Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保热敏纸,这种热敏纸由4,4’‑二羟基二苯砜、无色热敏染料、1,2‑二苯氧基乙烷、和辅料,本发明使用双酚S替换双酚A,由于双酚S热感度低,因此使用1,2‑二苯氧基乙烷作为增感剂,再配合上少量硬脂酸盐达到降低热敏纸的显色温度,从而解决双酚S热感度低,使本发明本发明环保热敏纸能够正常使用,在保证环保安全的同时降低成本,并且本发明热敏纸保存时间长,保存周期达到6个月以上。

一种环保热敏纸
技术领域
本发明涉及热敏纸领域,具体涉及一种环保热敏纸。
背景技术
热敏纸又被称为热敏传真纸、热敏记录纸、热敏复印纸,在中国台湾则叫做感热复写纸。热敏纸是一种加工纸,其制造原理就是在优质的原纸上涂布一层“热敏涂料”(热敏变色层)。虽然此变色层所用的化学药品有十几种,但至少有下列化合物:无色热敏染料,该染料的品种甚广,最常用的是荧光化合物;显色剂约占20%以下,常用的有双酚、对羟基苯甲酸;增感剂约占10%以下,其中含有苯磺酸酰胺类化合物;填料约占50%以下,常用的有碳酸钙(微粒);胶黏剂约占10%以下,如聚乙酸乙烯;稳定剂,如对酞酸二苯酰;润滑剂等。因此工艺难度大,技术要求高。
目前,国内大部分的传真型或收银型热敏纸均含有双酚A型的氧化剂,该药品属于内分泌干扰物,是一种环境激素。存在各种特殊的慢性毒性,如致癌性、致畸性、发育毒性、艇胎毒性等。环境激素作用于人体主要表现在:损害肝脏与免疫系统,影响激素的运作功能,引起如痤疮,消化不良及肌肉、关节疼痛;增加皮肤脆性、出疹、出水泡、视力受损及硬血脂症等。
热敏纸可以通过替换氧化剂替换掉双酚A型的氧化剂,比如使用双酚S型的氧化剂,双酚S型氧化剂相对于双酚A型的氧化剂更加安全无毒,但是直接使用双酚S型氧化剂,效果很差,因为双酚S热感度低,做出的热敏纸无法正常使用。
中国专利《CN102180050A》公开了一种不含有双酚A的热敏纸,包括原纸层,其特征在于:在原纸层上面涂布有预涂层和发色层,所述发色层中的氧化剂为4,4′-二羟基二苯砜,所述发色层中的敏化剂为1,1′-二苯砜。使用该种热敏纸张既不含对人体有害的双酚A类的氧化剂,同时发色也适合目前通用的传真或者收银打印机。本发明中,预涂层的作用是覆盖原纸面的提高纸张的面感,同时提供一定的隔热效果在后段打印时尽可能将打印头提供的能量停留在发色层,提高发色层的功效。这种热敏纸通过使用双酚S来替换双酚A,并保证了能够正常使用,但是还是没有完美解决双酚S热感度低的问题,导致显色效果很一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保热敏纸,这种环保热敏纸使用双酚S为氧化剂,为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一下技术方案:
一种环保热敏纸,所述热敏纸包括4,4’-二羟基二苯砜、无色热敏染料、1,2-二苯氧基乙烷、和辅料,
所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为(1-2)∶(1-2)∶(2-5),
所述辅料按质量占热敏纸的总质量的60-65%,所述辅料包括胶粘剂和填料,所述填料中含有占热敏纸总质量2%的硬脂酸盐。
优选地,所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为(1.5-2)∶(1-1.5)∶(2-3),
优选地,所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为1∶1∶2。
优选地,所述热敏纸按质量分数由以下物质组成:4,4’-二羟基二苯砜10份、无色热敏染料10份、1,2-二苯氧基乙烷20份、辅料 15份、填料45份。
优选地,所述填料按质量份数包括轻质碳酸钙11份、二氧化硅16 份、煅烧高岭土8份、片装白土6份、二氧化钛2份、硬脂酸钙2份。
优选地,所述无色热敏染料为重氮型热敏染料型热敏材料。
4,4’-二羟基二苯砜:又名双酚S,S是白色针状结晶,熔点为 247~248℃,相对分子质量250.27。双酚S毒性低,难容于冷水,微溶于热水,易溶于醇、醚、苯、氯苯、苯酚及醋酸乙酯。双酚S具有弱酸性,相对密度为1.3363(15℃),具有优良的耐热、耐光和抗氧化性能,双酚S与双酚A性质相似,但双酚S热敏度远远低于双酚A。
1,2-二苯氧基乙烷:俗称DPE增感剂,是一种新型热敏材料增感剂,主要通过碱性水或乙醇介质中苯酚与1,2-二氯乙烷或乙二醇硫酸酯为起始原料反应来制备,使用DPE增感剂不会出现析出结晶体,常用增感剂BON在高温状态下,表面会析出结晶体。
硬脂酸盐:不溶于水,冷的乙醇和乙醚,溶于热苯、苯和松节油等有机溶剂,微溶于热的乙醇和乙醚。加热至400℃时缓缓分解,可燃,硬脂酸盐可以降低显色温度。
有益效果
本发明环保热敏纸配方环保科学,使用双酚S替换双酚A,由于双酚S热感度低,因此使用1,2-二苯氧基乙烷作为增感剂,再配合上少量硬脂酸盐达到降低热敏纸的显色温度,从而解决双酚S热感度低,使本发明本发明环保热敏纸能够正常使用,并且1,2-二苯氧基乙烷增感性能良好,非常适合与双酚S结合,具有感度高,用量少,总体成本低,在保证环保安全的同时降低成本,并且本发明热敏纸保存时间长,保存周期达到6个月以上。

实施例中
对比例3与实施例3的区别仅在于用等重量份数2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷替换4,4-二羟基二苯砜。所述2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷为双酚A。
对比例4与实施例3的区别仅在于用等重量份数2-萘酚苄基醚替换替换1,2-二苯氧基乙烷。所述2-萘酚苄基醚为BON增感剂。
对比例5与实施例3的区别仅在于未添加硬脂酸钙。
本发明实施例1~3和对比例1~4中环保热敏纸纸质比较见下表2

由表2可见,通过实施例1-3与对比例1对比可见,本发明环保热敏纸,与使用双酚A的热敏纸各项参数差距不大,并且保存时间更长,由实施例3与对比例4-5对比可见,本发明中硬脂酸盐及1,2- 二苯氧基乙烷是本发明的重要组成部分。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于,所述热敏纸包括4,4’-二羟基二苯砜、无色热敏染料、1,2-二苯氧基乙烷、和辅料,
所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为(1-2)∶(1-2)∶(2-5),
所述辅料按质量占热敏纸的总质量的60-65%,所述辅料包括胶粘剂和填料,所述填料中含有占热敏纸总质量2%的硬脂酸盐。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为(1.5-2)∶(1-1.5)∶(2-3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于所述4,4’-二羟基二苯砜,无色热敏染料,1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的质量比为1∶1∶2。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于,所述热敏纸按质量分数由以下物质组成:4,4’-二羟基二苯砜10份、无色热敏染料10份、1,2-二苯氧基乙烷20份、辅料15份、填料45份。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于,所述填料按质量份数包括轻质碳酸钙11份、二氧化硅16份、煅烧高岭土8份、片装白土6份、二氧化钛2份、硬脂酸钙2份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保热敏纸,其特征在于,所述无色热敏染料为重氮型热敏染料型热敏材料。
