Description

本发明涉及一种用于车辆升降机中的铰链,车辆升降机的承重件是通过铰链可转动地相互连接在一起。这种承重件一般是由截面呈U型的带侧面翼缘板的型材构成。其它的承重件,例如车辆升降机的上部件或底部件,其侧面由高强度的凸缘板构成。这些承重件是这样进行连接的,即所述的侧面翼缘板与侧面凸缘板在铰接区域搭接起来并开有孔,然后通过布置在所述孔中的铰链轴使它们连接起来。德国专利文件DE-OS    2231526就公开了这种类型的铰链(如在位置13和14处)。
在另一种已知的车辆升降机中,在旋转支承部位制有向外鼓出的支承孔,以增大孔的面积和降低该孔的单位面积的压力。这类车辆升降机铰链请参阅DE-GN    1929691。
上述类在车辆升降机中用于连接承重件的铰链的结构缺点在于需要装入一铰链轴,该轴通常以销子的形式由实心材料构成,具有很大的重量,这种重量对机动车辆的运行性能始终是个负担。
本发明的目的在于减少已知的车辆升降机的重量。
为此提供一种用在孔中转动的轴销将承重件可转动地连到车辆升降机上的铰链,其中所述的承重件为横截面呈U型的具有侧面翼缘板的型材,基底构件具有侧面高强度的凸缘板或其它联接的侧面高强度板,这些板在铰接区搭接在一起,其特征在于:从型材翼缘板、凸缘板或板做出作轴销之用的空心轴颈,该空心轴颈插入对置部件上的孔中。本发明的一个突出优点在于大大简化了车辆升降机的制造过程。由于省去了一个附加的构件一轴销,这也有助于车辆升降机制造的简单化。
根据本发明的进一步特征,从上述孔突出的空心轴颈端部相对孔的直径有一个扩大了的孔径,所述空心轴颈端部的扩径是通过弯边来完成的,这样就保证了在升降机旋转时其铰链不会松开。
根据本发明的进一步特征,所述孔也至少在一小段圆柱形面地外弯,使孔与空心轴颈之间的单位面积压力减小。
根据本发明,在孔与空心轴颈之间设置一轴衬,使摩擦力减小,从而减少了铰链咬住的危险。
下面对本发明的一个实施例作详细的描述。
图1为铰接式车辆升降机的前视图;
图2为在安装好以前的车辆升降机底部件与支承腿之间的铰链结构的局部放大图;
图3示出了图2中的铰链装配完毕时的构造。
车辆升降机具有独立于其系统的并互相铰接的承重件,这些承重件以可向上运动的方式连接车辆升降机的底部件和支承腿。这些铰接在一起的承重件必须能支撑住机车的重量,因此要求铰链既可靠又稳定地工作。图1中的铰接式车辆升降机只代表一种结构样式,本发明也适合所有其它前述的结构样式的车辆升降机。图1所示的铰接式车辆升降机具有作为承重件的车辆升降机底部件1,支承腿2,支承臂3及承重板4。所有这些承重件通过铰链5,6,7互相铰接在一起。螺杆10通过另外的铰链8和9连接在支承腿和支承臂之间,该螺杆通过一螺母使支撑臂3相对支承腿2可向上摆动,因而致使承重板4相对车辆升降机底部件1升起。螺杆10通过手摇曲柄11而被驱动。
车辆升降机底部件作为基底构件具有底板12,其两侧有高强度的凸缘板13。与之面对的是由U型型材构成的支承腿,它也有一底板14及侧面翼缘板15。同样,支承臂也有一底板16及翼缘板17。对本实施例中的铰接式车辆升降机来说,本发明的铰链可用于支承臂3与支承腿2或支承腿2与车辆升降机底部件1的连接。
在合适的结构中,所述的铰链也适于承重板4连接到支承臂3上。本发明的铰链还可用于钢板与上述型材或高强度凸缘板13的连接,及用于由带(或不带)加强皱折的钢板构成的承重件与车辆升降机的连接。
图1和图2示出了连接车辆升降机底部件1与支承腿2的铰链的细部。该底部件1的凸缘13在铰接区开有一个普通孔18,而面对它的在该铰接区支承腿2的型材翼缘板15直接通过对钢板的冲压加工制出外凸的空心轴颈19。因为车辆升降机底部件1及支承腿2这二部件是由横截面基本上都呈U型的板件构成,所以可用简单的方式进行铰接安装,例如对支承腿2的型材翼缘板15进行折弯处理。如果需要,底部件1的凸缘板13可以是平直的。上述的折弯处理视材料的强度和种类而对构件进行塑性或弹性变形。空心轴颈19经弹性变形被装入孔18中,完成图2所示的预安装过程。应注意的是,在支承腿2和车辆升降机底部件1相对的面上分别设相应的空心轴颈和对应的孔。
为了防止空心轴颈再次从孔18中脱出,对向外穿过该孔的空心轴颈的端部20进行折边,使其端部直径大于孔的直径,从而形成了牢固的铰链连接。
空心轴颈端部20可以象实施例那样是开口的,也可以是带任意形状的盖板的封口式空心轴颈。

Claims (5)

1、一种用在孔(18)中转动的轴销将承重件可转动地连到车辆升降机上的铰链,其中所述的承重件为横截面呈U型的具有侧面翼缘板(15,17)的型材,基底构件具有侧面高强度的凸缘板或其它联结的侧面高强度板,这些板在铰接区搭接在一起,其特征在于:从型材翼缘板(15,17)、凸缘板(13)或板做出作轴销之用的空心轴颈(19),该空心轴颈插入对置部件上的孔(18)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:从孔(18)突出的空心轴颈端部(20)相对该孔(18)的直径有一个扩大了的孔径。
3、根据权利要求2所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述的空心轴颈端部(20)的扩径是通过弯边来完成的。
4、根据权利要求1至3任一项或多项所述的铰链,其特征在于:孔(18)也至少在一小段上圆柱形地外弯。
5、根据权利要求1至4任一项或多项所述的铰链,其特征在于:在孔(18)与空心轴颈(19)之间设置一个轴衬。
