本发明涉及锂离子二次电池技术领域,特别是一种电解液及二次电池,更具体地说是一种应用于锂离子二次电池的电解液及其二次电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池具有循环寿命长、比能量高、充电时间短、体积小、重量轻等特点,广受人们青睐,已经广泛应用于电子产品中。目前,随着用电设备对锂离子电池容量要求的不断提高,人们对提升锂离子电池能量密度的期望越来越高。对于三元正极材料,提高镍含量或者提高工作电压可以有效提升电芯能量密度,但是代价是会引起正极材料与电解液副反应加剧,恶化电芯产气、存储及循环性能。中国专利CN102244296B锂离子电池及其电解液公开了一种电解液,指出在电解液中添加丁二腈、己二腈等饱和脂肪腈类化合物可以改善电极/电解液界面,减少电解液中溶剂的分解,从而减少电池中气体的产生量,提高电池高温存储性能,安全性能以及循环性能;中国专利CN 105140562 A一种含有苯二腈的电解液及使用该电解液的锂离子电池,指出在电解液中添加0.01%~5%的苯二腈化合物,苯环上的乙腈基团(-C-CN)可与正极活性材料中的金属离子络合,降低电解液分解,抑制金属离子溶出,保护正极,提高电池高温性能,然而在高温或高电压体系下,正极的氧化性增强,常规电解液,包括上述发明中的电解液与正极接触后,极易被氧化分解,从而使电池胀气,饱和腈与正极表面发生络合作用成膜能力略显不足,不能更有效地降低电芯产气。发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种电解液,其特点在于含有添加剂一,该添加剂能够与正极表面形成稳定的保护膜,隔绝正极与电解液的接触,抑制正极与电解液的副反应,从而提高电池在高温或高电压下的产气、存储及循环性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电解液,使用该电解液能够有效的抑制正极与电解液之间的副反应,降低锂离子电池产气量,改善电芯高温存储、高电压循环性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种电解液,包括添有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述添加剂包括添加剂一和添加剂二,所述添加剂一具有腈基和双键结构,其通式为或,其中R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7独立的为氢、烷基、苯基、烯基、氟代烷基、卤素等取代基团。
具体地,所述添加剂一包括4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,6-二甲基-4,5-二腈基环己烯、1,2-二甲基-4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,6-二乙基-4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,6-二氟-4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,6-二苯基-4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,6-二(三氟甲基)-4,5-二腈基环己烯、3,4-二腈基环戊烯、3,4-二腈基-5-甲基环戊烯、3,4-二腈基-5-乙基环戊烯、3,4-二腈基-5-三氟甲基环戊烯、1,2-二甲基-3,4-二腈基环戊烯、3,4-二腈基-5-氟环戊烯、3,4-二腈基-5-苯基环戊烯的一种或几种的组合。
具体地,所述添加剂一在所述电解液中的质量百分比为0.01~10%,优选地,所述添加剂一的质量百分比为0.1%~5%。
具体的,所述添加剂二包括硫酸乙烯酯、硫酸亚乙烯酯、氟代碳酸乙烯酯、双磺酰亚胺锂、二氟磷酸锂、三(三甲基硅基)磷酸酯、三(三甲基硅基)亚磷酸酯、不饱和磷酸酯、甲烷二磺酸亚甲酯、丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯、反丁烯二腈中的一种或几种添加剂的组合。

有益效果
本发明通过在锂电池电解液中加入添加剂一,添加剂一具有腈基和双键结构,腈基可以与正极表面发生络合作用,烯烃部分可以发生聚合反应,环状结构可以控制聚合度,从而控制络合腈基的密度,形成稳定匀称的SEI膜,抑制电解液与正极材料在高温或高电压下的副反应,改善电芯产气、存储、循环性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
电池制作:
正极制备:将正极活性材料LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 (锂镍钴锰)和导电剂乙炔黑(SuperP)在搅拌罐中混合均匀,随后将 N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和粘结剂聚偏二氟乙烯胶液(PVDF)加入其中,搅拌均匀,得到一种黑色浆料,涂覆在铝箔上,经烘烤,辊压,裁片后得到正极极片,其中正极活性材料、导电剂、粘结剂的质量比为(92:5:3)。
负极制备:将负极活性材料石墨、导电剂乙炔黑(SuperP)在搅拌罐中混合均匀,随后将粘结剂SBR和去离子水加入其中,搅拌均匀,得到一种黑色浆料,涂覆在铜箔上,经烘烤,辊压,裁片后得到负极极片,其中活性材料、导电剂和粘结剂的比例为(94:3:3)。
电解液制备:在氩气氛围手套箱中(H2O<0.1ppm,O2<0.1ppm),称取碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二乙酯、碳酸甲乙酯(质量比4:3:3)于样品瓶中,随后将占总质量16.3%的LiPF6(1.3M)加入其中,最后加入总质量的0.5%的4,5-二腈基环己烯和总质量的1%的1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯,混合均匀,即得到配置好的电解液。
电芯制作:将上述所得正极极片、负极极片以及隔膜按照正极、隔离膜、负极顺序叠好,经卷绕,热压整形,极耳焊接,得到裸电芯,利用铝塑膜进行顶侧封,结束后将电芯置于85±10℃的烘箱重中烘烤24 h±12 h,确保极片水含量合格后注入电解液,经过减压封装,静置,化成,整形等工序得到实施例1中的电池。
实施例2~10
实施例2~10与参照组1~4中,除了电解液成分含量按表1所示添加外,其它均与实施例1相同。表1为实施例1~10和参照组1~4的电解液各成分含量表和电池性能测试结果:
循环实验:将实施例1~10和参照组1~4所得电池分别在25℃条件下以1C/1C的充放电倍率在2.8~4.4V范围内进行充放电循环测试,并记录电池的首次放电容量及每次循环后的放电容量,循环500周,容量保持率 = 每次循环放电容量/电池首次放电容量*100%,记录数据见表1。
体积膨胀实验:将实施例1~10与参照组1~4所得电池1C充电至4.4V,通过排水法测试体积,记录初始以及在80℃存储7天后的体积,体积膨胀率 =(80℃存储7天后的体积-初始体积)/初始体积*100%,所得结果见表1。

Claims (7)
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解液,其特征在于,所述的添加剂一在电解液中的质量百分含量为0.01%~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解液,其特征在于,所述添加剂二包括硫酸乙烯酯、硫酸亚乙烯酯、氟代碳酸乙烯酯、双磺酰亚胺锂、二氟磷酸锂、三(三甲基硅基)磷酸酯、三(三甲基硅基)亚磷酸酯、不饱和磷酸酯、甲烷二磺酸亚甲酯、丙烯基-1,3-磺酸内酯、反丁烯二腈中的一种或几种添加剂的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解液,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为环状碳酸酯和链状碳酸酯中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电解液,其特征在于,所述环状碳酸酯包括碳酸乙烯酯,氟代碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯的一种或者几种的组合,所述的链状碳酸酯主要包括碳酸二甲酯,碳酸二乙酯,碳酸甲乙酯中的一种或几种的组合。
7.一种二次电池,包含正极片、负极片、隔膜和电解液,其特征在于,所述电解液为权利要求1-6中任一项中的电解液。
