本发明涉及具体涉及船舶甲板上折臂海工吊安装领域,尤其涉及一种吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法。
背景技术
“马士基安装者”是目前世界最新超深水海工作业船,配有国际领先的带波浪补偿功能的新型折臂海工吊2台,此折臂吊自身高度大,需采用“放躺”的方式运输,在吊车主臂杆与塔身顶部之间连接临时支撑吊梁工装作为400T折臂吊的主翻身及合拢吊点使用,待400吨折臂吊合拢作业完成后,需拆除此临时连接支撑吊梁工装,由于此工装在折臂吊塔身与主副臂杆连接钢丝绳索内部无法直接拆除,需要一种吊车临时支撑吊梁拆除工艺方案来解决此施工难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解决拆除吊车支撑吊梁工装困难的难题的吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法,包括以下步骤:
a、使用门座吊主钩挂设吊杠,连接临时支撑吊梁一侧吊点后,拆开支撑吊梁与折臂吊塔身顶部区域的连接销轴;
b、调整折臂吊主副臂杆的角度,分别调整主臂杆成和副臂杆角度,调整至合适角度后,将主副臂杆放置在休息座上,门座吊主钩带着支撑吊梁跟随主副臂杆移动;
c、使用海吊将临时存放支架放置在折臂吊臂杆上固定;
d、使用海吊单钩挂设吊杠后,连接临时支撑吊梁另一侧吊点,拆开支撑吊梁与主臂杆区域的连接销轴;
e、门座吊和海吊配合将支撑吊梁一侧吊运至臂杆上的临时存放支架上固定后,撤掉海吊单钩吊点;
f、海吊双钩挂设吊杠,在吊杠一侧吊点下方挂设配重块,另一侧吊点连接临时支撑吊梁,在吊运及连接支撑吊梁过程中,调整吊杠平衡,门座吊主钩配合调整支撑吊梁角度后,拆除其吊点;
g、提升海吊双钩利用杠杆平衡原理,将支撑吊梁从吊车侧面移出,完成拆除作业。
所述步骤b中,当主臂杆成45°角时,将副臂杆由20°角度调整到110°角度,将主副臂杆放置在休息座上,门座吊主钩带着支撑吊梁跟随主副臂杆移动。
所述步骤f中,在吊运及连接支撑吊梁过程中,通过吊车双钩受力的调整,确保吊杠平衡。
本发明一种吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法,解决了拆除支撑吊梁的难题。

1.一种吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、使用门座吊主钩挂设吊杠,连接临时支撑吊梁一侧吊点后,拆开支撑吊梁与折臂吊塔身顶部区域的连接销轴;
b、调整折臂吊主副臂杆的角度,分别调整主臂杆成和副臂杆角度,调整至合适角度后,将主副臂杆放置在休息座上,门座吊主钩带着支撑吊梁跟随主副臂杆移动;
c、使用海吊将临时存放支架放置在折臂吊臂杆上固定;
d、使用海吊单钩挂设吊杠后,连接临时支撑吊梁另一侧吊点,拆开支撑吊梁与主臂杆区域的连接销轴;
e、门座吊和海吊配合将支撑吊梁一侧吊运至臂杆上的临时存放支架上固定后,撤掉海吊单钩吊点;
f、海吊双钩挂设吊杠,在吊杠一侧吊点下方挂设配重块,另一侧吊点连接临时支撑吊梁,在吊运及连接支撑吊梁过程中,调整吊杠平衡,门座吊主钩配合调整支撑吊梁角度后,拆除其吊点;
g、提升海吊双钩利用杠杆平衡原理,将支撑吊梁从吊车侧面移出,完成拆除作业。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车临时支撑吊梁工装拆除方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,当主臂杆成45°角时,将副臂杆由20°角度调整到110°角度,将主副臂杆放置在休息座上,门座吊主钩带着支撑吊梁跟随主副臂杆移动。
