本发明涉及塑料容器技术领域,具体为一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机,它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,分为立式、卧式和全电式,注塑机能加热塑料,对熔融塑料施加高压,使其射出而充满模具型腔。
在一些食品制作完成后通常需要塑料容器进行封装,而食品塑料容器则需要用到注塑机进行制作,但现有的注塑机不具备一定的废气处理机构,当塑料容器注塑成型并顶出后,会携带有一定的塑料热熔时产生的废气,从而会对使用者身体健康造成一定影响,同时对周围环境造成一定程度的污染,不便于人们使用。

(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,具备了能够在塑料容器制作过程中对废气进行抽出净化的优点,解决了现有的注塑机不具备一定的废气处理机构,当塑料容器注塑成型并顶出后,会携带有一定的塑料热熔时产生的废气,从而会对使用者身体健康造成一定影响的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,包括注塑装置本体,所述注塑装置本体右侧的底部固定连接有底板,所述底板顶部的右侧固定连接有过滤箱,所述底板的顶部固定连接有位于过滤箱左侧的垫板,所述垫板的顶部固定连接有风机,所述风机的输入端连通有螺旋管,所述螺旋管远离风机的一端连通有波纹管,所述注塑装置本体顶部的左侧设置有推拉密封门,所述注塑装置本体顶部的右侧连通有进料斗,所述进料斗的顶部通过销轴铰接有密封装置,所述推拉密封门的顶部连通有连接套,所述波纹管远离螺旋管的一端连通在连接套的顶部,所述连接套顶部的两侧均开设有通风孔一。
优选的,所述过滤箱的内部设置有过滤机构,所述过滤机构包括扩散套、半圆筛板、过滤套、活性炭滤板和无烟煤滤板,所述扩散套固定连接在过滤箱内壁的底部,所述风机的输出端通过连接管贯穿过滤箱并连通在扩散套左侧的底部,所述半圆筛板横向固定连接在过滤箱的内部,所述过滤套连通在过滤箱的顶部,所述活性炭滤板固定连接在过滤套内壁的底部,所述无烟煤滤板套设在活性炭滤板的表面,所述无烟煤滤板的底部固定连接在过滤套内壁的底部。
优选的,所述螺旋管的表面设置有余热回收机构,所述余热回收机构包括储水箱、L形水套、进水管和出水管一,所述储水箱套设在螺旋管的表面,所述储水箱的底部固定连接在底板的顶部,所述L形水套套设在注塑装置本体的表面,所述L形水套正面的右端连通在储水箱的背面,所述进水管连通在储水箱顶部的右侧,所述出水管一连通在储水箱正面的底部。
优选的,所述进料斗的顶部设置有可调抽气机构,所述可调抽气机构包括Z形管、球阀开关一和通风孔二,所述Z形管连通在进料斗的右侧,所述Z形管远离进料斗的一端连通在螺旋管左侧的顶部,所述球阀开关一设置在Z形管的内部,所述通风孔二开设在密封装置顶部的两侧。
优选的,所述进料斗内壁的右侧开设有连接槽,所述连接槽的内部竖向固定连接有筛片。
优选的,所述密封装置内壁的顶部通过弹簧销轴铰接有位于通风孔二底部的盖板,所述盖板的顶部与密封装置内壁的顶部接触。
优选的,所述储水箱的右侧连通有固定管,所述固定管的右端连通在过滤箱左侧的顶部,所述过滤箱右侧的底部连通有出水管二,所述出水管二和固定管的内部均设置有球阀开关二。
优选的,所述进水管和出水管一的内部均设置有球阀开关三,所述L形水套背面的两侧均固定连接有支撑板。

3、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,通过设置进水管和出水管一,能够便于对储水箱的内部进行注水和排水,同时与现有注塑机不具备一定的余热回收机构相比较,该余热回收机构能够对抽出的热气和注塑装置本体在对塑料进行热熔时向外散发的热量进行回收,使热量能够对水进行加热利用。
4、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,通过设置球阀开关一能够对Z形管进行密封,同时与现有注塑机不具备一定抽气机构相比较,该可调抽气机构能够便于对进料斗内部的空气进行抽动,避免了热熔塑料时产生的废气飘至进料斗的内部,导致在打开密封装置时废气飘散而出的现象,提高了注塑机的环保性。
5、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,进料斗内壁的右侧开设有连接槽,连接槽的内部竖向固定连接有筛片,通过设置连接槽和筛片,能够对进料斗内部的塑料颗粒进行阻挡,避免了塑料颗粒容易落至Z形管内部的现象。
6、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,密封装置内壁的顶部通过弹簧销轴铰接有位于通风孔二底部的盖板,盖板的顶部与密封装置内壁的顶部接触,通过设置盖板,能够对通风孔二处进行密封,避免了不需对进料斗内部的空气抽出时,进料斗内部的空气容易从通风孔二飘出的现象,提高了进料斗的密封性。
7、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,储水箱的右侧连通有固定管,固定管的右端连通在过滤箱左侧的顶部,过滤箱右侧的底部连通有出水管二,出水管二和固定管的内部均设置有球阀开关二,通过设置固定管和球阀开关二,能够便于对过滤箱的内部进行注水,避免了过滤箱水位较低无法对废气有效过滤的现象。
8、该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,L形水套背面的两侧均固定连接有支撑板,通过设置支撑板能够对L形水套进行支撑,避免了L形水套和储水箱的连接处容易出现损坏的现象,提高了L形水套的稳定性。

