Description

A topical Chinese medicinal composition for promoting healing of chronic intractable wound
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting healing of chronic intractable wounds.
Background
Chronic intractable wound surface is commonly called ulcer, also called chronic wound or chronic wound surface. Currently, the international wound healing society has no uniform definition for the definition and description of chronic wounds, and generally understands that: under the action of various internal and external factors, the wound surface in a pathological inflammatory reaction state can not be reached in an anatomical and functional complete state through a normal and orderly timely repair process. Macroscopically, the formation of chronic refractory wounds is mainly caused by insufficient angiogenesis, damaged innervation, cell migration disorder and the like, and comprises venous ulcer, ischemic ulcer, pressure ulcer, metabolic ulcer, infectious ulcer and the like; microscopically, the repair of chronic intractable wound surfaces is a complex process in which multiple factors such as inflammatory cells, repair cells, extracellular matrix and cytokines participate together, and are highly coordinated and mutually regulated: on one hand, after immune cells are abnormally activated, a large number of inflammatory factors, proteolytic enzymes, active oxygen clusters and the like are released, excessive inflammatory reaction causes the formation of epidermis and granulation to be impossible, and on the other hand, wound surfaces are subjected to ischemia and hypoxia, collagen synthesis is reduced, proliferation and migration of fibroblasts, epidermal cells and the like are limited, and wound surfaces are not healed.
Although the chronic refractory wound surface does not immediately threaten life, the chronic refractory wound surface can not be healed for a long time of months, even years or decades, thus seriously affecting the original disease recovery and life quality of patients and also bringing heavy nursing and economic burden to families. The bone is easy to damage due to long-term wound nonunion, and few wounds are not more and even possibly cancerate; meanwhile, if infection spreads, complications such as sepsis and the like can be caused, so that not only can the primary disease be aggravated, but also the life of a patient can be endangered. The conventional dressing change technology is not good enough in curative effect on chronic difficult-to-heal wound surfaces, and the wet healing technology improves the healing rate of the wound surfaces to a certain extent, but the modern dressing with high price brings heavy economic burden to families and society, and treatment failure can be caused due to the fact that the microcirculation and the micro-ecological environment of the local wound surfaces cannot be changed. Therefore, a safe, effective and cheap medicament for promoting the healing of chronic refractory wounds is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting healing of chronic refractory wound surfaces.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting healing of chronic refractory wound surfaces, which is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of phellodendron, 40-60 parts of honeysuckle stem, 24-36 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 16-24 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 8-12 parts of angelica.

Further, in the step b, the extraction is to decoct the raw materials with water for 3 times and to combine the filtrates, thus obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine.
Further, the decocting of the raw materials in water for 3 times is as follows: adding water 4-5 times (v/w) of the raw materials for the first time, soaking for 20-40 min, decocting for 20-40 min, and filtering; adding 3-4 times (v/w) of water into the raw materials for the 2 nd time, decocting for 10-30 min, and filtering; adding water 2-3 times (v/w) of the raw materials for the 3 rd time, decocting for 5-20 min, and filtering.
The invention also provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing a medicine for promoting wound healing.
Further, the wound is a chronic refractory wound.
In the present invention, "v/w" means mL/g.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from five traditional Chinese medicines of phellodendron, honeysuckle stem, astragalus, bighead atractylodes rhizome and angelica.
In the formula, the phellodendron bark is used for clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing steam, detoxifying and treating sore, the honeysuckle stem is used for clearing heat and removing toxin, and is used as monarch drug for playing the effects of removing dampness and clearing heat, and expelling pus and removing toxin to eliminate residual pathogen, the astragalus root is used for tonifying qi and strengthening superficies, expelling toxin and expelling pus, and promoting granulation, the bighead atractylodes rhizome is used for tonifying spleen and replenishing qi and drying dampness, and is used as ministerial drug by being matched with the astragalus root and used together with the phellodendron bark and the honeysuckle stem to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, and the cold property of the phellodendron bark and the honeysuckle stem can be alleviated to prevent the defect of damaging body resistance. The wound surface consumes qi and blood for a long time, so the blood-nourishing and blood-activating angelica is used as an adjuvant drug to smooth the blood vessels. By taking the whole formula into account, the wound surface which is not healed for a long time can be healed by clearing heat and drying dampness, tonifying qi and detoxifying, activating blood and replenishing blood, dispelling pathogenic qi, assisting vital qi and circulating qi and blood.
