所谓的婴儿背巾在业内是已知的。其由一块通常为矩形的布(即，平面柔性纺织品元件)制成，通常具有约450cm乘50cm的尺寸。由于所讨论的纺织品元件自然地必须具有一定的抗撕裂性，因此其通常由相对紧密的编织绵制成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种平面柔性纺织品元件，其特别适合作为婴儿背巾，并且为此改进了其性能。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的平面柔性纺织品元件来实现。权利要求10至14中提出了这种平面柔性纺织品元件的优选应用，需要强调的是，这种类型的平面柔性纺织品元件也可用于其它应用领域，特别是作为携带婴儿用具(babytrage)的一部分。
根据本发明，纺织品元件具有网眼结构。特别是当用作婴儿背巾或所谓的襁褓毯时，其产生许多优于现有技术的优点。最重要的优点是网眼结构本身提供了一定的弹性，这可以大大增加儿童和运载人的穿着舒适性。此外，打开的网眼结构允许其下面的身体部分的透气性(这里，既适用于儿童也适用于运载人)，这同样极大地改善了穿着舒适性。
可以使用多种工艺方法制造这种平面柔性纺织品元件，例如编织、针织、钩编或经编，编织通常是优选的方法，在这种情况下纺织品元件为编织织物。由于平面柔性纺织品元件具有网眼结构，因此原则上也可以将其打结，尽管这通常不是优选的。
网眼结构的网眼尺寸(此处定义为网眼的最大长度)优选地在2mm和5mm之间。选择这种网眼尺寸从而一方面提供足够的通风，另一方面能够避免即使是婴儿的小手指穿透纺织品织物或被夹在其中，这当然是危险的。
如上所述，根据本发明的纺织品元件的关键优点是由其结构产生的透气性，特别是抵消过度排汗。为了进一步促进这种效果，纺织品元件优选地包含至少50％，特别是至少90％的竹纤维和/或椰子纤维，或由其生产的纤维。
众所周知，特别是竹纤维具有抗菌效果，因此额外地抵消了气味的产生。另外，整体卫生也因此得到了改善。竹纤维或椰子纤维可以各自地被直接纺入纱线中，然后由该纱线生产纺织品元件，或者也可在粘胶法中用作生产纤维的基础，由此纺成纱线。使用竹纤维的另一个优点是生产出的纺织品元件具有高抗撕裂性。
为了进一步改善纺织品元件的弹性，特别是双弹性(bi-elastisch)，优选地，纺织品元件可以部分地由弹性纤维(Elastan)制成，其比例优选地在1％和3％(质量百分比)之间。
进一步优选的是，除了天然纤维或由天然纤维生产的纤维、和弹性纤维外，不使用其它材料。
为了获得良好的弹性，当使用天然纤维或由天然纤维生产的纤维、和弹性纤维的材料混合物时，优选地使用含有上述纤维类型两者的纱线。
还可以在混合物中使用天然纤维以及由天然纤维生产的纤维。为了获得亲肤性能，天然纤维的比例或由天然纤维生产的纤维的比例或上述混合物的比例应至少为织物重量的90％。
如上所述，纺织品元件的优选应用是婴儿背巾或襁褓毯。然而，同样可以用其生产毯或携带婴儿用具的部件。
根据本发明的纺织品元件可具有单层或多层的设计。

具体实施方式
现参考婴儿背巾10描述本发明，其中，参考此示例性实施方案而具体描述的结构也可以存在于根据本发明的其他纺织品元件中。
这种婴儿背巾10是平面、柔性的(即，可弯曲的)、通常是柔韧的纺织品元件，并且通常具有450cm的长度l和50cm的宽度b，其中，其他尺寸也可以是有意义的。纺织品元件可以特别地通过编织来生产，但也可以通过其他工艺来生产，例如针织、钩编或经编。从图2，即图2中的细节D中可以明显看出，纺织品元件具有网眼结构。这意味着在几何学上，可以将其描述为由相互平行的第一股线12和相互平行的第二股线14构成，其中，第一股线12和第二股线14彼此不平行。原则上，两股线的方向可以相互垂直，尽管在所示的示例性实施方案中并非如此。第一股线12和第二股线14在交叉点K处相遇，使得在每种情况下，四个交叉点K限定网眼M。在所示的示例性实施方案中，网眼是菱形的，其长度L大于其宽度B。网眼的长度(即，其最大延伸)优选地在2mm和5mm之间。这确保了婴儿的手指无法穿透织物，甚至无法穿过织物，但仍然能够提供足够的透气性。
与任何其他的编织织物(也适用于其他可能的制造类型)相同，纺织品元件由纱线编织而成，每根纱线由多根纤维纺成。在此方面，天然纤维或由天然纤维生产的纤维的纤维比例至少为90％。剩余的纤维可以是弹性纤维。优选地，所使用的任何纱线均为天然纤维或由天然纤维生产的纤维与弹性纤维的混合物，从而使整个纺织品元件具有双弹性。
在一个优选的实例中，纺织品元件包含95至99质量％的由竹纤维生产的粘胶纤维，和1-5质量％的弹性纤维。

Claims (14)

1.一种平面柔性纺织品元件，所述纺织品元件包括至少90％的天然纤维和/或由天然纤维生产的纤维，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件具有网眼结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件是编织织物。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述网眼结构的网眼的最大长度在2mm和5mm之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件包括至少90％的竹纤维和/或椰子纤维，或由其生产的纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件包括至少90％的竹纤维或由其生产的纤维。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件包括至少1％的弹性纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件是双弹性的。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件仅由天然纤维或由天然纤维生产的纤维、和弹性纤维制成。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，存在由天然纤维生产的纤维时，所述由天然纤维生产的纤维为粘胶纤维。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件是婴儿背巾。
11.根据权利要求10所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件的宽度(b)在30cm和70cm之间，长度(l)在350cm和650cm之间。
12.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件是襁褓毯。
13.根据权利要求12所述的纺织品元件，其特征在于，所述纺织品元件的宽度在70cm和150cm之间，长度在70cm和150cm之间。