在使用时,使用者首先打开密封装置10并将塑料颗粒倒入进料斗9的内部,然后启动注塑装置本体1和风机5,注塑装置本体1会对塑料颗粒进行热熔注塑,热熔的同时L形水套142会通过注塑装置本体1向外散发的热量对水进行加热,冷却保压后塑料容器掉落至注塑装置本体1的内部,而这时风机5则会通过螺旋管6将注塑装置本体1内部的空气抽至扩散套131的内部,当废气经过螺旋管6时则会对储水箱141内部的水进行一定程度的加热,最后废气会通过扩散套131扩散至水的内部,半圆筛板132则会对废气进行二次筛分扩散,使过滤箱3内部的水充分与废气接触,对废气内部含有的颗粒进行去除,过滤后的废气会飘至过滤套133内部,过滤套133会通过活性炭滤板134和无烟煤滤板135对废气进行二次过滤,即可达到能够在塑料容器制作过程中对废气进行抽出净化的效果,当需要对进料斗9进行添加塑料颗粒时,首先握住球阀开关一152并转动,使螺旋管6能够通过Z形管151与进料斗9连通,而风机5则会通过螺旋管6与Z形管151对进料斗9内部的空气抽至过滤箱3的内部进行过滤净化,即可完成使用。
综上所述,该用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,由风机5通过螺旋管6将注塑装置本体1内部的空气抽至过滤箱3的内部,再由过滤箱3内部的过滤机构13对废气进行过滤净化,从而具备了能够在塑料容器制作过程中对废气进行抽出净化的优点,解决了现有的注塑机不具备一定的废气处理机构,当塑料容器注塑成型并顶出后,会携带有一定的塑料热熔时产生的废气,从而会对使用者身体健康造成一定影响的问题,同时避免了对周围环境造成一定程度的污染的现象,便于人们使用。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,包括注塑装置本体(1),其特征在于:所述注塑装置本体(1)右侧的底部固定连接有底板(2),所述底板(2)顶部的右侧固定连接有过滤箱(3),所述底板(2)的顶部固定连接有位于过滤箱(3)左侧的垫板(4),所述垫板(4)的顶部固定连接有风机(5),所述风机(5)的输入端连通有螺旋管(6),所述螺旋管(6)远离风机(5)的一端连通有波纹管(7),所述注塑装置本体(1)顶部的左侧设置有推拉密封门(8),所述注塑装置本体(1)顶部的右侧连通有进料斗(9),所述进料斗(9)的顶部通过销轴铰接有密封装置(10),所述推拉密封门(8)的顶部连通有连接套(11),所述波纹管(7)远离螺旋管(6)的一端连通在连接套(11)的顶部,所述连接套(11)顶部的两侧均开设有通风孔一(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述过滤箱(3)的内部设置有过滤机构(13),所述过滤机构(13)包括扩散套(131)、半圆筛板(132)、过滤套(133)、活性炭滤板(134)和无烟煤滤板(135),所述扩散套(131)固定连接在过滤箱(3)内壁的底部,所述风机(5)的输出端通过连接管贯穿过滤箱(3)并连通在扩散套(131)左侧的底部,所述半圆筛板(132)横向固定连接在过滤箱(3)的内部,所述过滤套(133)连通在过滤箱(3)的顶部,所述活性炭滤板(134)固定连接在过滤套(133)内壁的底部,所述无烟煤滤板(135)套设在活性炭滤板(134)的表面,所述无烟煤滤板(135)的底部固定连接在过滤套(133)内壁的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述螺旋管(6)的表面设置有余热回收机构(14),所述余热回收机构(14)包括储水箱(141)、L形水套(142)、进水管(143)和出水管一(144),所述储水箱(141)套设在螺旋管(6)的表面,所述储水箱(141)的底部固定连接在底板(2)的顶部,所述L形水套(142)套设在注塑装置本体(1)的表面,所述L形水套(142)正面的右端连通在储水箱(141)的背面,所述进水管(143)连通在储水箱(141)顶部的右侧,所述出水管一(144)连通在储水箱(141)正面的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述进料斗(9)的顶部设置有可调抽气机构(15),所述可调抽气机构(15)包括Z形管(151)、球阀开关一(152)和通风孔二(153),所述Z形管(151)连通在进料斗(9)的右侧,所述Z形管(151)远离进料斗(9)的一端连通在螺旋管(6)左侧的顶部,所述球阀开关一(152)设置在Z形管(151)的内部,所述通风孔二(153)开设在密封装置(10)顶部的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述进料斗(9)内壁的右侧开设有连接槽(16),所述连接槽(16)的内部竖向固定连接有筛片(17)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述密封装置(10)内壁的顶部通过弹簧销轴铰接有位于通风孔二(153)底部的盖板(18),所述盖板(18)的顶部与密封装置(10)内壁的顶部接触。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述储水箱(141)的右侧连通有固定管(19),所述固定管(19)的右端连通在过滤箱(3)左侧的顶部,所述过滤箱(3)右侧的底部连通有出水管二(20),所述出水管二(20)和固定管(19)的内部均设置有球阀开关二(21)。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于制备食品塑料容器的环保型注塑机,其特征在于:所述进水管(143)和出水管一(144)的内部均设置有球阀开关三(22),所述L形水套(142)背面的两侧均固定连接有支撑板(23)。
