1.一种节能环保型的余热回收供汽系统,包括燃烧器(1),其特征在于:所述燃烧器(1) 一端设置有反应器(2),所述反应器(2)—端设置有废烟管道(4),所述废烟管道(4)另一端 设置有净化箱(5),所述净化箱(5)内部一侧设置有一号过滤网(15),所述一号过滤网(I5) 一侧设置有活性炭网(I6),所述活性炭网(16)—侧设有二号过滤网(17),所述二号过滤网 (17) —侧设有风机(18),且风机(18)与净化箱(5)可拆卸连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型的余热回收供汽系统,其特征在于:所述净化 箱(5) —端设置有进烟管(6),所述进烟管(6)另一端设置有余热回收装置(12),所述余热回 收装置(12)包括外壳(24)和箱门(23),所述箱门(23)位于外壳(24)—侧,且合页连接,所述 外壳(24)上端设置有出烟口(19),所述外壳(24)下端设置有进烟口(20),所述外壳(24)内 壁与外壁之间设置有保温棉(21),所述外壳(24)内部可拆卸连接换热管(22),所述换热管 (22) —端设置有进水管⑼,且进水管⑼位于外壳(24) —侧下方,所述换热管(22)另一端 设置有出水管(11),且出水管(11)位于外壳(24) —侧上方。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型的余热回收供汽系统,其特征在于:所述余热 回收装置(12)上端设置有排烟管(13),所述排烟管(13)另一端设置有烟囱(14),所述出水 管(11)另一端设置有热水用户(10),所述进水管(9)另一端设置有水池(7),所述水池(7)内 部设置有水泵(8),所述反应器(2)上方设有控制箱(3)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型的余热回收供汽系统,其特征在于:所述控制 箱(3)均与燃烧器(1)、反应器(2)、风机(18)和水栗(8)电性连接。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型的余热回收供汽系统,其特征在于:所述进烟 管(6)与进烟口(20)固定连接,所述排烟管(丨3)与出烟口(19)固定连接。
