置14驱动喷嘴单元28的电动机35而使喷嘴单元28旋转至所希望的朝向。
需要说明的是,旋转单元26的所希望的朝向是指喷嘴单元28的中心轴线在主视的情况下(图4A)相对于车身板23的表面构成垂直的朝向。另外,喷嘴单元28的所希望的位置是指喷嘴单元28的顶端面与车身板23的端部抵接的位置。而且,喷嘴单元28的所希望的朝向是指喷嘴单元28的喷嘴口39f的长度方向(图4中的左右方向)在车身板23、24的台阶部横跨车身板23、24双方车身板的朝向。
当旋转单元26被设置为所希望的朝向且喷嘴单元28被设置到所希望的位置及朝向时,驱动密封剂供给装置,将密封剂25供给到安装部36。
供给至安装部36的密封剂25通过安装部36的供给路36a1~供给路36a4、中继槽51b~51d、第1供给部31的供给路31a1~31a4、第2供给部32的供给路32a、第3供给部33的供给路33a以及喷嘴支承部29的供给路29a而被供给到喷嘴单元28。
供给至喷嘴单元28的密封剂25通过喷嘴筒38而被输送至喷嘴主体39。而且,如图6所示,被输送至喷嘴主体39的密封剂25从喷嘴口39f朝向车身板23、24吐出。利用该吐出的密封剂25对车身板23、24的间隙实施填埋。
喷嘴主体39的第2流路部39d小于第1流路部39b的下游端,因此,位于第1流路部39b内的密封剂25强势地被输送到腔室39e,并从喷嘴口39f向外部吐出。由此,能够在腔室39e的整个范围上吐出大致等量的密封剂25。
由于能够在腔室39e的整个范围内以几乎相同的速度吐出密封剂25,能够均匀地填埋车身板23、24的间隙。特别是,在将喷向靠近喷嘴主体39的一侧的车身板23的密封剂25的涂敷量(隆起量)维持在适当的厚度的状态下,能够向远离喷嘴主体39一侧的车身板24也涂敷足够量的密封剂25。
在本实施方式中,喷嘴单元28的中心轴线相对于旋转单元26的旋转轴线倾斜。由此,即使在构成涂敷对象物的车身板23、24的周围的空间狭小的情况下,也能够使喷嘴单元28的顶端部接近于车身板23、24。
另外,由于将阀34配置成从喷嘴主体39的后端部向与喷嘴主体39的顶端部相反的方向离开,因此在将喷嘴单元28的顶端部设置到涂敷位置上时,阀34不会构成障碍。
在上述实施方式中,喷嘴被设置成在与车身板抵接的状态下吐出密封剂,但也可以在喷嘴与车身板之间设置间隙。
另外,从喷嘴吐出的材料也不限于密封剂,只要是液体材料均可。
而且,喷嘴的形状不限于直线型,例如也可以是L字型。在该情况下,也可以将喷嘴的一部分以相对于旋转单元的旋转轴线倾斜的方式进行安装。

Claims (3)

1.一种涂敷装置,其特征在于具备:
主体部,其设置有供液体材料流动的第1流路;
旋转部,其可旋转地安装于所述主体部,该旋转部设置有供从所述第1流路流入的液体材料流动的第2流路;
喷嘴,其安装在所述旋转部上,吐出从所述第2流路流入的液体材料,涂敷对象物;和
阀,其设置在所述第2流路上,开闭所述第2流路,
所述旋转部具备:
供给部,其以能够旋转的方式安装于所述主体部;
喷嘴支承部,其将所述喷嘴支承为能够绕所述喷嘴的中心轴线旋转;
连结部,其连结所述供给部和所述喷嘴支承部;以及
基座,其供所述供给部和所述喷嘴支承部安装,
所述喷嘴以至少一部分相对于所述旋转部的旋转轴线倾斜的方式安装于所述旋转部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂敷装置,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴以所述喷嘴的顶端部与所述喷嘴的后端部在与所述旋转部的旋转轴线平行的平行方向上分离的方式倾斜,
所述阀被配置成在所述平行方向上向与下述方向相反的方向离开所述喷嘴的后端部,该方向是指从所述喷嘴的后端部朝向所述喷嘴的顶端部的方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂敷装置,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴以能够绕所述喷嘴的中心轴线旋转的方式安装在所述旋转部上。
