本发明公开了一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,包括外圈、密封圈内圈、滚子、芯轴、保持架、齿圈、传感器和螺栓;所述内圈包括三个,分别为内圈Ⅰ、内圈Ⅱ和内圈Ⅲ,所述滚子为双锥面滚子,所述内圈Ⅰ和内圈Ⅱ与一侧滚子匹配衔接,所述内圈Ⅲ与另一侧滚子匹配衔接。本发明的滚子设计为双锥面,可避免侧向加载力时轴向推力,不再设计挡边来抵消轴向力,也不再会因滑动摩擦而早期损坏。滚子的空心设计有助于产品组装有预载,转动过程中不会有滑动摩擦破坏滚道表面,使轮毂轴承使用寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮毂轴承总成,具体涉及一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承。
背景技术
目前,圆锥轮毂轴承在汽车上的应用,由于结构的优越性,使得车辆的承载能力大大增加。进年来制造业的发展,不断改变了圆锥轮毂轴承的性能和集成化,汽车车轮上的安装从两个单列,到一个双列,再到集轴承座、轮速传感器为一体,还有省去螺母的旋铆结构,这所有的改进让汽车轮毂的性能更优越,制造及使用更方便,更换也更经济了。
圆锥轮毂轴承在制过程中,传统设计为内圈有挡边(如图4所示),平衡滚子的侧向推力,滚子(如图5所示)端面与挡边的接触为滑动摩擦,久而久之,滚子和内圈摩擦产生的高温使滚子和内圈滚道发生烧蚀,随后会出现疲劳损坏,零件也失去转动和承载的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,滚子设计为双锥面,可避免侧向加载力时轴向推力,滚子的空心设计有助于产品组装有预载,转动过程中不会有滑动摩擦破坏滚道表面,轮毂轴承使用寿命更长。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,包括外圈、密封圈内圈、滚子、芯轴、保持架、齿圈、传感器和螺栓;所述内圈包括三个,分别为内圈Ⅰ、内圈Ⅱ和内圈Ⅲ,所述滚子为双锥面滚子,所述内圈Ⅰ和内圈Ⅱ与一侧滚子匹配衔接,所述内圈Ⅲ与另一侧滚子匹配衔接。
作为一种优选,所述齿圈设置于内圈Ⅱ和内圈Ⅲ之间。
本发明的有益效果是: 滚子设计为双锥面,可避免侧向加载力时轴向推力,不再设计挡边来抵消轴向力,也不再会因滑动摩擦而早期损坏。滚子的空心设计有助于产品组装有预载,转动过程中不会有滑动摩擦破坏滚道表面,使轮毂轴承使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
结合附图1~3所示,一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,包括外圈1、密封圈2内圈、滚子3、芯轴4、保持架6、齿圈7、传感器8和螺栓9;所述内圈包括三个,分别为内圈Ⅰ5、内圈Ⅱ10和内圈Ⅲ11,所述滚子3为双锥面滚子,所述内圈Ⅰ5和内圈Ⅱ10与一侧滚子3匹配衔接,所述内圈Ⅲ11与另一侧滚子3匹配衔接。 所述齿圈7设置于内圈Ⅱ10和内圈Ⅲ11之间。密封圈2防止灰尘、杂物、泥水等进入轮毂轴承单元内部。螺栓9连接轮辋。
其中外圈1,连接汽车底盘;密封圈2,密封油脂外溢,也防止外面的灰尘进入滚道;双锥面滚子3,转动与承载车的重量;芯轴4,连接车轮并传输扭矩;内圈Ⅰ5、内圈Ⅱ10、内圈Ⅲ11,支撑滚子转动的滚道;保持架6,引导滚子转动,约束滚子位置;齿圈7,车轮转速信号发生器;传感器8,车轮速测量元件;螺栓9,固定车轮。
工作原理为:双锥面滚子,通过两个锥面的受力来平衡滚子窜动,从而省去内圈设计挡边限制滚子(如图4所示,其中12为内圈,13为挡边,14为滚子)。空心滚子可承受一定量的预载荷,有效防止滚子滑动,这样设计能提高轮毂轴承的使用寿命。

1.一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,包括外圈(1)、密封圈(2)内圈、滚子(3)、芯轴(4)、保持架(6)、齿圈(7)、传感器(8)和螺栓(9);其特征在于:所述内圈包括三个,分别为内圈Ⅰ(5)、内圈Ⅱ(10)和内圈Ⅲ(11),所述滚子(3)为双锥面滚子,所述内圈Ⅰ(5)和内圈Ⅱ(10)与一侧滚子(3)匹配衔接,所述内圈Ⅲ(11)与另一侧滚子(3)匹配衔接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高速无挡边圆锥轮毂轴承,其特征在于:所述齿圈(7)设置于内圈Ⅱ(10)和内圈Ⅲ(11)之间。
