本发明公开一种减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯,曳引机安装于曳引机框架内,曳引机框架的导轨侧装有至少一个导向块,导向块套于曳引机框架导轨组件上沿导轨组件上下滑行,曳引机框架导轨组件的底部与曳引机框架承重梁连接,顶部与拉条板连接,拉条板通过连接角铁与固定角铁连接,固定角铁与井道壁固定连接,曳引机框架承重梁上方且曳引机框架下方设有曳引机减震部件,曳引机受力产生震动,曳引机框架在导向块的引导下沿曳引机框架导轨组件在垂直方向运动,曳引机本身产生的震动被曳引机减震部件和曳引机框架吸收,避免钢丝绳和曳引轮之间产生跳动并传到轿厢产生噪音。本发明的优点是避免钢丝绳将产生的震动传到轿厢,避免了噪音的产生。

减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯制造领域,特别涉及一种减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯。
背景技术
当前旧楼改造及城镇化进度加快使无机房电梯的需求量增多,民用建筑里常用电梯降低曳引机震动产生的噪音这一问题显得尤为突出。从实际运行效果来看,无法从根源上解决曳引机因受力震动引发噪音的问题,这是本申请需要着重改善的地方。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种噪音小的减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本发明提供了一种减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯,曳引机安装于曳引机框架内,曳引机框架的导轨侧装有至少一个导向块,导向块套于曳引机框架导轨组件上沿导轨组件上下滑行,曳引机框架导轨组件的底部与曳引机框架承重梁连接,顶部与拉条板连接,拉条板通过连接角铁与固定角铁连接,固定角铁与井道壁固定连接,曳引机框架承重梁上方且曳引机框架下方设有曳引机减震部件,曳引机受力产生震动,曳引机框架在导向块的引导下沿曳引机框架导轨组件在垂直方向运动,曳引机本身产生的震动被曳引机减震部件和曳引机框架吸收,避免钢丝绳和曳引轮之间产生跳动并传到轿厢产生噪音。
本发明的优越功效在于:
1) 曳引机和轿厢在运动过程中产生的震动,本发明避免钢丝绳将产生的震动传到轿厢,即避免了噪音的产生;
2) 无机房电梯运行中产生很好的舒适感和良好的乘客体验。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
图1和图2示出了本发明实施例的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯,曳引机11安装于曳引机框架4内,曳引机框架4的导轨侧焊装有多个导向块3,导向块3套于曳引机框架导轨组件7上沿导轨组件上下滑行,曳引机框架导轨组件7的底部与曳引机框架承重梁1连接,曳引机框架导轨组件7的顶部与拉条板8连接,拉条板8通过连接角铁5与固定角铁6连接,固定角铁6通过膨胀螺栓9与井道壁固定连接,曳引机框架承重梁1上方且曳引机框架4下方设有曳引机减震部件2,曳引机11受力产生震动,曳引机框架4在导向块3的引导下沿曳引机框架导轨组件7在垂直方向运动,曳引机11本身产生的震动被曳引机减震部件2和曳引机框架4吸收,避免钢丝绳和曳引轮之间产生跳动并传到轿厢产生噪音。
所述曳引机框架承重梁1为曳引机11提供支撑,同时承担曳引机11自重和部分轿厢和对重的重量。
所述曳引机框架导轨组件7,包括位于导轨两端的固定板和导轨,固定板与导轨焊接后,分别与曳引机框架承重梁1和拉条板8固定。
所述曳引机减震部件2为规定硬度值的缓冲橡胶块,其下表面置于与缓冲橡胶块外形尺寸相同的钢板方槽内,并与其粘接固定,防止缓冲橡胶块产生倾斜,再通过钢板上螺栓孔固定在承重钢梁上。
本申请的工作原理:当曳引机11受到由于载荷变化由钢丝绳带来的径向力时,曳引机框架4及曳引机11在导向块3的引导下与曳引机框架导轨组件7产生相对位移,曳引机框架4下落压缩曳引机减震部件2,减缓震动和吸收噪音。

1.一种减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯,其特征在于:曳引机安装于曳引机框架内,曳引机框架的导轨侧装有至少一个导向块,导向块套于曳引机框架导轨组件上沿导轨组件上下滑行,曳引机框架导轨组件的底部与曳引机框架承重梁连接,顶部与拉条板连接,拉条板通过连接角铁与固定角铁连接,固定角铁与井道壁固定连接,曳引机框架承重梁上方且曳引机框架下方设有曳引机减震部件,曳引机受力产生震动,曳引机框架在导向块的引导下沿曳引机框架导轨组件在垂直方向运动,曳引机本身产生的震动被曳引机减震部件和曳引机框架吸收。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震降噪曳引机的无机房电梯,其特征在于:所述曳引机框架导轨组件包括位于导轨两端的固定板和导轨,固定板与导轨焊接后,分别与曳引机框架承重梁和拉条板固定。
