Little urine. And (3) diagnosis: 18% of second degree burn of the chest, abdomen, right groin and double thighs. Treatment: when the children are prescribed, family members are given oral liquid for supplementing milk, containing vitamin C and the like. After local debridement, the traditional Chinese medicine oil obtained in the embodiment 6 of the invention is adopted to treat and observe burn patients, a wound surface is covered by dipping the traditional Chinese medicine oil with a sterilized single-layer gauze, then a sterile multi-layer gauze is used for covering, and the traditional Chinese medicine oil is applied to the oil gauze 3-5 times a day to keep the degree of moistening. After the disease is stable, the patient is continuously treated by local administration for 7 to 18 days without transfusion, hospitalization, infection and scar. (see the attached FIGS. 7-10)
(3) The patient, Zhao, a man, aged 48, was carelessly steamed to burn the right lower limb 45 minutes at 7 months, 10 days and 7 days in 2020, and then the next day was treated. Inconvenient walking, clear mind, painful appearance, much exudation of wound surface, skin defect, partial blister, shift and overlap. And (3) diagnosis: second degree burn of right lower limb 8%. Treatment: and (3) cleaning the wound, namely dipping the traditional Chinese medicine oil obtained in the embodiment 6 of the invention by using a single-layer sterilized gauze to cover the wound surface, then covering the wound surface by using a multi-layer sterilized gauze, and dropping the traditional Chinese medicine oil on the oil gauze 3-5 times every day to keep the wound surface moist. The wound surface is healed after 10-19 days of treatment and observation. No significant scarring was observed. During the period, no injection and transfusion, no hospitalization and no infection are caused.
(4) The patient should be taken by the patient who is a young man in the age of 32 years old and who is an old man in the year of 2019, and the patient should be burned by the electric arc. When the patient sees the diagnosis, the patient is clear, painful, black in the wound surface and numb in touch, and the diagnosis is as follows: the right hand electric arc burns with a second degree of 1%. After debridement, the skin of the thenar muscle of the right hand is damaged without water bubbles. By adopting the traditional Chinese medicine oil obtained in the embodiment 6 of the invention, the wound surface is covered by soaked gauze, and the wound surface is bound by a plurality of layers of sterilized gauze. The oil gauze is replaced once a day, and the damaged wound surface is free of infection and scar healing after 18 days.
According to two-year clinical observation, the traditional Chinese medicine oil obtained by the inventor in the embodiment 6 of the invention has obvious curative effect on burn wounds, and has anti-inflammatory and repair effects on other various wounds (such as bedsores, hemorrhoids, mucosal ulcers, traumatic wounds and the like). The traditional Chinese medicine oil has exact and obvious effect on burn wounds, and also has the effects of promoting repair, resisting inflammation and avoiding or reducing scar formation on skin wounds formed by other wounds such as trauma, bedsore and the like.
