Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a facial cleanser, in particular to a mild and stable soap-based facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soap base type facial cleanser is a facial cleanser system which takes a soap base as a main excipient and a foaming agent, is one of very popular face washing products in the daily chemical line in recent years, has good foaming power, rich and fine foam, clean and thorough dirt removal, easy washing after use and clean and refreshing skin, and has noble and beautiful appearance of pearlescent dental cream to obtain great love of consumers and manufacturers.
Although soap-based facial cleansing cream has appeared for many years, the soap-based facial cleansing cream has complex manufacturing process and formula, so that domestic cosmetic enterprises do not deeply research the products and grasp the products thoroughly, and according to the analysis of the facial cleansing cream products produced by domestic enterprises which can be seen in the world at present, most of the facial cleansing cream products produced by the enterprises can not reach the performance indexes of the similar products abroad, and some defects exist, such as: firstly, the skin is dry and tense after the skin-care product is used; secondly, the stability at high and low temperatures is poor, the high temperature is easy to separate out in a layering way, and the low temperature is easy to harden; and the production process has poor reproducibility and is easy to have quality problems in the production process.
Therefore, it is important to develop a mild and stable soap-based cleansing cream.

The purslane extract is obtained from purslane whole plant by adopting a low-temperature extraction method. The herba Portulacae extract contains alkaloids and flavonoids, can be used as anti-irritation and anti-allergy effective components in cosmetics, and has effects of preventing dryness and increasing skin comfort.
The preparation method of the mild and stable soap-based facial cleanser comprises the following steps:
A. adding a chelating agent and part of polyhydric alcohol into deionized water, then adding potassium hydroxide, and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
B. mixing and heating fatty acid, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate to 70-80 ℃ to obtain an oil phase, and pumping the oil phase into an emulsifying pot;
C. pumping the heated water phase into an emulsifying pot, rapidly stirring and dispersing, and maintaining the temperature above 80 ℃ for saponification for 30 minutes;
D. c, mixing the stable thickening agent with the rest of the polyol to prepare a premix, adding the premix into an emulsifying pot after the heat preservation in the step C is finished, and stirring to ensure that the stable thickening agent is completely dissolved;
E. cooling to 55-60 ℃, and adding polyquaternium-7 and an amphoteric surfactant;
F. and cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the essence and the purslane extract, uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the stable and mild soap-based facial cleanser.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention selects proper thickening stabilizer, has synergistic effect with the polyhydric alcohol in a water system, occupies the volume of water, achieves the performance of thickening stability, and can suspend unneutralized free fatty acid even without emulsifier, so that the problems of paste thinning, nozzle water discharge and the like caused by the change of external temperature conditions can be avoided, and the product shows good stability.
(2) According to the invention, through the matching of the amphoteric surfactant and the polyquaternium-7, the amphoteric surfactant is beneficial to the dispersion of the fatty acid soap, the foaming performance of the cleansing cream is further improved, the irritation of the soap is reduced, and the cleansing cream is beneficial to the improvement of the skin feel after washing; due to the cationic property of the polyquaternium-7, the foam is denser and more stable, and the soft and smooth skin feeling is brought, and the tight feeling of the dried skin is reduced, so that the soap-based facial cleanser disclosed by the invention has good skin feeling of being not dry and tight after being mildly washed.
(3) The purslane extract selected by the invention can shield the stimulation of chemical substances, avoid the skin from being dry and not tight, reduce the stimulation of spices to sensitive skin and reduce anaphylactic reaction.
(4) The preparation method of the soap-based facial cleanser provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, easiness in operation, uniform material dispersion and easiness in production control, improves the production efficiency and reduces the energy consumption.
